Absolutely reduculous: during the process, when you have no choice, price changes 2 times from 265 to 295, then fro. 295 to 331- no reason, sane flight badic with sane benefit! Stay away from 3rd parties. I purcgased just because have no time, but stay away! Tvey try increase price when you are in last process, going true all option for you to pay, and even you choose sane basic sent you: will increase anyway! 0 stars!

It was really disappointing that the ticket price was initially $113. I quickly filled out the form, and just within a minute, the price suddenly jumped by $30 — I ended up paying $143. How can the price increase so sharply and instantly like that? It feels unfair and manipulative. I'm very disappointed. 🤦🏻

I booked extra baggage for my Icelandair flight through FlightNetwork and received confirmation and a receipt. However, when I arrived at the airport, the airline had no record of the baggage purchase, and I was forced to pay again to check my luggage. For the past 1.5 months, I've contacted FlightNetwork multiple times seeking a refund. Despite providing both receipts and full documentation, I've received no resolution and very poor customer service. Each time I call, I'm told the issue is being "looked into," but no progress has been made. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has cost me both time and money. I do not recommend using FlightNetwork based on how they handle post-booking issues and customer care. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.
Cumbersome website. Google flights said call airline wheras other airlines jump direct from 1google flights. Had to seatch the `flights a second `time in the sas site. And all of` the stupid extras turn my stomach

I understand you are trying to be a low price airline but $300 plus dollars is not low price for a return from Key West to Tampa. I am a business traveler so i dont care about the cost its the customer service that I care about. When you make it impossible to speak to a live person that is not good as I had a baggage question. So yes, as far as my experience with booking, you get a 2. When you cant get a simple answer to a simple question, its not good.
