I booked a flight from San Francisco to Tromso and felt nickel‑and‑dimed at every step:

Seat selection: every economy seat, even the middle cost money.

Insurance upsell: the pop‑up hides the policy details; impossible to compare coverage without leaving the flow.

Screen after screen of add-ons, each requiring me to decline, adding anxiety instead of clarity.

I'm happy to pay for extras I value, but I need to see one honest, no‑cost path through checkout. Please surface at least:

A zero‑charge seat and baggage choice from the first screen.

A single, consolidated "optional extras" page with transparent prices., and don't make me do the work to decline them.

Do that, and I'll look forward to flying SAS again. Keep the current maze, and you'll lose goodwill faster than you make ancillary revenue.

It is still confusing

I don't know where is my ticket. The info, etc etc. Also, I paid but didn't put my information in. PASSPORT NUMBER, NAME, ETC ETC. I sincerely wish this system could be improved.

Your software is very glitchy

Your software is very glitchy. Other times I've checked the El Al site for this itinerary and it clearly indicates the plane is a 787. When purchasing this ticket there was no indication of the equipment used and seat selection was not for a wide body plane. But the price was over $2000 less than the other quoted. What's going on!

Given recent heatwave & storms we were traveling abroad. We received notice of my return flight cancellation. We booked a different airline with Flight Network only to receive a new booking from my original air line. I promptly received a near full refund, save a processing fee. I did purchase a refundable ticket for the extra fee!

I put my nieces middle name instead of last name on ticket and called within 10 minutes to request a change and they are charging me $224,00!
Outrageous!
