Too many options, including baggage and seat selection. Would rather not have a choice and not have to pay.

It was an easy process and simple to follow. I was able to identify the flight I was looking for. I was able to book the flight, reserve a seat, and address any luggage issues.

Very frustrating to book a flight. It used to be much more straightforward.

Disappointed in all of Allegiant's add-on fees, most of which come standard with competitors such as American. Also, I didn't know Allegiant uses "flight network." I'm feeling a little mistrustful.

It was very difficult to find how to actually book the flight, once I found the one I wanted.

This was the most complicated booking I have ever encountered plus trying to print up flight details has proven wasteful as the print is HUGE and cuts off details and I have used many pages of paper and ink to get basics. I did not appreciate all the little extras that were offered to me like a used car salesman. To have to pay for flight information messaging is ridiculous. I'm not impressed.

So far it's been OK but we'll see what happens when I get to the airport. I just can't believe you guys really want things. Have you seen the reviews of your company on a five star system? Your whole company is rated as a one star with some real horror stories to go along with the ratings. Your marketing guys could make more money for you if you would pay attention to the Customer just a little while

Very cumbersome, with all the extra fees and boxes to check. It also wasn't clear what would happen if I didn't select my seats. Had to google it while booking :(

I searched numerous sites to find the flights I wanted. I found them available, while others did not. I could easily upgrade and choose my seats as I wished. This is an international flight with connections so it was very important to be able to upgrade the long legs of the flights. The price was considerably less than all other sites.
