Helpful travel site

Given recent heatwave & storms we were traveling abroad. We received notice of my return flight cancellation. We booked a different airline with Flight Network only to receive a new booking from my original air line. I promptly received a near full refund, save a processing fee. I did purchase a refundable ticket for the extra fee!

Charged outrageous Amt of money

I put my nieces middle name instead of last name on ticket and called within 10 minutes to request a change and they are charging me $224,00!
Outrageous!
I am an 81 year old, not the best on computer and I made a mistake…
I feel I was robbed.

Reservation attempt with United

Flight Network is deceptive. They booked without giving me a confirmation number or seat assignments or opportunity to enter personal info like my KTN and when I cancelled they charge me $88 for their "service". This was a "bait and switch" operation, directing me away from United which is where I wanted to go.

I tried to use app on phone

I tried to use app on phone. Would not allow me to register. Then i tried to book 3 times as a guest and it would not complete itinerary. On PC i finally was able to book but when there was an error it always went to top of page not to the error so i had to figure out what was wrong.
