I booked a flight from San Francisco to Tromso and felt nickel‑and‑dimed at every step:

Insurance upsell: the pop‑up hides the policy details; impossible to compare coverage without leaving the flow.

I'm happy to pay for extras I value, but I need to see one honest, no‑cost path through checkout. Please surface at least:
A zero‑charge seat and baggage choice from the first screen.

Your software is very glitchy. Other times I've checked the El Al site for this itinerary and it clearly indicates the plane is a 787. When purchasing this ticket there was no indication of the equipment used and seat selection was not for a wide body plane. But the price was over $2000 less than the other quoted. What's going on!

Given recent heatwave & storms we were traveling abroad. We received notice of my return flight cancellation. We booked a different airline with Flight Network only to receive a new booking from my original air line. I promptly received a near full refund, save a processing fee. I did purchase a refundable ticket for the extra fee!
