The company's reputation reflects a mix of efficiency and frustration among customers. Many users appreciate the quick booking process and ease of navigation on the website, highlighting a generally positive experience with flight confirmations. However, significant concerns arise regarding hidden fees, misleading pricing, and inadequate customer service, particularly in resolving issues and providing support. Customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency in additional charges and the challenge of connecting with knowledgeable representatives. Overall, while the booking experience is often efficient, the company's customer service and pricing practices require substantial improvement to enhance overall satisfaction.

The experience was okay, but the price just kept going up because of all of the addons. Just tell the consumer you price and be done with it.
Relatively easy to navigate the website and complete the booking process.
Too many add-ons which should be included in price of flight.
I understand you are trying to be a low price airline but $300 plus dollars is not low price for a return from Key West to Tampa. I am a business traveler so i dont care about the cost its the customer service that I care about. When you make it impossible to speak to a live person that is not good as I had a baggage question. So yes, as far as my experience with booking, you get a 2. When you cant get a simple answer to a simple question, its not good.
It was easy to plan a round-trip flight. The screens were easy to navigate as well.
This was a quick and easy booking process. The prices are great and it was the least expensive airline out there. I'm looking forward to using Allegiant for years to come.
Charge for everything, complicated process, terrible website
This is the second time I fly with Flight network, the first time was to Europe and got probably one of the cheapest tickets I've ever found, now this time I'm flying to Miami with my family and same story really good prices.
All is well. I had to update my credit card, that is all. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I feel like your fares are bait and switch. And don't get me started on all the add-ons.
Quick and easy very simple and makes u really get a feel for traveling
Other then spotting a mistake everything went smoothly. Thanks
Efficient, easy to access. Thanks for the direct flight option!
The on line site for the booking process is cumbersome.
It took me 3 attempts to complete the multitude of questions and information required. I finally found a save tab, but when I returned to the site, the tab to resume my application was no where to be found.
I have not flown with Allegiant yet, so I'm hoping I will not experience the same delays and inconvenience.
This booking process was most definitely the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. I am very disappointed that Porter airline allows Flight Network (as their business partner) to treat their customers in such a disrespectful and horrendous way. I accidentally used this network to reserve my flight and now really regret it as they tried to nickel and dime me for EVERY possible interaction. Absolutely Horrible!
This is not Icelandair, which is where I thought I was booking. They offer many "extras" (at a cost) like sms messages. I cancelled within 5 minutes and was still charged $88. Total ripoff.
Enjoyed the experience. Great system, guys! Thank you much!
Good. A little hard for me to navigate, but still relatively easy.
Don't understand why I'm being charged for 'extravservices' in the total airfare cost. No clear explanation of what these extravservices are related to.
It all seemed very simple and easy to navigate. I enjoyed the process.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
