They stole coming out of my account without my consent or knowledge for "inactivity fee" but I haven't been able to access my account through the IOS app for almost two years. When reached out to customer support, they never reply or resolve the issue with my account. Then they steal your crypto and completely ignore you. This is so shady and these guys are crooks. Pull your crypto out of the account ASAP (if they even let you) and go somewhere else. This company should be shut down and investigated.
