Уже как год не могу решить проблемы с этим кошельком, каждый раз они придумывают все новые и новые условия для разблокировки, изначально прошел верификацию, потом запросили источники происхождения, все предоставил...Но уже целый ГОД! Никаких результатов...
Представитель спросил номер тикета или ID, написал и опять тишина, никому не рекомендую...
После написания отзыва, служба поддержки запросила дополнительные документы, и...опять замолчала, я все предоставил...

Still suspended. After I sent all my verification information and they are charging a monthly fee for inactivity because they won't let me make withdraw. They say they need the transaction information from 6 years ago from anonymous donors. I explained what I have am to even trying to recreate the on transaction that I did with wallet but keep getting denied. Now they stopped responding agian but the fee keeps coming.
