The overall response from the recipient was satisfaction with the quality of the product. However, when I inquired whether or not the Mylar Happy Birthday Balloon accompanied the order, the recipient's response was: "What Balloon?" Somewhat disappointing, considering the whole point of the gift was for a birthday. I have contacted business directly by e-mail, to ask for explanation, or at the very least, to credit my account for the cost of the balloon. Guess that is the chance you take, when you place an order for a gift to be delivered out-of-state.

I took a chance on ordering Fruit Bouquets instead of Edible Arrangements and it was a mistake. It was my grandson's birthday and all day he was waiting for this delivery. At 1030a I had a message that a delivery was attempted. I called Cust Svc and asked what type of attempt was it because the family was home. They didn't know and they didn't reach out to the local store or make any effort to find out. Then I received an email that the local florist might not have the fruit. I called several times during the day, sent several emails and they were all returned with the canned answer, "your delivery is scheduled to arrive by 8p". Of course it never arrived, they never made an effort to research and I disappointed my grandson on his birthday.
They kept saying my delivery was made and all done, but really they have no clue where to deliver even though I have them a direct address and still can't find. Even gave them the name of my apartment complex and the office address but nothing. Kept saying it was delivered but they can't even find it. Liers..
Horrible experience. Ordered for my father's 75th birthday. Received an email that there was an attempted delivery. However my parents were home all day. Called company to confirm and was told the email I received was a glitch. Called back after the delivery window closed and was them told it wasn't a glitch but attempted delivery took place. Requested a refund and they laughed. Assuming now this is a scam and the $100+ will not be refunded. Will update if refund is received.
This order was of very poor quality. The fruit was hard except for the watermelon. The wrong balloon was sent; ordered a Happy Anniversary Balloon and a Happy Birthday Balloon was sent. The actual fruit bouquet looked nothing like the website photo. This fruit bouquet was not worth $75.00, I received much, much better fruit gifts from edible arrangement at half the cost. This was an embarrassment to me. I wanted something special for my Sister-in-laws 36th Wedding Anniversary and that received this thing. This was the first and last time I will ever use, FruitBouquets.com.
The fruit bouquet was beautiful and delicious (I was told). Unfortunately, it was delivered three days early. Our family party was on Christmas Eve, so I requested delivery on December 24th. I was unable to find a way on the website to delete the small print that said it could be delivered earlier in the week. So it wouldn't go to waste, my relative (at the delivery location) gave it to her neighbors.
My order was delivered to the wrong address (622 Buckalew). Thankfully the neighbor asked my daughter if it was hers but not until after 9pm.
So because of that, I was not happy.

I had a promo from Groupon, which is the only reason I tried a company with such low reviews. I was forced to click my payment type, PayPal, before entering the promo. This sent the purchase through. I had no button to modify or cancel the order to add the promo code. I clicked the chat button on the website, no chat started. I went to "contact us" only to be told that was a broken link. I went through Facebook and was told I would get a call back, didn't. Followed up to push for the call back nearly a week later and was told to use the $30 discount in my next order. Sent an email in and was now told the promo expired... Yes, because it's a week later. It wasn't expired when I did my purchase. So I purchased overpriced chocolate strawberries, with expensive delivery, and was unable to use my Groupon. There was NO WAY to cancel my order and NO ONE to talk to who could help. Do not use this company.
While it was great to have same day delivery, I showed that edible arrangements dropped off my order to 1800 flowers for delivery at approx. 10:30am. It was not delivered until after 6pm. I have no idea what it looked like upon delivery and hope that the fruit was refrigerated and held out to show the sunny faces of the pineapples which was meant to brighten a child's face. I tried to call 1800flowers at about 5pm and held for 27 minutes before I hung up. I tried to call the Edible Arrangements store in Hayward at approx 6pm and got no answer yet the machine that picked up said they were open until 7pm. I was not able to leave a message. I've had to deal with many businesses customer service over the last couple of months as we've been home-bound due to the virus and ALL, with exception here, have been reachable. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service which means EVERYTHING in a sale to me! I would not recommend this product which is a shame as it is unique in its market.
Made a Valentine order, and informed the day expected to be received that the order was not arriving. When I called to cancel, I was told that they were not allowing cancellations. This was a surprise Valentine day present, that I do not need the day after Valentine's. Poor costumer service. Unreliable company

I don't live near my mom so I wanted to make Mother's Day very special for her. I ordered her a platter with different types of fruit and chocolate covered fruit and two balloons. I was told it would be delivered before 8 PM on the eighth. My mom didn't get it and one of the neighbors happened to be leaving out the building. It was on the ground by the building with my mom's name on it, and so the neighbor called upstairs and told my mom it was a package outside for her, and the neighbor took it up to my mom because my mom can't get around. I was so hurt. I want that to be special for her. I was told that it would be delivered to my mother. There are elevators in the building and everything there's no reason why this person left my mother's fruit edible Object. I'm on the ground. What kind of people do that? What are they had been there mother would they want their mothers fruit outside a building on the ground wanted to go on Facebook and let everybody know please do not use this company, but I called. I talked to one of your representatives and he tried to rectify the situation as best as he could, because I was in tears when I talk to him, my mom was in tears, and I was in tears. She was hurt. She was disappointed. I'm totally disappointed, I need to let you know you need to Fire, whoever you have delivering for you because they give your company a very, very bad name. Sorry to say I will not let any of my friends friends or family order from you. I will let them and everybody else I know if you want to surprise someone try not to go to fruit bouquets or the site that they are on. I'm totally hurt. I thought this was a very reputable company and I'm sure the people in charge. I have no idea. This is going on behind their back, but someone needs to be accountable, goodbye
I ordered a fruit bouquet a week ahead of time to be delivered Mother's Day Weekend. At about 3pm on Mother's Day, and it still wasn't delivered, I became a bit concerned. I called the 1-800 number for fruitbouquets. They tell me not to worry, that my order is guaranteed by 8pm and is out for delivery. I pressed them a bit and they agreed to call the shop and check. After they call the shop, the rep comes back on and says "I'm sorry. They said they are going home early today. They can't deliver it today. They said they will deliver it tomorrow morning." I am furious with them. Do not waste your time or money with this company! The best they will give me is a refund of my purchase price, which is already a given. Ruined my Mother's Day!
Highly disappointed and very unprofessional. I ordered a fruit bouquet as a gift to my wife for our anniversary 3 days prior. On the day of delivery, I never received ANY type of notification (email, text, call, NOTHING). Every time I called the automated message said before 8pm but it never came. I spoke with customer service to see if I could get them to redeliver the next morning before we left. They confirmed it would and could be delivered by 9am. My clock said 11am on the next day and still no delivery or notification. I called to cancel the order and get a refund. I was 1st offered a shipping fee refund and my original order to still be delivered. I said no I want my full refund. They processed it and said it would take 35-45 days for it to get refunded back through PayPal! What refund takes that long? This company is bad business and full of sh! T. STAY AWAY!
I purchased this for my parents for their 58th Wedding Anniversary. I was concerned due to COVID-19 whether it would arrive on time. The delivery driver was incredible, although he had difficulty with the address. He persisted and got it there on my parent's special day. They loved it!

I placed an order on October 30th to be delivered on October 31st and here we are four days later and they still have not delivered the item even they charged my credit for the item. I called and spoke to 9 different people at the company (customer service) and all they kept saying was they were sorry. They kept telling me that they would make another attempt still no delivery, now they are telling me that the item is not available (keep in mind this order was placed four days ago) on October 30th no one told me that the item was not available. I will never use this company again and I am sorry I chose to use them in the first place.
Ordered something for a family member 5d in advance. Never got a call &&& website never Updated tracking info. Called them got told they would deliver before closing which was 3hrs left to closing. Called 30m before closing time got told would be delivered the day after. What's the point of setting a date if it won't be delivered on that day! So expensive yet service is so horrible
I ordered a edible fruit basket for my mother on mothers day. It was supposed to cost $85.00 ended up paying $106.00. I ordered the item on 5/7/20. I received notification a attempt was made on 5/8/20 with no contact, then received motivation it was delivered at 12:52am on 5/8/20, at 1 in the morning? I made contact` with customer support, was advised they would deliver on 5/9/20. Never received item, but they got my money, a total scam and ripoff, never again. *******141.
I was disappointed, it did look as fresh as the photo. The cantaloupe was not ripe. The dipped strawberries did not look fresh. There was not as much fruit as the photo. For $100.00 I feel like I did get ripped off. I will not order from here again!
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
