This is a 1-800Flowers.com company and on my credit card bill it states Shari's Berries or www, berries.com, and I probably will not order from them again. All companies who are operating since the Covid Pandemic should provide extra ordinary service, delivery and quality of their products! I had to make over 4 phone calls to check status of delivery, never receiving a email or text message! I ordered an edible fruit arrangement for my brother who has Parkinson's Disease, and was being cared for in a assisted care facility, which I could not visit. My brother called me on his birthday at 4:28PM on 10/7/2020 his B-Day., that is after 4 phone calls! I was told they deliver to funeral parlors first, then businesses, last others. That is ridiculous that rule does not apply for edible fruit which should be delivered before 3PM, and hire Americans only for customer service and not outsource internationally, people in USA need jobs!
I ordered from this site well in advance to be delivered by Aug 5th as it was my boyfriends birthday. It came a day late and all melted! Extremely disappointed.
Nice appearance, juicy fruit my fiancée loved it arrived on time, called when the arrived, looked like the picture I googled edible arrangements an some how ended up on this website, I didn't realize it until I purchased my order. I went to the reviews an started to become upset, but when my fiancée sent me a text saying how nice it was being that it was a surprise an she didn't know it was coming I was relieved I will order again thankyouu
Firstly, The fruit was received warm it was not at a cool or cold temperature. The pineapple was browned on the edges and the strawberries were molded. There was a lot of fruit liquid which indicated unfresh fruit. The next day it had my refrigerator smelling horrible. The smiley face had melted off before delivery and I found it in the liquid at the bottom of the bag. This was a gift and I hesitated to tell the sender but didn't want to risk the chance of them ordering from here again. They deserve a full refund not a partial refund. The fruit wasn't full like the picture and it was literally just thrown on top of some regular lettuce, no curly kale as pictured. Very disappointing as I'm vegan and was excited to receive a get well gift. The smell the next day was rancid. I couldn't believe it. I had to throw the whole thing in the trash. Do better take pride in your company this is highly unacceptable.
The delivery was prompt and courteous and the arrnagement looked nice. I will say that some of the melon and cantaloupe did not seem the freshest or best quality. A little pricey for what was received.
Ordered a Fruit Bouquet over 2 weeks before Dec. 23rd delivery date... on Dec. 23rf got my inquiry messages that delivery on the way... at my home for my wife by 8PM. Than email at:; 48 PM of "delivery attempt and their continued efforts to deliver/call if necessary. Nothing happened... called their 800 number 2 more times and finally asked for a refund... very disappointed... first and last time to use. If they were that busy on Dec. 23rd they should have notified me for another date if backlogged(?). My address correct on order so not a GPS finding me issue Sadly disappointed!
I recieved an email stating that my order was recieved when they never even told me that it was even in transit no the order was not recieved till 3 hrs later after the email.The This is a third party company based out of the Philippines they have no idea who the heck is suppose to be making the deliveries or anything. I ordered for Valentine's Day a dozen strawberries which by the way I got charged for and never recieved. A bouquet of xl flowers that cost me extra to add more flowers and it seems like they put less flowers in it I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. If u want to give away your money go rite ahead and give it away to these ppl they will gladly take it and not give u what u pay for. What they doing to the costumers is called legal robbery
Delivery didn't get deliver by May 7th for mother's day. Called to have it resent and to be delivered tomorrow the 10th and was told it wouldn't be delivered until the 13th. Finally got a full refund and I will NEVER use them again. They were trying to give me 20% back. These people or rude and disrespectful
I ordered a fruit boquete for my daughter in laws Birthday well in advance and was told they would deliver it between 8 am and 8 pm.
It was never delivered between those hours and when I called customer service they said it was delivered at 8:30 pm but took it back because could not get in contact with the receiver. This company never called anyone and never bothered to inform me the sender on what was going on. I had to call them to see why it wasn't delivered and had to cancel the order. If I had read the reviews on this company before I would had never ordered from them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
Placed an order on the 28th that was supposed to delivered on the 29th. On the 29th around 1:00pm started trying to verify my order online. After several failed attempts I placed a call to check the status, representative kept placing me on hold, finally came back with a status that my order was not going to be delivered saying that there was a problem with the delivery person, as if that was my problem. Stating the earliest it could be delivered would be Monday 1st if March. I get things happen and would have been ok with tha if they had called me or emailed me to let me know there was a problem. Then the rep wanted to keep repeating the status and my option after I told her to cancel. I hate when businesses don't do their due diligence and when they are called on poor service try to do a double talk and want to try to sell me on bad service...
Please know before you order, the delivery window is rediculous. 9am-8pm. It is my sons birthday and I literally spent $110 dollars on a fruit bouquet. Here is is 3:15 in the afterrnoon and it still has not been delivered. When I called, they could not help me at all. She couldnt even give me the name of the company that is making the arrangement. There was no way she could have contacted them to get a better time frame. They just get an email stating that it ia being made and when it is delivered. I WILL NOT USE THIS again. Call edible arrangements and just spend the extra few dollars. That way you have the actually company name and you can track your order. I so very disappointed.
I ordered a fruit basket and chocolate strawberries as a get well gift. It just happened that I live at the same address. The order came, and it was only the basket. I asked the delivery person where the strawberries were,and he said that was everything,and left,no ill check for you,nothing. If I wasn't there I would have paid almost $100. And got half of the order and would never know. The person wouldn't know it wasn't all there. I wonder how many other people this happened to that don't know about it. I call a few times and no answer, no machine. I went on line,and texted with someone. It took a long time,but the said they would sent strawberries, and $20 credit for next time. I said there will never be a next time. Good customer service should have sent more strawberries. He said no, just a credit. We finally got the strawberries, not that great

Not only was the order NOT received on the day it was suppose to arrive (wasting my ENTIRE day waiting), when it did arrive not only was it NOT what was ordered, customer service tried to tell me it was too what I ordered. They not only argued with me but acted like they couldn't understand anything I said. The fruit was rotten and stunk so bad. It was inedible. Never again. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Looks like I'm not alone in regards to company not delivering chocolate covered strawberries! I placed an order on January 25th for delivery on February 13th. February 13th came and went... I called on the 14th and they promised it would be delivered by 8 pm. February 14th came and went then I called back and they promised that it would be delivered on February 15th. Suffice it to say - still no strawberries and they had the nerve to say they would place the order again? Seriously, after 3 times you think something is going to change. Either this company doesn't have it's act together or their local vendors don't want to work with them! It's time for the parent company to get involved as I have never had t his problem with any of the other outfits.
My mother sent me a mothers day gift. It was absolutely horrible. She paid for the biggest basket. The fruit was on one side of the basket. They gave me 3 chocolate covered strawberries 2 chocolate 3 chocolate covered pineapples. 2 small grapes on each of three sticks. It was just a horrible presentation. They gave me the rind of the cantaloupe and honey dew melon. Then they didn't include my ballon and the note was hand written on a piece of white paper like my kindergarten son wrote it. Smh. It was horrible. Amd delivered almost 9oclock at night. Im a full time nurse. And after working for 26hrs straight coming home to my kids and gifts that was a blessing within itself but to know that my mother spent a decent amount of money for something special for her baby girl and this was the product its horrible and disgraceful! I would not recommend this company to anyone at all!
Placed an order on the 31st before 1pm to be delivered on the 1st and it wasn't nor was I given any notification of the delay. I had to call this morning to find out where the gift was. My daughter's birthday was the yesterday. I paid a good amount of money and they would not even offer a discount but instead we're willing to lose all the amount by suggesting a cancle of the order. Now it will be delivered tomorrow which is 3 days after her birthday. Didn't offer a discount and even sarcastically said, a belated birthday wish. Very unsatisfied and they do not deliver on what they state on their website. I would try to find someone local instead.

Absolutely horrible arrangement. I ordered it for a friend's birthday and we disappointed to see the execution. Very cheaply and poorly made. Don't recommend and will not order from them again.
Got home and found this at our door, wrapped. The chocolate covered ones are delicious. Came in microwavable bowl (which we wanted). Looked great for the birthday present we sent.
Answer: Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
