I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing this program. I was charged for a monthly subscription for an app that was never operational. I requested a refund and to discontinue the subscription. I noted that their app does not work, it crashes every time I attempted to open it and they simply stated that my subscription would be cancelled and no refund will be authorized. Very unethical practices! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM!@!
This company is a scam. They manipulate you to sign up to "GET THIS GREAT DEAL" within 5 min but you can't see the details of the plan. I knew it wouldn't work for me once I was fully in. I had originally signed up for the base plan ($39.99) then you get the added annual plan for the "SUPER GREAT DEAL!" The terms and conditions won't let you get refunded for the annual but you do get refunded for the base plan with a 30 day money back guarantee.
So I was charged for both the base and the annual. When I went to get a refund of course they won't give you a refund for the annual but then they refused to give me a refund for the base plan which clearly states I can get a refund for. This company is a scam, they take your money and have no remorse. Don't do it. Seriously! They are only out for your money and don't care one bit for you. Don't fall for it.
So I signed up for a one week free trial and before I could even use the service it keeps trying to get you to buy buy buy and upgrade, like non stop. Also the way they write things is in a way of guilt tripping you, for instance if you don't select to upgrade the choice you have to select says something like "no I rather risk not loosing weight faster and will stick to the general plan". Immediately it just turned me off so today I try to cancel by going under my membership plan and got a message saying:

They somehow got my information and charged me almost 800.00 dollars for stuff I never signed on for. I had to Google what they are then see all the other scam alerts and reviews
What seemed to have been a worthwhile use of time, effort and money quickly fizzled into frustration. Do not download anything and stay far away. There is no customer support.
I entered this program with great anticipation and excitement only, after a week, to become completely discouraged and, after 3 weeks enraged. The APP is TRASH-after my 1st check in the program switched me from a fat/protein diet to a Dual Carb with NO way to re-set. I reached out to the NON-EXISTENT Customer Support who kept saying, 'this happens and Tech is working on it but you will lose weight'. How about NOT! My first clue should have been the MULTIPLE mis-spellings in 'slides', lack of response and communication, inability of the app to function or work- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE PAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN USING MY FITBIT AND HAVE ACHIEVED FAR BETTER REULTS ON MY OWN. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WHAT A BUNCH OF 6 YO BS. HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH.
Do not go anywhere near this, you will never see your money back, they hide in the t&c's that annual memberships are not under the 30 day guarantee, nobody will ever reply to your emails. The only way to get out of this is via your bank, and that's only to stop future payments, I doubt I'll see my annual charge refunded. They are deliberately deceptive on how the charging works and I doubt customer service even exists - two calls that ring out and countless emails over weeks and no reply - this is shady, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Also the product is terrible, noom and better me much better, even free version of my fitness pal. Don't touch it.
I first bought this thinking it was a one-off plan to get access. It started off with a survey and it seemed nice then the money started showing. ANY chance they got there was pop-up after pop-up of "deals" that clearly were just a money-hungry scam. You have to exit out of multiple just to get to the home page. I decided to cancel straight away something seemed off - I tried to cancel but I couldn't - if you want to cancel don't bother calling just email them right away and READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE. Only the Pro plan gets a money-back refund, nothing else!
If you have a pro account. You need to cancel it on the phone. PROBLEM IS, THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. YOU'RE STUCK PAYING $39 FOR LIFE AT THIS POINT.

I purchased a one year membership for their special pricing. This was not a plan that I could use, but I chalked it up to my own one year cost loss. Be aware this is a reoccurring subscription service! When I was alerted my card was charged a second time, within minutes I called customer service. They explained their policy is to notify a week before renewal - I never received any communication and was directed to refer to their terms listed on their website. Well, despite in print the website stating "After 12 months you must reactivate your membership manually to continue." they continue to push my request for refund of charge aside even though I never had the opportunity to manually reactivate or agree to another year of service. Despite me pointing out that their own terms contradict what they are saying, the company completely disregards any type of rational customer service practices. While the plan or service may work for you, their business is quite simply just out to get your money. You can purchase 1 month to 1 year, but that's not all, you also get constant emails requesting more money for more services. Please do not waste your money or your time on this.

Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
