DON'T be fooled! I ordered bases on the add that indicates that customers will have a virtual visit with a physician who can prescribe the GLP-1. Paying up front for something I NEVER RECEIVED, it's ludicrous and quite honestly I believe it to be a scam leading people to order the meal plans. I've reached out to customer service, left a voicemail with no response in 5 days, I've emailed with what I believe to be a bot demanding a refund and still no luck pr a human.
Completely unable to reach them for a resolution. Their website seems to be designed to take your money and then never allow you to receive any benefit or service from them. Their website is a trail of dead ends. There is no telephone number to reach them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TEM.
This company is a scam! In fact they started sending me meals (weekly) and LEAN Vitamin supplements that I did not order! I can not after numerous attempts get them to stop charging my credit card. I have emailed there customer support dozens of times to get them to stop. I can not believe they took my credit card information that I only authorized for the website program and used it also for their meal plans and supplements. Even in their "live group" chat they had a new bee that was not trained to address the groups questions. She was removed the last 5 minutes by her supervisor who apologized and explained she was in training! When I brought up why I was receiving and being charged for products I did not order she said they are delivered by a third party company and I have to contact them. Needless to say there is no contact info for these third party companies. This Doctor is a Scam artist cashing in on the Kardashian name! Please be careful when falling into his G-Plan. Should be called G-Scam!
I had seen the G-Plan weightloss solution being advertised on Instagram and one night, in a moment of weakness, I signed up. However, after filling in all the online details, including my credit card details, I was not able to log into the program because the system said that my email address was not real and that my mobile number was not either. After a few attempts with different emails, the system kept rejecting me. Frustrated, I sent an email to support to tell them to cancel my order and NOT to process payment as I was well within my 30 day TRIAL PERIOD. Needless to say, I have never received even an acknowledgement of receiving my email...and over 8 further attempts to Support, Instagram messages and finally phone calls from Netherlands to San Diego, I am no further in resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the payment was processed...seems that part of the business is working real fine! And then it also occurred to me that this is a monthly subscription and not a one off payment as I thought it would be. I will now have to go through all the hassle of having my bank reverse the charges...so people, all I can say is STAY AWAY! It looks like a money making operation feasting on people who are just trying to do something in their lives to stay healthy.
Approved online, declined live (same questions!) denied prescription, no refund, no customer service
I paid for the $39.00 version to check it out, then a second later $98.00 rings through THEN $151... OMG so I locked the card as the charges are pending - My card is my Paypal M/C... I am hoping this will stop it all and I am going to call Paypal tomorrow... I will then start a case. Went to the BBB and started seeing all the bad reviews OMG... and I ended up here as well - This is not acceptable, this is fraud and theft~ SCUMBAGS STEALING money apparently.
I signed up for 6-mth pd in advance + medication charge of 229 ea time. SINCE SEPT-30 I have recv'd 1 dose.they con't with nonsense msgs but NEVER DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE ISSUE. So I'm out 770$ NOW THEY STATE THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS!
Customer service - there really isn't any
Website ease -awful, robotic, nonintuitive
Food. Inedible!
Meds never arrived after multiple calls
This is a scam - they will refund partial $$$$
DONT BE LURED INTO THIS. THE GOVT NEEDS TO SHUT THEM DOWN
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO ANYONE WITH THIS COMPANY. I was thinking about trying this so put my debit card and count not get untangled from this site. They told me I had 10 "free" meals-- I had to only pay for shipping. The next thing I know they said I had agreed to buy a plan. $175 later I had to ask my bank for a new debit card because I could not get these people to stop charging me. Very frustrating!
If you get the "bare minimum", all you are actually paying for are recipes which did not work for me at all. After that it is a slippery slope with no recourse after "they" consider that you have agreed to something.
I took a survey based on a marketing scheme to try them for a month at $39. They tried to charge me much more. I got a fraud alert form my credit card company but accepted charges thinking it was a large charge but the actual charge would reflect (as happens sometimes at gas stations and such).
Since then, I have gotten 3-4 charges from this company, none for $39. When trying to agree to their $39 ploy, they make you go through 3-4 screens of other much larger costs for yearly plans and other options totaling in the hundreds, not $40. You have to scroll all the way down on both to find tiny letters that let you opt out. I did this on every page and am now somehow being told I signed up for a yearly plan at a rate even higher than the screens sold it for. When I reached out to the company the day the first charge went through, I was told there are no refund for drastically reduced yearly plans. When I told them they must have something wrong as I signed up for one thing, they ignored me. This company uses ridiculous marketing ploys to sell something for much more than advertised. Do not believe them!
Answer: Agreed! Very POOR customer service. Nice but dumb. I haven't gotten to the refund stage yet... will let you know how that goes...
Answer: I'm going to file in small claims just for the principle.
Answer: That's exactly the same problem I found. Their response was the packaged meals meet diabetic guidelines. But, that means you have to spend more money to buy their packaged meals. More money? What a concept. It's deceptive from the beginning. I can't believe nobody's sued them. There should be a class action suit against them. This is the first time I personally have run into a company that has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been rejected by the Better Business Bureau. You've got to be pretty bad to get to that point.
