I was in the market for some trigger locks for my guns to act and a second measure of security as I already keep them in a gun safe. However I occasionally will leave the safe unlocked. My children are grown and know to respect firearms so that is not a major concern. I wanted a trigger lock that employed a combination to open it as opposed to a key. I didn't want to keep up with that many keys so I took to Google and found gokeyless.com. I read about their locks and then continued to search other manufacturers. After checking out about everyone out there, I came back to gokeyless.com and placed my order. The process was very simple and their website was informative and well designed and their prices were equal to or less than everyone else. I received my order promptly and the locks turned out to be exactly what I had in mind. I will definitely be doing business with gokeyless.com again in the near future.

However they only recommend the small percentage of Keyless Locks they have a business relationship with-- and are DEFINITELY NOT an unbiased source for info. EVERYONE is biased and has their favorite, including me. Patented and shipping since 2008, the REMOTIZER has been and still is the most cost effective Keyless Entry System -or- "Smart Lock" for your front door. We bought two dual sided keypad deadbolts. We liked the fact that the items were mechanical (requiring no batteries). We hadn't considered that the keypads are not lighted. This might not be too problematic once you are familiar with the code you set. You can feel the buttons you'll need to push in the dark. Otherwise you'll need to leave a porch light on (which for us means 16 walkway lights also). The deadbolts are high quality Japanese made but the instructions remind me of old "made in Japan" poorly translated text. They are confusing. The only other problem arises when you purchase the "EZ Mount" which costs $20 more. The "EZ Mount" prevents you from having to drill another hole in the door to connect the inside keypad to the outside keypad. The escutcheons that are parts of the "EZ Mount" are black. In our case all the hardware on the door is bright brass. The black escutcheons are ugly. These should match the chosen finish. The bright brass keyed deadbolt we replaced had matching escutcheons.

Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
