I ordered a simplex 900 series lock from GoKeyless. I ordered the wrong lock and it was absolutely my fault. I went through the exchange process was able to fix my error and get the correct lock. Their customer service was exemplary. The help provided by their staff assisted me in fixing the issue and getting the correct lock sent to me. The way they assisted me is the reason I highly recommend this company. A lot of companies sell locks but when there is a problem, it is the way they respond that will keep you as a customer. This company will keep me as a customer for life.
I ordered 70+ locks with Mike Walker, and he is great to work with. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about locks and the business of selling them. He was always quick to respond to my questions, and helped make my order easy and simple.
I have had great experience with the Go-Keyless support folks. They can solve the problems and they have great communication, if I leave a message someone calls back in a timely manner and they are great with email as well.
Everything was going well, I was even given a 5% discount code, When I tried to apply the discount code it didn't work. I spoke with the online operator, they said to process payment anyway and that they would catch the error and fix it... it didn't get fixed.

I have had multiple issues with my lock in the last year since I have bought it. The problem with their customer service is that they are not readily available. You always have to leave a message. I own a rental property and need someone to answer the phone while I am at the property. It does me no good for them to return the call if I am not at the location when they call back. They are also only available week days 9-5 and not on weekends. Many of the products they sell are not their products. They resell behome247 products. I have been waiting for a fix for a software issue for 2 weeks and still no resolution.

I ordered 2 Simplex 900 dead bolt locks to install on our ski school entry doors. The locks were easy to recode from the factory setting to our own combination. These locks replace two other Simplex 900 locks that have with stood approximately 25-30+ years of continual use and mountain environment. We have been extremely happy with the simplicity of use and the durability of these locks.
I have dealt with Craig Grisez every time that I order keyless entries. Craig and the GoKeyless staff are outstanding to work with. That make everything very simple and are SUPER fast in sending a confirmation email, emailing receipts and they ship it out usually within 24 hours. They are awesome!
I would like to take a minute to tell you how incredible my Gokeyless lock repair session went with Skip. He has great communication skills, as well as his technical skills. Together, working remotely, he/we were able to fix my lock data base/ profile and also I learned several new uses for my lock system. I believe that, as in the past, I have had quality help from Gokeyless lock tech support and now I can add Skip Graham to my list of very helpful and knowledgeable people at Gokeyless. Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
