Great customer service

Great customer service. I had to contact customer service to discuss one of their products. They were very helpful and nice.
Once I placed an order I got several emails with tracking invoice information. Very helpful!

Tyler and Skip have been very courteous, patient and helpful in their assistance to locate and define our concerns. We have successfully downloaded information from my PC to the lock and from the lock to my PC. We appreciate the attention given us.

The techs at GoKeyless were great. I had a perplexing problem that resulted in the need for multiple calls and lots of research. The team at GoKeyless researched the problem and made sure that someone was in touch with me every step of the way. Their assistance was much appreciated. Definitely reccomed them.

Patrick Is Awesome!

I had a great experience Purchasing experience with gokeyless because the person I spoke to which was Patrick, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every detail of the Schlage ZWave lock and how it operates. I purchased 2 after talking with him and I got a great price as well. Thanks Patrick!

I worked with Mike Walker with GoKeyless to determine which lockset was best for my new business location. Mike listened to what I thought I needed, asked me questions about the predicted usage looked like and guided me to just the right item. Worked with both Matt and Skip in technical support. Matt setup the initial database and communication was fast and efficient. The amount of support information supplied with this purchase was great as well. Skip called me back when I was initially setting up the lock and remoted in to assist with programming software setup and database programming. I highly recommend going through these guys just from the great support aspect! Thanks guys.

Go Keyless is the best!

We have owned our key code locks for 3 years now and Trevor Wragg is amazing. Friendly, patient and thorough.

I recently called because I was having trouble updating a new code for our locks. I was a little worried because Thylaar told me Trevor had been promoted and was no longer in tech support. Thylaar was awesome! Patient and friendly, Thylaar helped my assistant and I through the whole process. Our Preschool children and parents thank you for "helping us stay safe"

Great company and staff.

Company of liars!
August 29, 2017

I paid for second day am extra of 176$ its passed 3 days already and nothing. When i contact custumer service they claim thats nothing by thier fault keep lying about shippment and let me think im stupid dont know how to count to two! I placed the order on sat was supposed to get it max by tue AM! No one took responsibility for thier mistake and keep telling the same lies again and again. All i asked is to get the shippment cost refounded cause why i need to pay 176$ for second day if its coming two days after? And all i got its an answer that they going to cancel my order.
Don't do business with them if you guys want to stay happy. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Called with a somewhat confusing situation about replacing a current keycard lock with their E-Plex full mortise lock. James was a huge help... answered all my questions and ordered the lock for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you James!

Received a referral for this company and very happy with the process, so far. Don Kleiner was super helpful and humanized the experience by listening and understanding what we needed in a keypad lock. He was friendly, professional and definitely knew his product.

I suggest a vacation or bonus for Don!
