I recently had to uninstall and reinstall a new lock for our front door and had a negative experience with the sales team at GoKeyless. Due to that, I was rather leery about the degree of helpfulness that the rest of the team would show but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful Skip was. I sent a barrage of convoluted emails in regards to our door and Skip always responded in a timely manner, even when his hours for calls to troubleshoot were busy. He was also very helpful via the phone and clarified information for me in his calls within minutes that would have took hours to digest in the installation manuals. Thank you Skip!
