The book to program the ETDL Trilogy lock is not the easiest to translate. We called Thylaar at the Gokeyless support line and he is much better than the book. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We at ZMI appreciate him very much!
Matt was super helpful! I tons of questions about which keyless lock to use and how the technology worked. He went above and beyond and even found the specs for the wifi adapter for me.
I worked with Skip to learn how to program new lock. He was wonderful and walked me through the entire process. He was very patient. I hope to work with him again if future questions should come up.
Mike helped me chose the right lock for my needs. He took his time and walked me through the pros and cons of each lock and this was especially important since I was purchasing over a dozen locks.

On just an average day when our co-founder, Josh Stamps, made a quick trip to the grocery store on the way home from work. Eager to be home, one arm with groceries, the other with a briefcase, he walked towards the front door.
