I thought i reserver a similar but for us preferable flight last night but got a reservation on British Air, not Swiss air. The BA itinerary was our second choice. How did that happen? It looks like you guys tried to get me to pay for what the airline offers for free (carry on bag). I confirmed w/ the airline that the go light package includes this. It makes me suspect that other things you tried to charge me for I would also get for free.
