Since I booked the wrong flight and it could not be canceled, I did not take the flight I booked on January 8. According to the law, if you do not take a booked flight, you are entitled to a refund of all taxes and fees (which is usually the largest part of the booking). I have been trying to get this for almost 4 months now. Without success! At first I was asked to contact the airline directly, but they referred me back to the booking portal, from booking.com I was referred to gotagate. I have now written to them via the contact form, describing the case and asking for a refund of all taxes and fees. To date, I have not received a refund, even after repeated enquiries. They are supposedly waiting to hear back from the airline. However, it seems that gotagate is done with a one-time request to which there is no response. Despite repeated requests to contact me only in writing, as I am traveling around the world and phone calls would be unaffordable, they kept trying to call me. Does gotagate want to sit this one out?

Be careful of this travel agency they are scammer they have hidden charges! I have booked a flight tickites and after I did the payment the details of the flight been changed that will not suit to me and I didn't been notified that the details and the time of the flight been changed. The duration of the flight that I booked and paid for was 9 hours from London Standsted airpots to Istanbul, after I processed the payment the duration of the flight been changed to 30 hours transit, which is absolutely horrible as I have a disabled son can not stay 30 hours in transit. When I have asked for the reasons and to cancel I have been charged £136 for that. They change the details to increase the price of the tickets after you been traded by them

As soon as I was booking my ticket, I filled out the necessary information in less than five minutes as soon as I was going to check out, I was advised that prices went up by $40 when I checked other websites it was still at the previous price

Buying tickets on Gotogate has always been the way I plan travel. It's the only way I can afford to go where I have dreamt of going. England, Australia, it's worked awesome going everywhere!
We requested a small change on the booking within 10 mins of booking and we were asked to pay $45 processing fee. Not happy with our first experience booking with go togate.
The experience was easy, I just wish the Seay prices weren't so high. The original price was 4 something then the final price was 690. Just wish it was cheaper but I'm grateful nonetheless
Like many other customers, I was charged a "handling fee" when I had to cancel a ticket I booked, literally within 20 min after booking. Only then I found that such a fee would be collected. I contacted them afterward, and they did not budge and refused to answer my question about why they did not mention the fee before booking. A very shady business that should not exist.
