Spark delivers for Walmart and just hires people online a couple of them were good drivers most of them horrible I told Walmart about it they said they would write it up and contact Spark. Spark has no customer service number they don't care.
You call the customer service about the missing items all they tell you is ask for a refund, like its normal and they don't care about there incompetent employees
I got banned from Walmart for reporting bad grocery deliveries of the groceries being dumped in the street or parking lot because the driver did not want to carry them in! So he dumped them and ran! It's now called "Walmart Dump & Run!" When I complained they said " well your groceries got delivered! And no refund will be given for all the groceries that melted out in the parking lot!" After that conversation Walmart put a ban on me and am not able to shop there anymore! WTH? I'm done! Switching now to Target.com because their store is clean and spotless and food is fresh and their deliveries are perfect! I heard many delivery complaints for Walmart! They now have been nicknamed "Walmart Dump & Run Delivery"!
Today was the last time even trying that dump. Last 4 times have all been crap. Every order either substituted with the most expensive thing they can find or completely out of stock. Service sucks. The only thing good about it is the drivers are not actual Walmart employees and they do the best work. They have a bunch of uneducated people that does not give a crap what you order. They either dont look or grab the first thing they see as a substitute. Walmart just plain sucks. The bigger they get the worse they are.
I have Covid and decided to place an order for medications and soup. Paid for it and then received a confirmation email. Then an email that Ceasar is shopping, then a substitution, then out for delivery and then all of a sudden it was cancelled. I spent from 8:14 pm to 10:22 pm trying to find out why. Had to go to the store with a fever of 104 to get my items. I received 4 different answers as to why this happened. Till today I have been told, system error, express is done by a 3rd party delivery company and they cancelled it, an ID issue and it was cancelled for my security. Which one is it. I feel scammed and my money still has not been returned.
Requires $35 minimum orders to benefit - sometimes even for store pickup. Too many items ineligible for free shipping or free pickup. Ridiculous program, should be $5 a month or less. If my Amex card didn't credit me for the cost, I certainly would have canceled and I'm even thinking of canceling so that Amex doesn't keep paying them for it!
Im always either missing items (some times large sections of my order) or I'm waiting hours or sometimes days to get my stuff. It doesn't work at all and needs to be completely revamped. Don't waste your money.
I had no issues with Walmart+ delivery in Las Vegas then I moved to Virginia and literally every. Single. Order. (Save 2 that actually came on time without major issues) has had major problems. Either damaged items or just outright not showing up. Sometimes even saying it was delivered when it never even left the store! I have spent well over 20 hours in communication with customer service and the local store itself and all they've done is give me a few promo codes for $10 here or there. Absolutely the worst delivery service out there as far as I've experienced.
I'm giving Walmart grocery a five-star review because for the past year I've been using their service and although it hasn't been perfect it has saved me trips to the grocery store with tiny babies and for that I am more than grateful. If there are any issues or missing items I'm always compensated in full so no complaint there either. This service has made my life incredibly easier. Thank you Walmart!

If you can't read and speak English equally as well in the United States then you can't provide good service as a delivery driver. How can you hire a person who doesn't meet this standard?
I have discovered that delivery personnel have become far to reliant on the "App" they are provided to make accurate and timely deliveries.
I'm getting sick and tired of having to step out of my house and go find someone who should be doing their job better.
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
Answer: No one wants to work. Unless you tip well they won't take delivery
