This is by far the bottom of the barrel when rating grocery services. Currently I have Shipt, Instacart and Amazon Prime who may have problems from time to time but also ways to resolve those problems that show they value their customers.
Plain and simple Walmart does not deliver. They do not have customer service to deal with delivery service problems.
When you have an issue and you call all they can do is credit your account. They can not make sure you get undelivered or spoiled items. They do no keep frozen items like ice cream cold. They tell you they are cold and frozen when they leave the store. They can not get hold of drivers who may have left your groceries in the car. They can not find out who shopped your order improperly.
Walmart takes no responsibility for any of these issues other than to give you a credit. They can not replace your order time and so you have to wait hours to reorder your items. There is no priority for your problems to be taken care of promptly. If they screwed up on items that don't total your minimum order you will actually have to pay for redelivery. You may have to wait hours again because of availability. They will tell you to call the store and when you do the phone will ring and ring and if you are lucky enough to have a person answer they will tell you they can not help you. They are ridiculous.
My last dozen orders had issues. I spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with each one of them to get refunds for items that were wrong items, spoiled items or just plain missing. If you value your time steer clear of this service. At least in Tampa Palms, Florida.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. This is the second incident! They gave the bags to anyone!
I placed a order from Walmart delivery for groceries on Thursday 09/02/21, and i placed it Thursday so my groceries could be delivered Friday 09/03/21 between hours of 5pm-6p. Friday comes and Walmart sends me a email around 5:38pm telling me my order would be delayed and they would send me another update on the status of my order. I then checked my email around 6:50pm, there was still no status update from Walmart remind you my order was suppose to be there between 5pm-6pm, time passes and its now 7:50pm i call walmart customer care and they state that there are no delivery drivers who can deliver the food. The next day comes Saturday 09/04/21 and theres still no update on the status of my order so i call customer care again and they tell me they will escalate the situation to the store. It is now 12:30pm est i still have not heard anything from the store. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ENERGY DO NOT USE WALMART DELIVERY THEY ARE A INCOVIENCE AND HAVE NO REMORSE.
Twice I've ordered delivery days in advance. And they never manage to do it on time it's always two hours late

Order came wasn't my groceries $107 my items cost.Im talking shrimp, crabmeat, high price items, received someones salad, cat food, turkey, tuna, called they gave refund and $10 promo code off next delivery.The phones ring endless, thank god finally a lady actually went to the back and put them on the phone with me. Finally got refund but remember we pay for tip and delivery, door dash lady said no names were on the bags.Run find another way because, you get nothing but headaches at Walmart.
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
