Zero star should be given. Room size is very small, washbasin is inside the room, toilet is very small just like village tenement seen before 20 years.

What a dive. Dirty room. 1 bed had no blanket. The other had a blanket but had more cigarette burns than I could count. 1 bath towel for 2 people. Ice machine has to be plugged in as the auger runs all the time. The parking lot sounded like a brothel all night and looked like a pot distribution center in the morning. Desk clerk didn't give back my ID. Called 3 days later and swore it would be mailed the next day. 6 days after this they still had it. One week later they didn't have it anymore but I sure haven't seen it. If I had to do it again I wouldn't hesitate to sleep in my vehicle. Good luck if you stay here.

This place has roaches! It's so disgusting! There were roaches and a toe nail in our room. The smell is bad! The worse smell you can imagine. Do not stay here! The front desk was unhelpful and did not offer to reimburse us. We had to leave to find a different hotel. It was so bad.

Very unhappy!

I noticed the cost WAS NOT what was initially offered. Within 3 minutes of my reservation, I called the customer service line to cancel my reservation. The website said reservations could be cancelled. However, when I called I was told the reservation was NOT able to be cancelled.

Clean and Affordable

I made a huge mistake booking from this site. The rooms look cheap at first but its add on payments such as service fees made the rooms so expensive. Then they dont have customer service available online and only needs to call.

Now, i cannot even ask for hotel receipts and guest folio. For business traveler stay out of this site. It is too expensive better to go to Agoda or Booking.com. Because it is cheaper and also provides payment invoice.

Stayed there a while back and left a pair of Costa Sunglasses in the room. I contacted resort after I got home and realized I left them. They said they had them and I went through process to have them mailed to me. I never recieved them and after multiple calls back to resort I was unable to talk to correct person to find out what happened. A postal worker from the local post office called me and said all they had was a box of bottles. But not the glasses! 250 dollars down the drain!

Not a 5 Star

1. Long check in time
2. Dirty beddings
3. One Rude staff at breakfast and dinner
4. Bar and duty manager not capable of resolving guests issues
5. Room Phone's ringing in toilet
6. Drinks are served in dirty glasses
7. Room service takes atleast 30 mins even if you order in advance
8.2-3 people taking drinks order at breakfast but you are still waiting for a long time
9. For any given complaint only reply is a sorry
10. None of the staff is at 5star level

Zero stars SCAM

Unbelievable! When booking for hotel back in August I booked for the 31st and check out on the 1st. After confirming payment and checking my email they switched the dates on me! To Aug 29th the day I booked. I wasn't even in town yet! After multiple calls to both hotel and them explaining what had happen they refused to refund my money. After the last few months fighting it with my credit card company looks like I'll have to pay the scammers their money. Complete bull$#*!!

Deceptive

Very tricky pricing shown. You don't see the total price until after you have committed to pay. It ends up more expensive than alternatives. Also room shown was not what we booked which led to an unpleasant surprise when we checked in.

They will rip you off

I booked a reservation with https://www.guestreservations.com/, the room rate was $168.00. After booking, I received notice from my credit card that they added an additional $80.00 in fees. After I realized that they added the fees I tried to cancel the reservation and they wanted to charge me an additional cancellation fee.

Complete cheating site

I have made reservation via them for $900. But it would only cost $780 if book via other platform. And the prices showed on quote was very misleading (didn't indicate price per night but looks like total).

Visiting San Antonio for my birthday. I fiance booked the room. He booked a handicapp assisible room ( he's paralyzed)Veteran. When we arrived to the hotel to check in. We was told his room was already occupied. At that time I wanted to snap. He calmed me down. We went to the room on the 3rd floor dirty from the walls tto the floor and all in between. I carry my personal cleaning supplies every where I go. I began trying to clean. It was way to much. The bed was just a remake from the previous guest. The floors was grimes. Bath tub was dirty as well as sink, toilet and shower. Went back to front desk and we was assigned to the fourth floor. No much better. We settled in and had to go to wal mart to pick up a shower chair to take a shower. Did I mention we had been on the road for 12 hours. The conditions for living standards are extremely low. Doing the check out no incentive offered. I almost forgot breakfast horrible pork, powder eggs, toast offered everyday. Awful. Needless to say this will not be a hotel of interest anymore. Pictures dirty floors, dead roach, dirty walls, dirt and dust behind bed, looked under the bed it was a knife and a hair roller.

Had to rebook the room to a different date, when I called the hotel itself they said they were fine with rebooking at another date for free but couldn't change the reservation because it was through guestreservations.com. When I called the booking company they said the cancellation/rebooking fee was $275.14 PER ROOM, which was only $100.00 less than the total booking itself!

The website says bookings are FREE CANCELLATION within 24 hours but that is UNTRUE. I have reported the company to the better business bureau as a scam. They also have promoted ads that show up before the hotel website itself and makes it seem as if they are the hotel website.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this booking platform.

Pure deception

Pure deception! Definitely don't use it to book hotel rooms. They show an attractive room rate, but when you select the room rate, enter and confirm your personal- and credit card details, hundreds of euros extra are deducted. This means your room costs more than double than on other websites.

Worst Ever
November 26, 2024

Rooms booked, not received. The rooms received were dirty, hair on beds and not connected like we asked. Rude staff both checking in and out, as well as breakfast. The man that does work in the hotel sleeps in the room with the breakfast staff right across from our room arguing, then going out. Would never recommend or EVER stay there again!

Fire alarm
October 14, 2024

Our suite was beautiful however, their fire alarm went off twice, during our stay, due to a water pressure issue. Not sure how often it happens but, it can't be good for business. We won't stay here again.

I am disgusted that your resort is allowing such a vile person as Donald Trump to come to your event center. I hope you get payment up front because he does NOT pay his bills!
