I really enjoyed my stay here, the amenities were nice plus they had a good valet service, Ashton brought my car up on a timely manner and was very respectful. That checkout was nice and easy, to the morning receptionist was very nice. I definitely will come back and i recommend this hotel to anyone interested.
This site should be shut down and any positive reviews are fake. They charge three times taxes and fees as any other site and argue if you question. Fees and taxes should have been $25. They charged $81 claiming it is standard for third party. Checked other sites and it isn't. Complete scam and when you call they just read script over and over and tell you supervisor is engaged with other callers.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Camille Centeno, the Sales Manager helped us booked our suite. It has a small kitchen, a good size ref, microwave and dining table. The front desk staff arranged for our ride to the airport as well. This hotel is very close to "The Mega mall". The room is big. The Hotel staff took good care of us. Thank you to Camille.

This website is a scam! I thought I was on the company website for Del Marcos Hotel and booked two nights. They charged me for a 3rd night and refused to refund my money. Do not use this company, check the Better Business Bureau - they have an F!

I thought I was booking directly through the hotels website which had the same rate but much cheaper taxes/fees than Guest Reservations. This website is very sneaky and we did not know we were booking a non refundable room while the hotel has a 2 day cancellation policy. Terrible customer service and nontranspareny. I had a problem doing a reservation and I immediately contacted customer support to solve it. Over 7 days later they answered simply that I could cancel the booking and that the fee would be 240 dollars. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this website, they have 0 customer care and 0 intention to help you in whatever you need.

Be carful the pricing was unclear and they tend to look just like the official site of the hotel. On a $150 room I ended up aping an extra $86 for "Hotel charges and tax". Well the tax is only 15% and when i checked with the hotel the rooms were $150 no extra charges (tax $22.5 total) do the math. Paid in full so I can not even cancel with out an extremely high cancelation fee. I will know better next time not to use this service. Watch your self... So disappointed.

I checked into the Hampton Inn and suites in Alexandria, Virginia on Thursday, January 18. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that they are going to charge me $75 a day on top of the $589 that I spent for three nights at this hotel. They said the $75 a day is for incidentals. I have no pets, there is no mini bar and nothing in this room is worth stealing. Why are you charging me $75 a day extra? That was $225 that I was not planning on spending on this hotel that I could've used on my trip sightseeing. Nowhere on any of your literature or online does it say you charge a $75 a day incidental fee. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it is clean, the staff is very friendly and it's not their fault that the corporation is a bunch of greedy aholes.

A "tax recovery fee" of $154.00 was added to my credit card after I gave my credit card info. It was very deceptive to not disclose it on the bill before you pay. Called their phone number immediately and was told it is nonrefundable. Their fee was more than my room.

Surfed internet for local hotels last minute (because my flight was canceled) their website had rooms@ 150. When I called to reserve was quoted 350?! This company is a scam. They give you the lower hotel rate and then over tax and over fee until you pay way more than the regular hotel price. They don't show all of the fees until you hit submit which at that time you find out the cost is 30 percent more than the regular fee at the hotel. They offered me 184 USD, but charged me 259 USD.
Valet parking sucks. They don't know what there doing and they don't know how to do it. It was 30 minutes and I was still waiting for another 45. Absolutely terrible and no communication on when are car got to the front.

When I searched for the hotel I inadvertently landed on Guest Reservations instead of the Hotel site directly. They add approximately 70% to the hotel tax/fee for themselves. If you book on the hotel site directly you will get the same room rate and pay 70% less in taxes and fees.
