I Will NEVER use them AGAIN. I highly recommend to Stay away from them. Completely avoid them at all
Yes I clicked your site to continue reservation. I don't think you should do that. It should be upfront on the front page that states this reservation will have an added fee of...
Everything was very easy! After we arrived we found out it would have been way cheaper to call the Hotel direct! We will never use guestreservations.com again!
Very easy to book, would have been nicer to see images of the room that correspond with your choice rather than just a text description, prior to pressing the Book Now button..
Guest reservations email stated I had guaranteed reservation. I paid the amount when I booked it. When I got to the Hotel, It wasn't guaranteed, The Strat in Las Vegas wouldn't honor the guaranteed reservation.
Location is great for hospitals in area...This particular Hampton INN, was connected to Direct TV.
They did not furnish any local or surrounding TV stations, as there are 3 in Omaha, two in Lincoln, NE.
Hampton Inn in Lincoln, NE (40 mi away) does furnish BOTH Omaha & Lincoln stations. I will stay in Lincoln next time and drive into Omaha.
BUYER BEWARE!
Guest-Reservations sucks you in with valid, competitive offers, then subtotals the full cost of the proposed offer for your inspection. You are then given the opportunity to agree/or disagree with their no cancelation policy which reads as follows:
"This rate is non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled - if you do choose to change or cancel this booking you will not be refunded any of the payment. "
Up to this point in their process everything is legitimate, but once you agree and provide your payment information, you receive your confirmation and a big surprise service fee that was never agreed to in advance (see pic of service charge that was added after the fact) I had no apprehension to their non-refundable policy, but adding an unagreed-upon service charge after the fact is a major problem, because I didn't agree to not being entitled to recourse in the event of fraud, and what they're doing is clearly within the legal definition of fraud.
When I called the hotel directly, they confirmed that my room had been booked (by Guest Reservations) as promised, but they did so, posing as PRICELINE.COM. When I called Priceline.com and spoke directly with one of their Reps, they informed me that they had no relationship with Guest-Reservations and had no knowledge of Guest-Reservations activities.
I reported Guest-Reservations to Priceline.com, Wyndham Inns/La Quinta, and called my credit card issuer and filled out a dispute. Fortunately, I have screen-shots of everything I was offered and agreed to, but that doesn't change the fact that this was/is an unnecessary hassle that I'm now being forced to deal with at a time when there are many other things I should be focusing my attention on.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH: GUEST-RESERVATIONS
Nothing special! But OK.
In general I do not like to communicate with machines, I rather would like contacts to people when it comes to questions and alike.
Simple and easy reservation process. Everything went smoothly. I was attending my father's memorial services, so it was great to have a simple process.
I reserved an hotel in Vilnius today and after I payed I saw that they charged me 153,77 EUROS FOR FEES AND TAXES WITHOUT TELLING ME BEFORE!
I am writing this letter regarding a hotel reservation Confirmation R******* with guest reservations.com On August 15,2019, for two nights October 31-November 2. I pre paid $445.48 for this reservation. Payment was made by my Master CredutCard on 8/14/19. Seconds after receiving what I believed a legal confirmation, I called and disputed the confirmation clause that stated No Refund and explained that I would NEVER make a non refundable reservation because I have lung cancer stage 4. They did not care. I called 8 times trying To speak to a Supervisor which they refused to and told me there were no supervisors. I then wrote at least 10 emails to Initially. Just requesting a change on the wording of Full Refund in case my health was not well. They refused. I called the hotel directly Embassy Suite Downtown Tampa Convention Center and they had no record of my reservation. I called 3 different phone numbers the Hotel provided me and "Ann" acted surprised and told me that she was sending an email to the hotel and I would be notified by email. Hotel management had their hands tied since I made a reservation through what I though was an Embassy Suites legal webpage. I gave contacted guestreservations.com everyday since 8/15/19 A Jeany G from guestreservations.com emailed me and said she was going to get me "a one time waiver" and get me a full refund. This was on 8/26 and that it would take up to 5-7 days. On 9/3/19 I contacted the Better Business Bureau in and explained the scan of this company. Today I received an email stating they can not refund Eventhough to this date 9/4/19 the Embassy Suites DOwntown Tampa Convention Center has NO RECORD of my reservation.
THESE ARE THIEVING DISHONEST AGENCY! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY CHARGE MORE THAN ADVERTISED! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!
They hide extra charges which you find out about once paid! Never Ever Use Them! Bunch of thieves!
You DID NOT make it clear that even though I went to an OFFICICIAL Hilton Hotel website to book the reservation, I WAS NOT booking a reservation that was with the hotel itself.
Your website is generic an if not carefully scrutinized, appears to be a website for reserving directly to the hotel I chose. As such, when my wife had found bed bugs in her bed, and was transferred to a smaller and inexpensive room, I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND OR ANY SORT OF ROOM CREDIT.
I am extremely displeased and will NEVER book a room with ANY hotel that utilizes your company in the future.
Very good so far. Easy to fill out the forms, good information given.
No bath towels or face cloths in the bathroom of the unit I was in. When I called the front desk they told me that there were no wash cloths, that they had been ordered but had not yet arrived. At that time I was a bit put off, they told me to use the hand towels as a wash cloth. I went out and bought some wash cloths to use. When I got back to the room the bath towels were there, and there were also two wash cloths.
So, that was good.
I am pre-diabetic, the only thing I was able to eat from the breakfast was the yogurt. There was not really much choice. I understand the current issues re: Covid-19, but that was a let down. However, I had brought along my own fruit so I was ok.
I do not drink coffee. There was a Kurig in the room, and a couple of tea bags. I don't know if you have even tried to drink hot water from a Kurig with a tea bag? I think, considering the cost of the room, that some Kurig tea pods would really go a long way with tea drinkers.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. I received the bath towels and face cloths. The room was clean and the night was quiet. So I am giving four stars for those two reasons for the customer service.
Very easy site to use. Wish sites were clearer about who you are actually booking with. I prefer to book directly w/location not a service.
Very user-friendly interface, but it claimed some hotel rooms were open when they were already booked. This was only a minor inconvenience.
Quick and easy process, excellent, friendly service at the hotel. The staff were amazing. Will definitely be recommending to other people.
Markup of reservation service too much money.I had a 2 star $68 dollar room for 2 days and my total bill was $199.
Will not use this service again.!
Horrible! Getting charged $30 extra while trying to save money sucks. I didn't realize it until I had already booked.

Answer: They did the same to me. The reason is because they are stealing from you and hope you don't notice or don't care
Answer: I feel your pain. What's sad is that this company is an affiliate of Expedia
Answer: Literally the same. Hope you get reimbursed! Good luck!
Hi Scott, we are sorry you had this experience. Just like when you book through a hotel directly, Guest Reservations must charge its customers for all applicable taxes, including any hotel taxes. Additionally, by charging a service fee for all of its reservations, we are able to offer 24/7 customer support and operate as an independent travel network. Guest Reservations conspicuously discloses all fees and taxes on its checkout summary webpage, asking customers to check a box acknowledging these before they enter their payment information. Despite our transparency, we remain concerned about your experience. Please provide us your reservation # and the email address used at purchase and we will respond with the next steps. Thank you.
