This site is a complete scam. They lure you in because it looks like you are on the hotel's site, and once you "complete" your booking you will realize that you've been charged nearly 50% or more over the room rate and it is non-refundable, and you've been completely ripped off! Save yourself the headache and book directly with the hotel, do not use this site that will rob you.
Be careful how you make your reservation. When I was making the reservation, I hit the paint button by mistake and he was the wrong date on there. So I tried to call back and let them know that the date that I purchased was the wrong date and they wouldn't honor it. This was a minute later not only that they charge this ridiculous fee to book. Do yourself a favor call the hotel straight that you're trying to book. You'll save your land yourself a lot of money and a big headache.

Do not book with this website. It is a massive financial risk. They will charge you more than the hotel will and not refund any of your money. I had put in for one night then called them to add 1 additional night in the room I had already booked. Instead, they booked an additional room for 2 nights. Giving me a total of two rooms; one for 1 night and one for 2 nights. I'm still in the process of disputing the charge and am very frustrated and highly displeased with the result. When I called back they stated they were having technical difficulties and to call back in 2 mins. When I called back in two minutes, they said I needed to wait 1 hour before calling back. Worst reservation experience I've ever had. I will never use them again.

We are here right now. Do not pay for buffet! Supposed to be open 6-10. Got here at 8:30 and they're completely out of eggs, sausage, fruit, juice, milk, and regular coffee. Only food available is dry cereal, decaf coffee, and toast. This is not worth $14.95! No drinks available for kids, even water. No staff around to speak to. Don't waste your money!

CC sent charge notification for Paradise Pnt in SoCal. I'm in AK working. Called Hotel, not affiliated (CC charge shows *ParadisePt*). CC Co gave vendor #. 48 min > 3 toll-free numbers>disconnects>coherences/scripted dialogues>robbed>deflated. Emails received showing I BOOKED "your number your email, your responsible"- by "Get A Room" scam vender. Was told by 3rd party scam: make the 2 night trip/discounted 3rd night+vouchers. Cancelled for one night refund/2nd night charged due to policy. Even tho I didn't book! No management/billling/dispute department. Canceled CC. Filed complaint with my CC. In "dispute resolution" "Get A Room" said I never cancelled (I have an email showing I canceled and refunded ONE night but not second due to cancel policy "you accepted").

First, the website is EXTREMELY deceiving. I clicked on the link to book a room at the hotel that I needed to be at for continuing education hours. The price was noted as one thing then upon completing my booking it was almost triple that price!
Second, MAKE SURE TO READ ALL THE FINE PRINT! Once I discovered the exorbitant price, I tried to cancel and was then told the booking was non-refundable.
Now let's discuss the condition of the room. Embassy Suites in Columbia, South Carolina is filthy and run down.
The room smelled, the A/C never turned off. Tried bumping the thermostat up to no avail. After having it set to 85 and it was still under 70 in the room we ended up just turning it off and going to the front desk to ASK for a blanket (none were provided in the room), the sheets were falling off the bed and there was no bedskirt (you could see the mattress was just thrown on top of a box. The showers drain plug was broken and left sitting on the side of the tub. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. They charged you for every little thing.
I spoke to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do about the charges because it was through a 3rd party booking (which I understand) But, They didn't seem to care about the conditions in the room.
All that being said, buyer beware, the search results are made to look like your clicking on the actual hotels site, not a third party. I did learn a valuable lesson. Always deal with the hotel directly…they will never actually collect payment until your stay. Just have your card on file to reserve the room.

The website crashed before finalizing our booking, I repeat we did not complete the booking due to the website crashing. We needed to go back in reenter our info to book the room. After hitting complete reservation we noticed our bank account was charged twice due the this crashing.
The customer service rep work for work said that it was our fault and due to the cancellation policy we would not get a full refund. As a reminder we did not submit the first booking due to the website crashing. If you read the list of complaints on the Better Business Bureau's website you will see there are numerous complaints where individuals run into this same scam.
We are perplexed by the cancellation terms the rep was referencing considering we never booked anything.

My wife completed reservation for $208, free cancellation. Once confirmed bill was $290 and no cancellation possible. Disputed with credit card company. A whole different company shows up and provides a screen shot that implies we knew about the fees and cancellation policy. Stay away. Wish I could give negative stars..

I had two prepaid rooms the night we were to get into Kalispell. We, unfortunately, got caught up in the stupid delta/crowdstrike software issue and our flights were cancelled. No more flights into Kalispell for two days, so we had to cancel our glacier trip. The park reservations people were awesome and refunded our money. What did the grouse mountain lodge do when I called? They gave me an email address, the person I emailed never got back to me, then they rebooked our rooms. I know that because they contacted me to tell me I left a hoodie in my room. What a nice business….NOT!

I made my reservation over the phone with Choice Hotels and was given a non cancel reservation without knowing. I was not give any other choices nor was I told this reservation could not be cancelled, changed or refunded. When I received the email it was stated there but was already too late to cancel. I guess they are like crooks, you have to stay one step ahead of them so you don't get ripped off.
When I talked to the manager at the hotel itself she said "you should make better choices". I guess she's right, had I had choices I could have made better ones.

DO NOT stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Loveland, CO. We were visiting for a softball tournament and my 13 year old daughter developed a rash during our stay. My Dad checked the bed to see if it could be something on the bed and while doing so found a black pouch. He opened it to then find a crack pipe. He then decide to check his bed and found a vape. It was brought to the the staffs attention and I was told the manager would contact me in the morning. After allowing several hours to pass, I then visited the lobby to speak to the manager. She tried all she could to avoid speaking to me in person to discuss the situation. Once she finally did she stated that her staff was her priority and that I needed to wait. I ended up contacting the property manager who also didn't seem to think it was an issue nor acknowledged the severity of the situation. It is apparent that the hotel is not cleaning their rooms properly and risking the health and wellbeing of their customers. Especially my 13 year old daughter who was exposed to this! But as the property manager (Kelly Hunter) stated, "it was simply paraphernalia and we did enjoy our stay and enjoyed their breakfast and other hotel amenities."

Unless you stay 3 nights there is no room cleaning even if you request it. Sign posted says you can request it however it doesn't do any good. I requested room cleaning after 1st night and barely got towel service. 2nd day I again requested room cleaning and was told no problem arrived back at 730pm guess what room had not been touched and there was a tip in the room for the maid but no tip now. Also there were ants in the room two nights in a row. Hot tub was not any warmer than a room bath Water. Customer service was customer no service and did not do anything to resolve my issue other than a I so sorry, BS... I will never stay at anything owned by a Stoney creek franchise ever again.

I saw they charged me extra then I agreed to and after I spoke to two very rude customer service people where one was making fun of me and the other hung up on me I called the hotel I meant to book and they stated there was no reservation made for me. Then they proceeded to ask for my confirmation number when I said it started with a R they were very confused. Then I realized while calling the customer service there was one button for confirmation starting in R and then all other number were a different button. I don't know what kind of scam this is but it is ridiculous.

We stayed3 days in Coon rapids. Country inn suites. The curtains were dirty. For being newly remodeled. The plug behind the stand didn't work so no lamp. Tried a new bulb no luck an then a different lamp. No go. The floor was dirty In spots not moped good. Spilt coffee by fridge. Toilet paper dispenser s were dirty. Taping mud all over. Thought it wood be better for the price they charge. Won't be going back there. Either will our friends that traveled with us.

Booked through Priceline so there wasn't many options for us but the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. The vomit smell in the first floor hallway was overwhelming; however the room smelled clean, so we thought. Was so exhausted, we showered and went to bed. Woke up at 6am to the gross pillows, what's seemed to be mold. Asked the front desk person for new pillows due to mold being on the pillows and she advised that housekeeping would be there about 9:30am. Housekeeping arrives and sprinkles white powder down the hall, okay carpet freshener. This was extremely overwhelming, even people outside complaining. Finally housekeeping is near our room, I advise again about the pillows and he offers a one night refund, until I advise that I booked through Priceline.
