Well the front desk was just not UNDERSTANDING very rude! I reserved a room due to driving we took longer than expected and then lost the room and paid an EXTRA 70$ for three nights to get in earlier. The toilet didn't flush properly the laundry room was messed up the dryer was not in service…the pool was not able to be used either and the fridge stopped working the second day we were there and some roaches as well! Unfortunately we had no choice To just keep spending money To move to another hotel so my family and I made it work! Thanks again for having a roof over our heads for the three nights but WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! Or ANY DAYS INN ON THAT NOTE
They pre charged me $600 to stay at Land of Nod, an abandoned hotel. I arrived to a boarded up building. According to the people at the new hotel I had to book that hotel has been abandoned for 6 months

I booked my room with them and when we reached, the receptionist mentioned that she gave the rooms to all walkin, which doesn't make any sense.
After talking to her manager, she mentioned that she will give us a suite but need to pay extra which didnt make any sense either as it was their fault. We had no choice at this point as it was late and stayed calm.
The staff was rude and to argued on how they gave the rooms to walkins even after prior bookings, secondly she gave us the room that had a weird smell. It felt like it was damp, and we got rashes after staying in the room.
And that's not it, so we left next day thinking that deposit would eventually come back as it was advised by receptionist. However it's been 4 days and when we called them to confirm, they mentioned that we have to drive back in order to get the money back.
Plus the manager called us and started yelling that why we gave them bad ratings.
This is obnoxious, I don't understand how these people think that they would be able to receive a better rating after all of this.
Plus they want us to visit the hotel back in order to get our deposit back is like 4 hours drive.

On August 28th at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon while walking into the hotel I was met by a large male employee and he demanded that I leave the property in which as begged for an explanation and the walked by him angrily off the property, further investigation through calling them I was accused of sneaking my very small emotional support cat into the hotel because I walked through the front door holding his bed his and his little home and the litter box and the cat litter as well as his carry case and water and bowl all of that in plain sight. They also charged me 50$ and called me a liar and accused me of trying to scam them they are all extremely rude never go there you will hate it!

Do NOT use Guest Reservations! I booked accidentally through the site thinking that I was booking directly with the hotel. I was booking 10 months in advance and wanted to make sure that I could cancel without penalty, and read something that I had until a week before to cancel. When I got my email confirmation, however, the email read that it was non-refundable. I called immediately and was told that they would probably honor my cancellation and refund me as I had booked so far in advance. I was later told that I would NOT receive a refund per their policy. I feel like this was a bait and switch, and when I tried to get help from my credit card company, they said that the company's policy had been shared with me.
I could understand if the reservation was for that evening or even that week, but I called 10 months in ADVANCE of the reservation to cancel. The customer service is atrocious, and I also was surprised by the hidden fees. I can not express enough how awful this company is.

The TV did not work in the room. There was no light over the sink. They do not have free breakfast and no microwave in the room or free coffee yet at 6am. We paid 234 for our room expected more. Staff was friendly, but one person alone on a Saturday night

We were advised if we called the morning of check in we would almost be guaranteed an adjoing room, which is what we needed due to some medical issues. We did this and were told they had it reserved and all was good. We get there and they did not have this done and could not accommodate. They acted like we had not spoken to them. We confirmed by phone number we did call the premises and finally a young man admitted he had spoken with us. We ended up not getting the adjoining rooms. My daughters room smelled like smoke in the bathroom and mine smelled like sewer. You could litterally smell the sewer smell outside the hall door. Took my grandson to pool and there was debris EVERYWHERE! The spa was freezing water. The room, other than the horrible smell, was clean which was appreciated. We will be traveling alot to Atlanta for medical reasons and will try to avoid this place.

My friend was there two weeks and they charged a $250 fee because they said she smoked in the room which was not true. I helped her clean her room before she left and it was exemplary. The manager commented on how clean it was and did not say anything then about any complaint he had. Then he charged $250 without any explanation until asked later and won't give the money back. I was helping her by paying her bill and am stuck with that extra expense.

They booked us for an extra night that we already had a reservation for. We called after checking our bank account and let them know the situation. Customer rep was rude and informed us that the $ was already taken out of our account and we didn't cancel in that alloted time frame. Um why would we, we didn't know we had a 2nd reservation. She didn't like my husband's tone so she hung up on him. Lesson learned.

This website disguises itself as the hotel website. While I was trying to read the terms of the booking, the website automatically booked my room. I did not press confirm or book or give my consent in any way to book the room. I immediately called and explained what happened and they agreed to cancel the room but refused to refund my money. What a scam. Make sure you make sure you go to hotel website and avoid the ridiculous fees this group charges.

Parking near Airport - VERY DECEIVING! It says 24/7 on the site. NO It's NOT. My flight got in at 10:50 pm and I called and they said the parking man went home it stopped at 10:30! So I had to spend ANOTHER $30 for a taxi to the Hampton Inn. A 2 mile ride! I'll NOT park there again, forget it. Not right. They should NOT say 24/7 on the add at all! I'll park at the airport, it's only $6 a nite for those of you who need it.!

We have recently left New York after a stay at the Riu Plaza hotel, Times Square. We arrived after a nine hour train journey. On arrival we were greeted
By two taxes to be paid, before the receptionist would consider booking us in. We had booked a king size deluxe room, and were sorely disappointed, poky would best describe it. We were on a lower level which was noisy 24 hours per day, with an awful view. We did ask to move but were refused.
We agree with all the other comments referring to the key cards. Temperamental would be an understatement. Reception kept telling us that the cards were fine it was us, however other people were constantly having the same problems!
Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. However queuing for breakfast was very busy and clogging up the lift area.

My elderly mother was looking to go on a trip and relax for awhile. She looked up where she wanted to go, and clicks on the ad at the top. She fills out all her details and books it. Then finds she has been charged a nearly $300 service fee that was not shown in the price summary, only in the conformation email. So I came to help her call customer service only 24 minutes after making the booking and asked to make a cancellation. Only just before the person we were speaking to went to cancel the booking I asked "We will be refunded for this won't we". No. Apparently " You agreed to the Terms & Conditions we will not refund you". I talked to 4 different people about the fact that that charge had only been shown on the email, before they offered us a $71 dollar discount, I then spoke to another few people before the Discount was increased to $104. I just gave up. We still haven't been given the refund and are not sure if we will. Who knows where they are going to leak my mother's credit credit card details. This is a scam website do not book with this "company".

My son stayed at your hotel from March 12-14,2024, to attend the EAST Conference. He forgot his MacBook and iPhone 15 chargers when he checked out. I made multiple calls before finally speaking to a staff member, who told me to hold but never returned. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, I hung up. The next day, after several more attempts, I reached another staff member who directed me to a website called Chargerback to report the lost items. I was surprised to learn that they have their own Lost and Found service. My son submitted the report, but we haven't heard back. Is this really the level of service expected from a Hilton Hotel? Unless the room wasn't cleaned after checkout, the chargers should have been found immediately.
