I am very disappointed with this company…I went on line to book a hotel and they never sent me a confirmation number and I tried calling and they referred me to the hotel and they said no reservations were made…also what started as 140 a night turned into almost 200.00…the hotel was 149 for the room with taxes…this is a scam
Beware people. We made a registration through this place. It advertised $1,000 and charged us 3x the amount. The hotel only has a virtual dodgy credit card and has no details of who the companies are that make these bookies. We have identified 3 companies behind this and no one is helping resolve it.

I still have not figured how I ended up booking via there website, I believe it might have been a targeted pop up advert when I was looking at a genuine hotel booking site. I'm also unsure how they can trade in a market where they are required to publish the full price. I had hit confirm before I realised the actual price was 25% more then the listed price, and when I contacted there support team, they didn't even respond. Totally misleading website, who use an agent called hotel beds to make the final booking.

I attempted to book one night on this website. The dates were correct. The amount was correct. I put in my credit card information, and it was approved. My receipt had different days and a different amount on it. I called to let the company know and they refused to correct the issue. I did not want to cancel, I requested the error on their end to be corrected. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

We just booked a hotel reservation through guestreservations.com for a short vacation that we want to go on tomorrow. Before confirming, we double checked the reservation (including double checking the dates). To our surprise, though, when we received the confirmation email it listed the reservation as starting today (with the same ending date). That is to say, they added an extra day onto our reservation - and charged us for it. This is in addition to the fact that the prices listed on their site did NOT included taxes - and those were also added (which we also did not see/notice until we got the confirmation email).
In short, when we received the confirmation email, it was for more and for longer than what we had ordered.
Within minutes, we contact customer service and asked them to cancel the order. They said they could not do that. We asked why not given that this is not what we ordered - but all we were told was that there is nothing that they can do about it. At some point in this conversation, the line went dead. We don't know if he hung up on us or it was a technical problem - but either way there was no longer anyone to talk with.
So, we tried again. This time we just asked them to fix the reservation. Again, we were told that there was nothing they could do.
At this point, recognizing that we were getting nowhere, we asked to speak to a manager and/or her superior. We were told that she was an authorized representative and had all the authority needed to deal with this issue and therefore would not let us speak with anyone else.
So, in summary, it was about as bad an experience as we could have had and we have no intention of ever using them again.

I went on the website to book a room at Laquita Hotel in Shreveport, Louisiana for a funeral I planned to attend. 1 King size bed suite was advertised as $99.00 refundable before 3:59 of the following day. When I book the room the price jumped to 154.00 non refundable as I hit the confirmed button written in small letter. Tried to stop the transaction to no reveal. Didn't work! I advise this is false advertisement but representative tried to convince me otherwise. She said if I cancel I lose all my money for the room. Offered me a $15.00 discount and that makes the room $144.00 hahaha am I supposed to be stupid when the cost was 99.00 + taxes. Also told me that Laquita made the rules. I ask for a manager and need to wait 1-2 hours for a return call. I am needless to say greatly upset over foolishness. The most they could have done was gave me the price of the room advertised with taxes. Don't book with this third party company.

Stay away from these people. They are bad. They have an illegitimate license to steal. They have very slick looking websites that make you feel that you're dealing directly with the hotel. But, you are not. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the hotel. They often have full refund policies.

The rooms are really small

Parking is really expensive.
And there is no access to the lobby or the rooms from the parking lot, there are two different elevators to go up to the room, the cleanliness was really fine but other than that the room was not nice!
And I mentioned that I am coming with two girls and therefore I need a room with two beds, even the suite is really small and not worth the money at all!

Poor maintenance. I was allocated to room 207, the toilet flush was broken, I made the staff at reception aware the night before who said they will inform maintainence today morning however nothing was done or repaired when i returned back to the hotel later today evening. I called member staff unfortunately despite their help they were unable to offer me an alternative room and told me to use public washroom that is available near reception. My point is I paid all this money for a inadequate service and then be told to use a public washroom two days in a row, i have booked a three night stay and been a customer for the last three month. Now I want a refund or some type of compensation as this is unethical to force a customer to stay in a room under the health and safety regulations with a toilet that does not flush and has remenece traces. I will report this and take it further with the DHSC as a health care professional this is unacceptable.

We are in from NY and paid for early check in. Room was not ready. Further more we are now approaching the 6 hour mark waiting for a room we have already paid for. All of our luggage is at the bell hop station so don't have our things. Including groceries we purchased 5 hours ago. Very disappointing. Not worth the extra money

This company is a total scam. I booked a hotel that indicated was the Days Inn, when I arrived at the hotel it was NOT the Days Inn, hotel was horrible, disgusting, very dirty and not what the online pictures from guest reservations indicated. I verified with Days Inn corporate and they indicated they do own this particular hotel. Guest reservations would not refund my money, then said they would refund 50%, that was over 60 days ago! They keep saying it is in the chargeback team which is a joke. Guest reservations also indicated my credit card company rejected the refund, which is not true. I called my credit card company and they indicated they would never reject a refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM!

I am writing to you to inform you of a situation I experienced at Harrah's Hotel and Casino, on July 21 at about 9.30 pm. My family and I were in the elevator heading down to the arcade area, when the elevator stopped working. The elevator lost power and my kids began to get scared. I tried to keep them calm while I attempted to ring the bell to let someone know we were stuck in the elevator. But there was no answer. My children began to panic even more when they noticed that I was not able to reach anyone. I then started to pry open the doors and got it open enough to get a bystander's attention to help me further open the elevator doors and to help me get my family out of the elevator. The gentleman that helped us out was the security guard and he advised me to voice my concern to the receptionist at the desk. When I went to talk to the manager at the front desk, she surprisingly brushed me off and directed me to make a report with the security manager (Susan M.) at 702 -298 -6841. After talking with them and seeing no results, I decided to raise my concerns higher. I have been visiting the hotel for years and nothing like this ever happened, The staff has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. It is unbelievable that more than a month before the reservation date, this hotel does not allow cancellation without penalty. We understand that the refund is not 100% but they do not even consider the possibility of charging a moderate percentage. The cancellation is for medical issues, not on a whim. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They lack humanity

The hidden fees almost doubled the room cost. And when we realize this immediately after booking, we called to cancel. Staff was very nice but rooms are not kept up as we were told they are remolding - the first room we were in was filthy. They did move us - with a very positive and apologetic attitude. Beds were very hard in the second room and there were no blankets or comforter for the pull out couch.
The gal doing the breakfast room was incredible rude and felt all the guests were a bother.
It was definitely not worth the $142.00 that we were charged for 1 night. If it wasn't for staff being pleasant at the front desk we would've left.
