Overall the ordering and receiving of the dress went well.
Disappointed with the smell and marks on one of the sleeves.
The dress way also way too long - none of those measurements could be changed.

I needed to return this dress that is unopened. Send me your mailing address, and I will send the dress back and you can give me a refund.

If i could rate lower than a 1 i would. Before you buy review and read there return Policy, YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING! So if you dont like the dress, your out the money! They're is no contact number to call so if you have questions, good luck on trying to get them to email back to you I ordered my dresses Jan. 12,2023 its Feb 2nd and have not received them yet. I asked to cancel my Order because i read the reviews and was scared. Do not go cheaper i haveUnt seen the dresses because they havent come in we will see if i ever see them!

I ordered my dress and forgot to ask to have the back changed froma zipper to a corset closure. I sent an email and receivec a respponse a few hours later. My dress came so fast and it was PERFECT!

The dress is really pretty but the measurements were not exact and I wasn't able to exchange it. I had to spend $200 on a tailor to make it the exact measurements I ordered.

The dress was beautifully made however didn't fit my body so well. Shipping was great, packaged with care and customer service was very good problem solved with courtesy and in a timely manner.

I ordered a size 12 Au and they sent me a size 8 Au and I'm having trouble getting it exchanged for the right size

I was very specific when purchasing this dress (ordered a STANDARD SIZE) so it could be returned. I didn't trust purchasing a wedding dress online without trying on. We had a bad experience ordering online from China for my daughter's wedding 7 years ago.
My niece loved the way this dress looked online. She thought it would look good on her plus-size body. The dress was pretty and looked great on model. That's why we decided to order. However, we went to David's Bridal, tried on a series of dresses, and found one style looked better than all the others.
My niece is on a strict budget. We didn't know what style would look best on plus-size niece when we initially ordered but the dress was pretty, price was good, and we hoped for the best! The dress arrived the same day she went to bridal stores. When she tried it on, the layers on the front made her look even bigger than she was. The choice was simple. She chose a dress that gave her a figure.
I reached out to Hebeos to make the return. They have made returning DIFFICULT. They asked for pictures. For what purpose? We made our choice. We want to return this dress. It hasn't been worn. It's in a standard size. I tried to give my niece a different option if she didn't find anything in the bridal stores. The quality of the dress is exceptional. The service has been terrible. I WANT TO MAKE A SIMPLE RETURN just like Amazon.

The online experience is very easy. I Didn't use the chat option, I just checked my measurements and selected the size based in the size chart. My dress fits perfectly and is the same as the picture.

When I got my dress I had it customize it fitted me very well no complaints. I will definitely order again.im very happy with my purchase.

Ordering was very simple and delivered quicker than i expected

My experience with Hebeos was alright for the most part. Delivery was on time. Received the dress. The waist could be better than what the picture shows. One of the buttons fell off so I am already going to have to have that replaced along with being fitted properly.

I was skeptical but took a chance. The dress is gorgeous and fits like a glove.
