I love the products and the prices but shipping plain out sucks. Items come damaged from a damaged box or the box is wide open. Customer service is really good tho.
I am highly upset I placed my order January 1st and I waited till January 12 to receive it when I opened the box my 4 pillows were never shipped my glass mason jar was shattered and my tooth brush holder was broken into 3 pieces now I have to wait another 7-10 to get my pillows and my mason jar but my toothbrush holder is now out of stock so I will not be able to get the toothbrush holder I order.

After purchasing bunch of crap just to get the promotion the charged me for the crap but the promotion of a blender was not shipped yes they refunded the money but what about their "PROMOTION" they only do that so you actually buy the crap there warehouse is full of would not recommend

I bought books and they arrived damaged. Pages stuck together, ripped, corners damaged. Contacted customer service and they promptly refunded the purchase! 5 star customer service!
