I have employed holler shopping agency twice and both times they have come up with excuses for not to deliver. I've paid for the service twice and no one will give me a refund. Think twice before you hire this company
Purchased items, never received, said they would resend with signature required. They sent and gave me a tracking number, never received again but they said ii did. Back and forth, they finally offered a partial refund, got it up to 90% and they did start a refund, but it was only 4% and I never even got that. They just keep egging you on that they are legit and legal and just play a game. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I would advise anyone thinking to order from this place to save your money and go somewhere else. Yes the product and prices are great. BUT it is a crap shoot if you ever get the items that you PAY for up front. I placed an order on August 25th and just got off the phone with their customer service dept (which is a joke just to let you know) and my order has not even been processed. They will give you some song and dance about some items were on a backorder and that they just got swamped with orders. But like I told them, they could have SHOULD HAVE communicated this information with customers that are waiting for orders to ship. They will not send you anything, you just WAIT and WAIT and WAIT. Now they are telling me my orders (yes orders... 3 to be exact) will be put on some stupid list to process quickly. This company should have gotten all this worked out before they went live with an online store. I dont like just giving money away with nothing to show for it. SO in the end, it may be tempting... BUT it is not worth it. Especially if you need the items for any kind of event... you can FORGET it. Place an order today and receive it in 3 WEEK if you are lucky!
Headphones I got only one side works. Recliner cover doesn't fit like it is supposed to. The reason I gave them a 2 is the pen works! I would not recommend Hollar!

I've ordered from Toysrus, Mattel, & Hollar this Christmas. The only place I didn't have issues, was Hollar. I've ordered from there 6 times and have been completely happy.

I placed an order on the 14th. Got an email saying that my order was in and expected delivery is 7-10 days. Waiting and waiting for an email to tell be that it has been shipped... nothing. Finally I message support. One response I get is - "It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the delivery time. And that includes the 3 to 5 business days for processing of your order." Another response was - "The expected delivery time is 5-7 days and you should receive your order around the 29th." (UHHH that's not 5-7 days from my order?!) ANOTHER response I get was - "After the order is placed, it will take 3-5 business days to process your order for shipping, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order ships. Please give it until May 29 for the package to be delivered."
I get my email saying that it has been shipped 8 days PAST the order date!
At this point, I don't even want my order anymore. I ordered it expecting to get it in 7-10 days and instead I have to wait OVER 2 weeks. Who knows when it will truly show up.

At first I was very skeptical because of the many bad reviews but they had some walking dead sets that were retired two years ago that I was missing from my collection. These sets go for 45-70 on amazon and I was worried as they had them from 5.50 -10 bucks each. I made my first order and later that night I made three more as they restocked. It took about 3-4 days for the orders to process and 3-4 days to ship the items to me. About 7 days in total and all free shipping. One order some items were canceled but a prompt refund was on my card and the two items left in that order that only totaled $2 were still shipped to me free of charge. I can't say enough good things about this company. I awoke a few days ago to three hugee orange Hollar boxes on my porch and all my items were well packed and Brand new with no issues at all. I will be ordering more from there very soon, it is to easy to find $25 in great items to qualify for free shipping and then they give you $2 off, each additonal order, I love it. Hollar saved me about $350 versus Amazon or Ebay.

Know what your buying, they don't make the item so if it is cheap, it is the manufactures fault and not theirs.. I seen so many bad reviews griping about quality. In my case I knew what I was buying and had been looking for it everywhere.

I keep seeing all these negative reviews of Hollar but really wanted to give them a try. People are complaining that their order is taking forever for them to receive if they even receive them at all.
Here's my review:
I placed an order on 9/9/16 and was excited about how cheap some of their stuff is. For example, my kids love those stupid snackeez cups and I recently paid $12.99 for one at walmart. Much to my surprise, the Hollar site had them for $3.00!
Anyways, I placed my order on 9/9/16.
On 9/12/16, I received an email from Hollar telling me my shipment was on its way. I just received my shipment today (9/16/16)!
It took 7 days from the time I placed my order until the items were in my hands which I think is pretty good considering this is not AMAZON! I have ordered from other major stores like Kohls and ToysRus websites and it has taken much longer to receive my items from them.
I just want to say while its not Amazon with you getting your delivery in 2 days, I feel that I received my delivery withing a very reasonable time and I am very happy with what I ordered!

After writing my initial review on 11/27 or 29/2017, I just received most of the refund. Sadly, I had to follow up again. The customer service at this company is beyond unsatisfactory! When I connected with customer service to inform them I would be forwarding items accidentally sent to me, with an enclosed shipping label, with a customer's private information, the employee said I could keep the items. I told them, I don't want another customer to have an experience like mine and I'll mail them their items, since hollar accidentally enclosed this customer's private info. The employee was attempting to persuade me not to forward the items. I mailed the customer her items, explaining how hollar mishandled her order.
One key point, NOT ONE PERSON FROM THIS COMPANY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME AND ASKED, WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT? A refund is o. K., but displacing concern and professional customer service is priceless.
I'll be filling a complaint with the BBS and WILL NOT RECOMMEND hollar!
