I have employed holler shopping agency twice and both times they have come up with excuses for not to deliver. I've paid for the service twice and no one will give me a refund. Think twice before you hire this company
So this was my first time ordering and I have to say all in all I was very pleased. My throw pillows are adorable! Much better than I was expecting:)
The area rug equally adorable! The glass bowl set with snappable lids, were a little bit smaller than I previously thought but I still can put them to good use and they arrived in perfect condition. My canvas bag I bought for the pool/beach was cute but the straps are flimsy (definitely wouldn't buy if carrying heavier items in it) but it's perfect for towels etc. Again I am still very pleased only spent $18. When the pillows and rug would have definitely cost more than that in Target. Shipping only took 2 wks. So far satisfied :)
When I first joined Hollar over a year or two ago it was truly a hidden gem. Super cheap finds and pretty quick shipping. Yet I would still always have a missing item or five but would get a refund or credit. This year I am NOT a fan. Why did I pay 30$ for a couple of toys I could find on Amazon for 10$? I dunno my fault reall... I guess. The biggest issue for me now is that my PayPal acct is still getting random withdrawls from Hollar every month. 2.00 here 2.38 there another 2.00 on another day? Im not purchasing... why am I being charged? Hmmm maybe they are unaware that my phone alerts me every time my PayPal is used. I feel like they are trying to sucker and penny me and who knows who else out of our money. I would check your statements if you have an account with this company. I have been taken AT LEAST three times in the past month or so now and its possible you have as well.

Love the nightgown i bought for my grandgaughter. Everyone will love the great deals, they get. Everything i have bought, i have been happy with. Love the savings you can get, on clothes, toys hair products, party items, games, so many different things to buy, at a price any one can afford.

Wow! I just discovered Hollar & boy do they have some great deals. I jut got my 1st & 2nd orders & am waiting on about 8 more! I have spent $500 there so far, & I think I am addicted, but I know I will be getting some great stuff. I ordered 10 of the Lori Grenier pillow trays that they had for an unbelievable $7 each... one for each of my family members & they are super high quality. Sure, the shipping is a little slow right now, but be patient & you will be rewarded in the end. Where else are you going to find a deal like that? It is a little frustrating considering that everyone is used to Amazon's 2 day shipping, but for deals like that, I will wait. Love you Hollar!

When I ordered my items I was super excited and it seemed too good to be true, but maybe it is... I ordered about a week and a half, almost two weeks ago and my item still HAS NOT been shipped. Very unhappy and not sure if I'll be ordering again because this shipping is ridiculous and needs to be sorted out.

Buy from them almost every month. Get some great deals, which is why I buy from them so often. The oinly disappointment I have is that sometimes I want to go back and re-buy something, and it is out of stock.

I had placed many order with hollar in 2016 (June, July and August) and loved the products, shipping was also fairly quick which never happens cause I live in AK.
Now, they don't ship to AK or HI due to "shipping cost" story of our lives! I find it very unprofessional too go from shipping to not. Most Alaskans don't place small orders, exspecially if shipping is free with orders over $35 (I can personal say I spent over 150$ each order). That's huge too use, when we normally have to pay that much alone in S&H anyways.
I hope hollar fixes this ASAP! I was very pleased otherwise

I was hesitant at first. Everything was so cheap and i didnt want to get ripped off. But i held my breath and checked out a $50 order just a FEW days before Christmas. In a matter of days i had my order (they managed to get it to me before Christmas!). I ordered toys and ALOT of makeup. Everything was wonderful. Nothing looked cheap (like it looks at the dollar store). I got alot of brand names for WAY cheaper than i would have paid anywhere else. One thing in ny order was out of stock. They sent me an email one day later apologizing. By the time i opened the email they had already refunded my credit card and gave me the price of the sold out item in credits to use in the store. Im in love with Hollar!
I have ordered things from Wish that come from. China and they arrive faster! I ordered more than 2 weeks ago! Where ia my stuff. The tracking just says in transit.
I recieved my mechandise two days after I complained.

I have ordered a couple times from them and have never had an issue until last night. One of the movies I ordered wasn't in the box. I went to their contact area on the app and saw that I could leave a message on messenger. Cool! Eight after I hit send a message popped up that they were closed and would contact me when they opened. ( 1st off. It was great to know that they received message and 2nd that i didnt have to wait for an answer wondering why no one was messaging me back. Because they said they were closed) Right away this morning. 2 minutes before they open I received a message asking for more information to my problem. I was messaged that they would research it. Within 20 min I got another message that said my item was going to be shipped that day!

Ordered shoes in March and still no shoes. Was told they delivered in May, but no shoes and post office said they were not out for delivery. Customer service said they would resend with tracking number and I would need to sign for them. Tracking said they were delivered today, but I did not sign for them or receive them. These were summer shoes, I just want my shoes.

I placed my first order tracked the package it said arrived but it was not delivered to my home! I contacted them and they apologized and said they would resend my order! This time they offered to sign for delivery which I agreed! Well I waited and again it says delivered but it was not delivered to me! Was really looking forward to my items but, when it looks like it is to good to be true it usually is!

Bummed! I filled up a big cart only to find you can't buy if you live in Alaska. I would understand if you can't ship (unfortunately that happens a lot) but you can't even purchase if your credit card address is Alaska or Hawaii. I was going to buy and then ship it to a relative. Called customer service and they said they can't do anything since the states scroll doesn't even have the option. Can't order over the phone either. Not really a fair practice for all of us Alaskans and Hawaiins. Hope they fix this.

So a few things have changed since my last Hollar haul, I used to give Hollar high ratings but now there are Hollar items and Marketplace items so the free shipping after $20.00 total you spent doesn't count if the items are divided by their Market place items which are many of the nice Funko items and some of the nicer tech gear. Also, beware of higher priced items you can get at the dollar store they are now selling for twice as much. My son wanted to spend his bday money here so I let him yesterday but I think after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars on Hollar this and last year we're out. I love the products and the prices as well. My twins start they first year of school this year (Aug. 16th) and I ordered them bookbag & school supplies. However, I just received the email that my order is being shipped out today but my son's bookbag will not be included in the order. The reason why is cause it stated that it was out of stock. Im pretty passed because NOW I would have to try to find him ANOTHER bookbag! He was absolutely inlove with the Mario mini bookbag. Why charge my card for the damn thing but NOT include it in my order? If it wasn't instock why was it even available? I simply don't understand. I'm not ecstatic about this $#*! at all!
