I have employed holler shopping agency twice and both times they have come up with excuses for not to deliver. I've paid for the service twice and no one will give me a refund. Think twice before you hire this company

... Now this is really the place to shop. Bargains galore and they change quite often. From special holiday treats to groceries, school supplies and outer wear you will find it here. Easy to browse through, set up in large print for easy reading. Now there being a one price ($5.00) delivery charge regardless how much you buy, anything over $25.00 knocks that charge off but wait, there's more. Something called "Club Orange" it's a recent offer, it's free to join with a small charge a month and allows you free shipping over $10.00 which is very easy to reach once you discover all the deals offered. Delivery is about average and once received, any damage they take care of immediately. This place will make you come back over and over again just to discover their really fantastic deals. Sign up for their newsletter for some very special email offers as well. I can't say enough about Hollar. It's really a great find especially for the budget minded. I don't know why other reviewers have had some problems. I certainly haven't except for a couple slow deliveries which they informed me of in advance. I also pay through pay pal because I really don't like to splatter my credit card all over the internet so as for me, Hollar is a great experience.

Most things are a bargain and the quality is fine, except for Hollar products with moving parts. No use sending them back as you pay shipping and a restocking fee. Things are basically just thrown into boxes which arrive crushed as there is little or no packing to support products. Heavy things are put on top of fragile food products, crushing them. One thin piece of tape closes a box with 27 items in it - so it usually comes apart and box splits before delivery. Customer service, if you can find an email address or a phone number is nonexistent. No answer to my email of complaint. Too, you have to guess as to delivery times as the online delivery info is not updated before you get the package. I've ordered quite a bit since finding Hollar a couple of months ago, and most items survive delivery and are good prices. But Hollar needs to teach employees how to pack boxes and answer customer emails. I guess they figure prices are so low that the customer can just absorb damaged and/or non-working goods.

This site has been a slow shipper in the past. That's OK, not everything needs to be PRIME. This order has been over ELEVEN days stating "processing," AFTER charging my credit card! They have not responded to my inquires, or even acknowledged receiving receipt of them. Deleted my credit card info from the site this evening, hoping that there is no additional FRAUD. BUYER BE WARE! IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!

My order came in damaged and I sent them a picture of it and the dumb lady said it wasn't damaged and she couldn't give me a refund so now I'm emailing them everyday so I can get my money back.im pissed off and I'm not stoping until I get my refund!

I was looking at Hollar and saw Elf eyeliner (brush included) and they are charging $5 for the same product you can buy directly from Elf for $3 and then they have the nerve to show you that eBay is selling it for almost $10 so you think you're getting a deal. This site is GARBAGE!

Orders arrive on time. I recently had an order that was short one item. Customer service was excellent and shipped my missing item free of charge. I haven't had a bad experience with this company.
I ordered 30.00 worth of stuff. I got the free shipping but they tacked on 11.86 for Market Place. I cancelled my whole order. Nope, never again will I order from them. What a scam!

Their shipping time is extremely slow, I've been waiting almost 2 weeks since I placed an order and I still haven't received my order. The WORST shipping expience ever. If you contact them you will get a pathetic scripted response saying they are working on getting the orders filled YEA RIGHT...

I've ordered from Hollar 4 times (all over $25, so free shipping), stocking up on stocking stuffers and Christmas gifts and I haven't been disappointed yet. I'm so surprised to see such negative reviews. The prices change pretty often so you have to keep checking back on the items you want but you can almost always get a really good deal, plus they have huge sales on different brands from time to time. I've never had a problem with products being damaged and shipping is always fine. It takes 7-10 business days so I'm assuming that excludes weekends and it depends when you place your order. It's just about the same amount of time it would take if you're ordering from somewhere else online, unless your paying for expedited shipping. So I really don't understand how anyone can complain that their order didn't arrive in a day or 2. I do see where they compare their prices to other sites like Ebay and Walmart.com but I know that Walmart.com has other sellers too, so if my item is more than a couple dollars I always check the price on the actual website first. There's been maybe 2 or 3 times when the price on Hollar was the same or a little more expensive, but it's almost always a good $5-$10 cheaper on Hollar. I definitely recommend. And if you've had a bad experience I'd definitely give it another try. It's so cheap you really have nothing to lose.
