“Second time around is not the charm”

When I first used this service, it worked seamlessly. The second time through, it failed miserably. The server was either too slow or non-responsive. And there is no way to contact a real person by phone or chat. All you can do is file a trouble ticket and sulk. They need to dedicate more resources on web servers and real people to support customers from all over the country.

I thought it was well put together. The questions were relevant. They didn't seem to direct you into a limited set of options. The only thing I noted was at the very end when it asked would it be OK to call or email and my preference. As soon as I Picked email I couldn't switch back to just call me. So I don't know if it had the option of like weekdays and an hourly suggestion. And then I got this survey. Which is interesting because you're asking my opinion on your survey fantastic. I wonder if this is AI? Ha ha.

Like most companies this company doesn't want to ever have to talk to you. You have automated every single method or problem or issue has an automated bot that responds to you via e-mail, as the official representative from the customer service department. So if you want to reach the human being good luck.

Its so unbelievably annoying and I dont see how an agent of our public institutions should be given a contract to be this $#*!TY. Shame on you.

Ridiculous measures of enforcing protocols that no one could possibly need that extent of. Since when are state benefits categorized in protection with as much importance as a celebrity bank account? Would idme like to take a blood sample as well? Better make it so we have to confirm the blood sample by hearing it from the actual lab worker determining legitimacy of the blood test results! Gotta protect my 200 dollar state benefits lol

In 2020 near year end, the unemployment services hired this company to provide third party ID services for them. In its infinite wisdom, they didn't think the users may not all be USA residents, my address couldn't pass the system, therefore I lost few thousand dollars. I need my money back.
Now in order to get to my IRS account I should go through them again. Why? Why should be a third party paid for this service?
Even now, filling up the survey I couldn't finish on my IPhone because the last field couldn't be filled up. Unprofessional.

Look, I understand the need for identity verification. But is it really necessary to do "video selfies" now? Not only is this process annoying - with strobing, seizure-inducing background colors, it doesn't even work on a desktop. What's next, DNA verification? Ocular scans? Blood samples? I hate this, and I hope to god I never have to use it again.

This was a terrible experience, because after all that hassle, I still don't know if I completed the process. That seems like such an easy thing for an online program to verify either way. Oh, and when they say your last name is private, what they really mean is that some of your surname will be shown publicly. That is NOT the same thing as excluding it; that is a misleding use of the term 'private.' You can't give partial information for something private; the natural understanding is that NO information about that aspect will be shared publicly. Not a good look when an ID verification site fools you about the information it will keep "private."

Tip for consumers:
I was never told to pay anything, but now I am being asked to verify a payment that I was never asked to make.
