It was. Ok. I wouldn't recommend to nobody else who don't have their id or ssi an after the video call i thought i was goin to be done an get to my money by no so i don't recommend i have to do other stuff
Had some audio issues in call where I suddenly couldn't hear the representative. She went out of her way to call me on the phone to finish the verification when she probably didn't have to. I appreciated that so I didn't have to wait for another call.
If you're locked out of your account with ID me. Because you got a different phone number. Or because you entered too many times cuz you didn't know your password. Good luck to you that's all I have to say. Complete nightmare.
It took to many try's and to many people 4 and a VA agent 45 min to get in that is why it suck's. Older vet's have a hard time with computers and I just had open heart Sergery and need med's and had to drive to the VA to get them. The old way of getting in that is why it suck's

Since I filed the taxes online and they were rejected still after speaking with a ID. Me representative, I followed their instructions on an email they sent me. When I tried to send my taxes through online the IRS still rejected my return.
I uploaded my driver's license twice, but ID.me continues to report my age incorrectly to Fleet Farm regarding an ammunition purchase, so the purchase fails. The requirement is that I be 21, and I'm actually 60 years old. If the Fleet Farm site did not require ID.me, then I could have purchased the product online, saving a 60 minute round-trip to the store.
Your company shouldn't exist. We have been logging into government websites for years without the need of all the BS you have added. You are a contract company that has made work for yourself that justifies your existence. Better not sell that biometric data you collect though, that will be another class-action
It was great experiencing having people help me to get my ID.me verified so I can learn to access all the benefits I can on my Social Security, ID.me and all my other government benefits and the person on video chat was very friendly and professionall thank you
A little difficulty if you reside outside of the United States. Once you input an email address and password, you're asked to make a choice for verification and the option for outside the United States is not as conspicuous as the first 2 options. You have to scroll down the screen to select it. Once you get this right everything proceeds remarkably well.
