Idina is something that it was hired by the IRS to get people's verification of their identity truly understandable however I've never heard of the company and only trusted it because of the fact it was coming from the IRS I've never used this company nor have I had ever heard of it everything seemed to be okay though it was hard to identify myself using the document of my driver's license because a driver's license isn't made to be photocopied so after three attempts then I had to do the phone identity made it complicated only because of the fact I really didn't have the time but had to make the time.
I tried to creat an account and kept getting error messages. Virtual assisant no help. No phone number to call for help. In person, with a human, communication has not happened.

Overall, I found ID not need to be simple and easy, but some of them procedures had complications. For example, the upload function,, I uploaded the wrong document and it was difficult erase or delete and upload the correct document.
Signup and signing process for capturing DL or passport photo very poor. Rejected photos but could still verify and capture data. It took me two hours to complete the process.
