Ok but it was too much to go through to set up account and having so much to do to draw unemployment. I remember in 2007 2008 it wasn't so much a person had to do to draw.
Hard to find correct or true information. To many places have information but when I went for my real.id I had to go back home to get more paperwork to complete the ID.
I've had to use ID.me to recover login credentials and the process was easy due having already verified my account. Peace of mind and security is what I get from the service knowing it's also used by Government agencies.
It was very easy to get verified on I'd me, and would recommend to anyone to use them. Very easy to upload credentials, and the video verification was smooth and easy
Nearly impossible to get documents accepted after MANY attempts to get acceptable pictures. Was never contacted when told to wait hear from us and had no way to contact id.me.
It took me two days to verify my ID.me with SSA. I already had an ID.me account but had to still "verify with SSA. After two days I tried their AI chat Bot and it told me to upload a copy of my power bill or water bill...WRONG! There is no way to upload anything but your Drivers license front and back or maybe a passport (though I didn't try that). But they did have a way to take a selfie to verify the picture on your DL which I did and it worked. Make sure you have a high resolution Scanner for your DL.
We needed SSA tax documents and were locked out of our account. IDme was worth the effort and the agent helping us was so patient and willing to help us out
Fast and easy the people were really helpful I trust them with my info I like the whole was to get it fast because it's tax and I kn how. The SSI office be like around that time
The staff is kind, I don't English, the staff patiently turned three times to help me find a staff member who can communicate with language, she is very good, I am very satisfied and thankful

Very simple to do. I was initially working the ID.me process from my desktop computer. When it came time to get a video of my face it sent a link to my wireless phone and used its camera to do the video, then once that was done it picked up where we'd left off on the computer. It was a simple, easy to do process that involved different tech devices and could have been much more obtuse. The site design and operation were first rate.
I am not a great computer person but following the instructions was very easy for me since I have delayed processing. I took my time and followed the instructions for uploading all pertinent documents into the portal. The wait time was no longer than 30 minutes which gave me time to gather myself since I have sensory issues. The gentleman was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail and did not make me feel insecure about using the system. I felt safe to know my documents are in a safe portal. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking about joining a system that keeps your information on file and links you to the institution of your choice.
Spell user, friendly not this site to the EDD sucks All it is with two hours of my time we need to make their website a lot more user-friendly. This is absolutely ridiculous. Very frustrated.
