I had a live video call to verify a document for my id. It was extremely easy and there wasn't a long wait time which was nice. The call representative was helpful and nice.

ID. ME is vey easy to use. It cuts out a lot of steps to log in. It also is used to log in to the IRS website. You feel that your identity is secure using ID. ME.

Had a tough time working through the required tasks. Needed to use both desktop and tablet. If you don't have a device with a camera that can upload an image, don't try to use this site.

It took two or so weeks to get an issue fixed... because they deleted my first ticket without telling me, then took multiple days to answer my second ticket, then after telling me they would email when the fix went through did not email me for five days. It took two days, and I knew that because I tried logging in a couple times a day to check.

Do not use them unless you have no choice or time deadline.

The ID. Me process was unusually interesting and a great process! I would recommend using ID. Me to others. The procedures were safe and very thorough. Easy to maneuver.

My experience was good I had to go through alot of stuff including my paperwork and I was able to get my id pin it was really important for me to get that.

The lady that did my verification at 11:30pm was awesome and nice and it was so great to be able to finish my verification up so late instead of just 9-5.

I couldn't create a my Ssa account due to a Ssa error. My id couldn't be verified. I finally tried id me and bam! My account is created and now a disabled senior can do business with ssa from home!

Signing up was easy. But, I need to know if signing in using ID. Me will reidentify me with Social Security. They are requiring people to reidentify. I was unable to contact Social Security.

Ok but it was too much to go through to set up account and having so much to do to draw unemployment. I remember in 2007 2008 it wasn't so much a person had to do to draw.

Hard to find correct or true information. To many places have information but when I went for my real.id I had to go back home to get more paperwork to complete the ID.

I've had to use ID.me to recover login credentials and the process was easy due having already verified my account. Peace of mind and security is what I get from the service knowing it's also used by Government agencies.

It was very easy to get verified on I'd me, and would recommend to anyone to use them. Very easy to upload credentials, and the video verification was smooth and easy

Nearly impossible to get documents accepted after MANY attempts to get acceptable pictures. Was never contacted when told to wait hear from us and had no way to contact id.me.
