Indentigo in Bensalem said they take walkins but give preference to appointments. No problem. I went this week with out an appointment. I walked in and no customers were there. The guy at the desk said come back later today we have appointments coming in. No, it took me 1/2 hr to get here I'm not coming back, no one is here it will take give minutes to do ink prints. No you can come back at 1:30. I explained the distance and that the fairless hills office had messed up my prints, come back later. I asked if there were other locations and he named one that was one and a half hrs away. Really? He said I'm not from the area you can come back. Are there other places that do fingerprints? You can look it up or come back. When I left there was still no one in there. Extremely rude customer service. I went elsewhere where the people were nice
I made an appointment for fingerprinting to comply with my CWP instructions. My CWP instructor advised me to go to Sled.S.C.Gov then on to making an appointment for finger printing in Clinton S.C. On 18 January 2024 at 11:20. I went to the Identogo site at 10:00 and the Lady at the hotel desk said that they were supposed to be open at 08:30 and no one had showed up this morning. More over, 4 other people were waiting to be fingerprinted. I repaired to my car and called Identogo Customer Service and explained my situation and the first thing out of her mouth was "Well sometimes Da don't open... We will just have to reschedule you for next week..." I was livid...! Ask "Who decides if they can be open or closed?" the persons response was, "Well, dats not my problem, I aint got nuttin to do wit dat." So, I ended up wit a nudder a-pointment next Wednesday 24 Janurary 2024. Last but not least, the 34 mile round trip ride for nothing was somewhat disconcerting, Brooks Barnes
If a person is touching another very firmly, they should be wearing gloves. It is NOT sanitary to have touching without gloves. There is a public health consideration here that they are obvilious to. They are- like way too many "coroporations" - ripping off the government and taking advantage of others in the process. Also, their machines don't seem to be very good since they had to repeat the process several times- again, not sanitary.
Made an appointment for September 16th 2020 for 1:00pm. Arrived at 12:50. Was told they are not doing appointments for that service on Wednesdays. Said my appointment was moved to the 15th of September. 90 day process and I had to wait for 45 to get the first appointment. Lady was rude and smiling at the dilemma her organization put me in. Waited for 20 minutes on hold for customer service, got no one. If this company is affiliated with a government agency they need to be removed immediately. Horrible experience and I won't do it a second time.
One month before my license and hazmat was up I thought I get an early start. Went down to Springfield, ma location and the women was upset I was a walk in. Did everything I needed to to do. All my paperwork was in order. 3 weeks goes by no word 4th week, 5th week I tried calling several times to find out what was happening. I was told that my account feel through the cracks. I had stated I will loose my job if it doesn't come back. 7 weeks later my account was kicked out of the system. I had to go through the whole process again. The women in Springfield the 2nd time was very rude and not compliant I had to file a complaint about her.
Staff were not wear face masks and had very little customer care and a total disregard of public health. This company is reflective of poor government contracting for TSA PreCheck. My appointment was May 1,2020 at 4 PM.
Well, first of all, the location on Google maps isn't the location. It moved and they never changed it. They don't have a phone number to call either. By the time I found the place and got there 20 minutes later, I explained the issue and they were EXTREMELY rude. Like really, really rude and denied me an appt., Or even the opportunity to wait to see if someone else didn't show for an appt. Never looked up at me once. I am never rude. I usually like to believe that people are having bad days, and a little kindness brings you a long way. Not this time. Awful experience. Now I have to find a different place in a short period of time. THEY NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS!
I went to one of their facilities in Parker, CO for digital fingerprinting after the state of CO recommended it for licensure. I questioned the quality of the prints taken by their tech but was told there wasn't a problem (the machine approved them). It has been over a month and there has been no report provided, there is no one to talk to and their site keeps saying that the prints "are in process". $50.00 down the drain and more delays in getting licensed.
This is the absolute worst business ever! I cannot start my job without these results, there is not a way to email them and every phone number associated does not connect you to a live representative. I have waited over a month for my results that say "processing" The staff at the location were horribly rude and act as if they I was interrupting their day. Is their not a better way to be this? I got my TSA precheck faster than this, which I am sure is the SAME PROCESS! I will be cancelling this payment on card and requesting a refund!
I need a copy of my receipt. I have called every phone number. I have been on hold =- with multiple phones = for over 2 hours. NO ANSWERS. Call corporate phone numbers. Wrong number. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
Answer: To date, given that they took my money, haven't provided the service and won't respond to my queries, it looks suspicious.
Answer: I was forced to. The company I was getting my fingerprints for had no other options. Believe me, they will know how Identogo treats their "customers".
Answer: Your are lucky if you receive them at all. They take money and give nothing in return.
Answer: I would not believe a word they tell you. These people are lairs and crooks
Answer: When I called to report that I was stood up for my appointment, the woman was VERY nice and said they could probably waive the fee for my replacement appointment. Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
