Love their variety and options... 100 characters min. Required for review, annoying. Really annoying

Sent my first e-card. There were so many to choose from and the process was so simple. Very pleased.

Bad quality, poor design of the app, this is very incomplete and is very slow on my ipad pro
I am a member since 2011 and I am disappointed to see that they do not do new things, it is boring and they do not have variety. But they put more attention to this, I will ask for my refund that I pay. I do not know if in the pc they have more new things, but in My ipad tablet there is little to have fun.

I signed up, paid my annual subscription, and sent a cat. 4 days later I go to send another card and they don't know me, they don't know my email, they don't know my password.
Unimpressive

It's pretty cool to use your own photos to make the pre-made videos and to make someones day with them. Very simple to use as well.

Having difficulty reviewing the method to obtain new faces. It will come to me eventually. LOL. Its my age and experience with electronics.

Great cards, lots of fun, will definitely use again. Recipient was happy. But need more cards with just two heads.

Excellent. Easy to use although I found the old version much easier.
Easy to add photographs and other objects

Our family really gets a kick out the jib jab songs I create with their faces as the characters. Loads of fun!

OVER ALL NOT TO BAD, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE IF A PERSONS EMAIL LIST COULD BE DOWNLOADED, SO THAT A PERSON WOULD NOT HAVE TO RETYPE THE ADDRESS EVERY TIME. BM LETS YOU SEE THE ADDRESS EACH TIME, SO THAT YOU COULD JUST USE THAT ADDRESS IF YOU WANTED TO.

I had fun making the ecards and sending. The disappointing thing is that 2 people that received the cards found it in spam and then couldn't open the card. I tried to resend without having to redo but couldn't. It wasn't complicated to make the cards but frustrating that once you move forward you can't go back and you must start over.

JibJab is a quick and silly way to stay connected with loved ones far away. And it can save you in a pinch if you forget to send a card by snail mail...

It's unsatisfying that only xmas videos are customisable (varying starring characters). Most Videos are only for 5 or 1 person.
With a small family with 3 or 4 members this is very unsatisfying.

I had 7 easter emails scheduled for Apr 14th - but all were delivered on the 13th? This isn't really a big deal but might be for e.g. Christmas, birthday cards.

Need more features and videos. Need nr of heads more. Need more video's and music. Good, Good, Good.

I purchased the year subscription. When I personalized a dance, the mouths didn't line up. For $18, it shouldn't have this issue.
