We have a large extended family and the JibJab animations are great for giving everyone young and old a laugh and feeling included at many important family times of the year especially Christmas. The cost is minimal and creating these animations with family pics are priceless.

Having accidentally paid for a years membership, I emailed customer services straight away. They cancelled the membership and refunded straight away. Brilliant and stress free customer service!
I had a subscription that I didn't even know existed anymore. I then saw it on my credit card. I went to JibJab's website and the ease of their process was amazing. Their customer support, Trenten was great! He was fast with his responses, cancelled my subscription and refunded my subscription. I never thought it would be this easy. I used Jibjab for a little over a year to do silly greetings for my band. Really liked the app. Easy to use, and got lots of compliments on it.
I am technologically illiterate. I accidentally signed up for ecards to be renewed each year. I thought I was joining all of Jib-Jab. I wrote ONE email explaining what I had done, and all charges were credited, and membership cancelled within one day, all in a kind, understanding email. It is very rare to find service like this anywhere, anymore. Kudos to Jib-Jab and the Outstanding way they conduct business!

JibJab has always provided a top notch product and now I have found they also provide top notch customer service. All I had to do is ask via email and my request was fulfilled... and very quickly with ample communication.

I have never heard of or used JibJab yet they have billed my credit card. When I called to dispute, I got someone from India who spoke horrible English that I could not understand. He insisted I give him my address and credit card number. I told him he already has my credit card number because he charged my credit card AND I WOULD NOT GIVE IT OVER THE PHONE, so I told him to refund my credit card billing. He refused and hung up. THIS JIBJAB SCAMMED ME!

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
