I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.
Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
I have been sending these cards to friends and relatives for a while now. Try to have their photos handy and find a card that fits their personality or interest. Not sure if they enjoy it as much as me. Hope so!

You advertise a free account but I could not find that anywhere, and even after I had made a supposedly free card, I could not send it without first making a full years payment to jib jab. Also, when I have a problem with a site I want a phone contact to help me resolve my situation. I do not like back and forth waiting (email) for resolution... I could not wait if I wanted the card to arrive for the birthday.
I had realized that my subscription had auto renewed. I didn't intend to renew it. Jibjab is fun. So I sent a request for a refund and in less than 5 minutes, they confirmed refund! Great customer service.

I was unable to post anything with my JibJab account even though I have been a subscriber since 2009. I was frustrated and contacted support for an explanation. It turns out that somehow or other I had created a second account when I attempted to change my email address, and the new one was a free one that didn't allow posting. JibJab support identified and corrected the problem for me and I'm happily back to making fun videos and cards! Thanks JibJab!
... when you sign up and pay your membership fee, they don't tell you that you to pay a few dollars per video to actually download it. First of all... why a few dollars per video? Its not costing JibJab anything more to provide this service. Secondly JibJab should make it clear what the full costs are... the way its done now is dishonest
I haven't always been able to find what I need for the subject I want. How about something that uses two or three faces. I can't come up with that many. There is me, my son and my dog Molly. There are more subjects you could have. How about moving to a new house or moving away? Maybe a new job or different occupations?
I was very upset when I called in because I had an unauthorized fee charged to my credit card from Jib Jab. Jeremiah patiently listened to my concerns and apologized for the inconvenience. He was professional and empathetic and resolved my issue. He deserves a big fat KUDOS. Great customer service! Thank you Jeremiah!
Hasn't improved since I used it many years ago, except that it's not free. I did not find it user friendly but I was able to successfully make a music video. The editing process is all but gone. Should be more seamless between the app and the website and it's not. Even looking for the app on the App Store was confusing. Usually I don't have to watch the how to video instructions and this time I did. With all of today's amazing free apps available, this one really disappoints.
When you can ask for something as a customer and it is given in less than 24 hours with understanding, care, speed with the answer you were hoping for, THIS is customer service. It seems to be a dying art and skill! JibJab has produced and i will continue to use it's fun services!
JIBJAB officially sucks! I made a complaint about the cost of their downloads and they cancelled my account. At this rate they'll be out of business soon! They solicit feedback and when it's critical they act like children. Take the ball and go home. How juvenile. This is how you run a business... WOW!?
I had forgotten about the auto renewal and requested a refund because I lost my job recently. Within half hour of requesting my refund it was showing back in my paypal acc as refunded. I love jibjab, so much fun and I shall definitely return once I am back on my feet. Highly recommended!
I joined the membership to send one custom card, although the card is very fun, I did not want to sign onto a full year of membership. JibJab does not have any other choices but a full year membership when we join. Besides that it's also automatically recurring... For me, that's inflexible and inconvenient.
I had a great time making fun videos with various family members. The best one was my 94 year old mother doing the Elf dance. My brother and his family doing disco was also great. I ended up doing several and everyone enjoyed watching them on Facebook. I loved all the responses from my family and friends. We were still talking about them at Christmas dinner.
Although fun to do I find the fact that the app and online profiles you set up don't actually sync with each other, so you have to keep uploading new faces to make them match, although easy to do this can become arduous! The final result is good, I just wish that the songs were full length! Overall good.
Though I tried to size the images to fit the heads in your set up, they came out looking goofy. The instructions were not helpful enough for the sizing. I cropped the heads as squares thinking you would fit them into the head space, but they present as squares on top of the moving figures.
Also, it said the card would be free. When I was ready to send, I was forced to pay $18 for a subscription. I did not want this, but had deadline to meet so subscribed so that I could send the card. I would like to cancel this sub.
I've always thought your products were fun, funny and would be easy to format. Hugely disappointed.
With family living overseas, I have been on the receiving end of Jib Jab cards, so thought I had better learn how to send some back! It was a very easy procedure with informative instructions and I shall look forward to using it again soon
Almost happy. Loved the video. Editing photo was easy as pie and almost as delicious. Sending easy and varied - liked being able to Facebook it as well as email.
Issue was glitches in adding more photos and having the entire project completed, waiting to send but then when instructed to log in/sign up... it vanished never to be found again. Had to rinse and repeat. Sucked.
SCAM... Don't sign up... Misleading. It says that they have a Christmas special and it is 1.50 for 1 time... ends up that they charged me 18.00. You can't even reach them to dispute this. I just called my bank and they are disputing the charges, and I am getting a refund. I hate scams, I am going to every site to give a bad review.
Perfect! I love your product and purchase a few videos a year for my family.
I had a little problem with my membership, it was too expensive with the Canadian conversion rate for the amount of downloads I do a year, it's not worth the rebate on each video. Heather was very helpful and answered rapidly.

I sent cards to at least 11 people but only 2 people responded. There's no way of knowing (except if I ask them) if they actually received the cards. I expected more input from those who should have received the cards. I'm sorry, but I feel cheated and I would expect you to return my money. At least you could show who actually read their mail so that I'd know if they received it or not.
They have so many fun messages in songs. My recipients loved them. They then wanted to know where they could get the app. It's a blast creating the photos for the cards also. I recommend This to anyone that loves to be a little different.
I noticed some videos are too violent in nature with acting like you cut off Turkey heads and kids wanting guns...
Please keep the videos clean and soft in nature or I will regret my subscription to JibJab.
Not enough information given on accounting process. I had wished to send another message but too difficult to access, it did not show that I had previously paid a premium membership what in fact does this offer? Apart from access to the library. The cost of what you wish to submit does not come up just goes straight to payment process. This is information you need to know before filling in a payment. I could not login as a member no area to put in your password all in all very disappointing and DIFFICULT not a user friendly site.
