Would be nice more videos with music and dance.

My kids love making these for their grandparents and aunts/uncles that live on the other side of the US. They also love receiving the cards and look forward to seeing new ones in their inbox.

I love sending Jib Jab greetings because I can personalize them with photos and save them instead of throwing them away like greeting cards. Also I am disabled and can't shop for cards so this is convenient for me.

Program is very easy to use. Have several selections of single person (great for birthdays) and groups (great to send out to employees/customers for holiday greetings). Highly recommend it

Now, I'm finally looking forward to others' birthdays so I can make them laugh (rather than avoid them due to need to go out and find a decent card, mail it, etc).

I preferred the option where I could "shape" heads with more contours, they are more oval now and all look alike.

I was led to believe thw price was $1.99 and was charge $25.00. I wasnt very happy and would recomend this to my friends.

I wanted to create a birthday card for my 9 YO girl, but my choices were limited for what I would consider appropriate, so I ended up choosing the song Happy with our family faces. Cute, but very limited

I understood JibJab to have a 30-day trial. When my trial was nearing, It was not for lack of trying but I couldn't find out how to do it, submitted a support request, and nothing happened. I'm displeased with the lack of support/information for their advertised money-back guarantee.

I noticed that my cards were posted to my homepage on facebook. I was unable to see them again. Do they expire after a certain period? If so, I would like to delete the posts. Thanks

I have asked over and over again, if Jib Jab could include some same gender, same sex, cards to send. I think there should be a good number of your employees, who could create some subtle, same sex cards. I'm tired of sending myself and my husband at tap dancers, or always sending birthday cards with one of us pushing the other in a wheel barrel in the desert. Love it, but surely you can do better!

JibJab is the best and only app that I play with on my iPhone, this is by far the greatest entertainment app on the planet, keep up the good work!

Difficult to get the mouth in the proper alignment and no edits after finalized. Also, faces are sort of difficult as well but manageable.

The hilarity JibJab brings is brilliant. My teens and I love it and we spend hours creating cards with their friends and teammates, laughing the entire time.

Had tried to reach out with email for my customer information with no response from you customer service very disappointed.

I can always find a card to send to family or friends. My grandchildren love to see their faces on a card.
