JibJab

Not happy. It is a cute site but when I joined I thought it was 1.50 but I was charged 18.00 for what they call "up front". This was not explained before submission of my billing info.

My friends had used this and told me it was free!
Maybe it was and no longer is.
I only wanted a one of go, not to sign up and I don't know how to cancel it.

Very disappointed that I was forced to subscribe to a subscription with automatic payments jjust for 1 Jib Jab. I don't plan on usting this but maybe once or twice a year.

It is so dang hard to make videos on this crapy website! It will even say that it's a video but the it ends up turning out to be an eCRAP. $&@$%^#*#}{$&.

Using Jib Jab has been fun I have done many videos with my kids and my axe and her boyfriend it is a lot of fun to goof around with people who made the laugh

Easy to use and fun, jibberjabber cracks up me, my family and friends. They really seem to appreciate the personal touch inspired by the sites many video interactions.

Really now... some of these Christmas offerings are YEARS old... very limited selection of new videos to choose from, and the new ones aren't very creative or funny.

I shared it on Facebook and none of my friends could view it because of ur link to it was crap I'd like my 35.00 dollars. I did not get what I paid for

I paid for a subscription expecting to be able to download my cards but the additional 1.99 per card was very disappointing. I would like to actually discontinue my subscription and get a refund!

First I had to take a annual membership to buy a video, and my video is to heavy to dent it by outlook or iCloud mail. So I'm stock with it. Very un useful!

I was away from home and needed a birthday card to send my husband, and it made his day. Thanks, I will continue to use the site to send cards out to special people.

System is easy to use, a bit confusing on differences between mobile site and fixed internet access. The mobile site does not appear to be able to retrieve stored faces and function is less.

I was delighted with the card I sent my son for his birthday, so was he!
I have shown it to several people and they thought it was brilliant.
Shall definately use it again!

The request was easily made. The response came in minutes and was resolved with out any issue. Great experience with a company even when you need a refund means excellent company in my books!

Creating our Job Jab was easy and the results hysterical. I'm 71 and my husband is 84. We chose Sonny and Cher video. Even we could do it and all our family loved it!

Not worth you time money or effort. Faces and mouths not put where you place them. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am that I wasted actual money on this.

Fun making up the videos and sharing with friends! Recently went to Boston and heard the song Cake by the Ocean a thousand times, so the video was perfect to share.

I have had JibJab for several years now. I find it extremely fun.My hubby, family and friends love it when I show it to them or they see it on facebook.

LaVelle responded to my customer service inquiry promptly. He went above and beyond my expectations when I reached out with my initial question. Love the site and the service is excellent!

It is wonderful to know that we can send cards to family and friends that we are sure that they will enjoy:)
We don't even mind being upstaged by our dogs!
