I find the special offer price being advertised on the screen very deceptive. You cannot get that price for the service and must pay for the year.

The site did not work. I was unable to utilize the service when I wanted to send a birthday greeting on May 13,2016. I cancelled my membership 10 minutes after I enrolled on May 13,2016.
The ease of uploading, cropping, saving and using pix was super. I hope they continue to add more ecards. My major complaint was that all of the options were not available on my phone app.
Not all options were available on the app. VERY difficult to post on Facebook. Some would not post at all and others I had to "post" several times before they would show up on Facebook.
I picked the animation, added the face, wrote out the text. Then I went back and fixed up the placement of the face a little. Then sent it. The receiving party told me they did not get the text.
Its funny but it shows a black mark where the month is moving and the mouth under it its a waste of money when you think its a 1.50 and you get charged 24. Something its crazy
I just uploaded some of my friends' photos and in a few steps only I could send them a funny video. The link received by my friends is always available so you can access them whenever you want.
It is always fun to use JibJab to send cards to our friends. They all think that we are so clever to be able to do that. Little do they know that all the work is done for you.
THE FACT THAT YOU DEMAND ATLEAST 100 CHARACTERS SAYS QUITE A BIT ABOUT YOUR CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. KNOWING FULL WELL THAT 99% OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME TO TYPE THAT LENGTH OF A RESPONSE.
Love it but you are killing me that you are requiring me to type more than I want to. I gave it a five star rating but having to sit here and type this much is annoying.
I have as much fun picking and creating a card as I do sending them.
And I know my family and friends enjoy receiving them. It's a win-win, everyone ends up smiling with a jib jab card.
It was easy and fun. My son's used JibJab for a long time now and I finally got onboard! I've always enjoyed receiving them and thought it was time to send them to my family and friends!
It was a pleasure, everyone was nice and very helpful. My friend and I had a blast making the cards, we laughed so hard, it was very easy to use. I told all my friends about it.
I love sending jib cards to my friends. They love getting them. I wish there was more birthday videos. I wish there was some way to keeping track of what cards were sent to who so I don't repeat.
1.-The site needs a bit of improvement. There needs to be a one step click to get back to the main selection of clips. 2.-More family oriented movie clips please.
I enjoy making the cards - a bit of fun and I think they are really quite good and fun to see for the recipient. A personalised card for many occasions.

I WANTED TO SEND A MESSAGE TO MY DAUGHTER ON HER BIRTHDAY, DESPITE BEING TOLD VIA MESSAGE TWICE THAT THE MESSAGE HAD BEEN DELIVERED AS OF THIS DATE SHE STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED THE MESSAGE. SHE CHECKED HER SPAM TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT THERE AND IT WASN'T.

Horrible experience. Joined up, made a video and scheduled to send for a birthday. It never arrived, despite sending multiple times. I ended up having to download it and send.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
