I have a lot of surprised people when they get the cards I make of them.
I would like to see a much larger variety of subject matter to select from.
I am not happy with the whole year being taken at the beginning of the subscription. I was under the impression it was only a dollar and change a month.
My bank has refunded the $35 over draft charged due to the $18 charge that I didn't etherize. I am now happy with the ending result. Thanks for fixing the issue.
Making the Fall/Halloween JibJab music videos. I want to change the pictures on a new one. It is not clear on how you can change pictures you wish to use.
Had trouble getting site to respond. First - login. Then getting faces linked to chosen "card". Not sure directions were clear enough. May use site again. Not sure.
The JibJab customer support team did a great job responding to and resolving a billing question with my account. I am very satisfied and pleased with both the product and the support.
You pay for a subscription then they want you to pay to download the video. Greedy. Just roll it in the subscription. Good product but they are overdoing it with their fees.
These cards are simply amazing - we are simply in stitches when we receive one and friends and family are the same. In fact some of our friends have joined this superb site.

It was fun and easy enough to do. Looking forward to sending more cards during the year. The recipient thought the card was cute and loved the personal touch of the pictures.
I find this service very laborious. I only wanted to buy one card but was only allowed to sign up for a membership. Uploading and personalizing pictures is not easy. Even giving a rating is not easy.
Just a fun thing to do... great way for the kids to keep in touch while away.

I was just getting in to send a Father's Day card and that was so easy that I sent a funny card to my staff to be delivered while I was at a conference! So easy to brighten up someone's day!
Want info on how NOT to renew membership at the end of the year. I like jib jab but when I signed up it was hard to see how to unsubscribe at the end of year and not be charged automatically.

Sending a birthday video to a team mate is a lot more interesting than just saying Happy Birthday. The recipient enjoys it a lot more an great to post on Facebook also.
Having accidentally paid for a years membership, I emailed customer services straight away. They cancelled the membership and refunded straight away. Brilliant and stress free customer service!
I love your site, but for Christmas I like to send cards with a Christian theme... so i was hoping for something politically incorrect... the reason for the season so to speak.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
