No clear instructions. Said to create, which I did, but once I dragged pictures, nothing happened. Unable to find any instructions on what to do next. WAs never able to create anything. Sent a "Contact Us" and they were supposed to respond within 24-48 hours but haven't heard anything and that was 4 days ago.
Found them through google. Their ad says "free e-cards" and so on. I went to the site, spent about ten minutes selecting a card, then another ten minutes individualizing it, then it turns out they want $24 a year or no deal! I don't do business with LIARS.
Wanted to do something for a nephews birthday that was different and could be enjoyed by the whole family via whatsapp. Found JibJab via an online search and signed up after 'having a play'. Using the music video templates added the photos and loaded to the family whatsapp group. Went down a storm, great fun.

I paid your $18 fee and tried out the service. You state I can have a refund. It was difficult to discover HOW to ask for that refund on your website. I found a link in your Terms of Conditions and used it to request a refund. But, to date, no refund has occurred.
So, is my only option to pay for the service although I will not be using it and dismantle your automatic renewal?
One essentially cant't do anything w/o paying. So ok i paid membership fee. Then I created a video and had to pay again to download it. Only it did not down load, not right away anyway. I got an email an hour later- by then i have moved on and did not need or want it. So that's $20 down the drain.
Then I tried to unsubscribe so at least I won't be charged in the future. Not possible.
SIMPLY THE WORST
JibJab offered some of the most hilarious times starring me and my nephews. They loved seeing their faces on the animated characters and singing along to the songs. The support team at JibJab was also a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and prompt to reply to my requests. Class act company all the way!
Love the ease of using Jabber... and super fast too. Only thing that takes me a while is - finding photos to use and crop... and picking a video to use... but uploading photos and 'follow the yellow brick road' instructions are great!
I sent them out far and wide... quick refund i needed too.

It is so refreshing to know that there is a for profit company out there focused on making people happy, that their primary goal is love! For that alone I'm totally hooked on those dancing heads.

I purchased to use on my android and I can't. It only lets me use it on my computer. Company says they are working out some bugs right now with that issue. Frustrating! They should have that on their site somewhere letting people know it may be an issue before they purchase a year subscription.
I enjoyed using the app and made a card or two for my students. I moved overseas and have no more use for it. I forgot that I had signed up for a re-newing subscription. When I was charged again a year later I asked for a full refund and cancellation of my account. The rep from Jib Jab responded in 24 hours and gave a full refund. Great company, great customer support. Well done Jib Jab
I sent Father's Day greetings to my husband and my sons, and also our new preacher, who is soon to become a dad. Also, put those on Facebook. Got fun reactions, and really got a kick out of watching them myself. Was rather proud that I was able to do it, since I am 73.
I can't believe JibJab is still using Flash player, it's kinda outdated.
I also wish the ecard screen was bigger and provide better video quality.
But making the cards were fun and easy to use. The kids loved it!
Don't do it unless you're ready to pay to see and share your video. Complete waste of time, maybe they should have you pay before you can even make a video, I would have paid it but since you allow people to make the video then deny them to view it is distasteful and automatically gave me a bad taste for JibJab
I don't use the web very often and had a ball with jib jab during the holiday vacations. Knowing that I would not continue using it while back at work, I cancelled and customer service gave me a complete refund. This is over and above any customer service I have ever received. Did I mention that they got back with me immediately?
The card and video and the making experience and the delivery were all very good for all concerned, which is probably the main thing as it was all urgent, important ant last minute. However, I seemed to have signed up for a yearly subscription which not my intention. I've now cancelled but hope I can continue making cards for the next 12 months. The whole process of investigating my way through the website and finally locating how to cancel took an age and was depressing.
Not good. Usually with online cards, they are delivered in the morning. This one not received and had to be sent again later in the day. Finally viewed in the early evening. I have requested a refund.
You need more content. More skits based on what businesses or public would need. Like "walking on sunshine" is great for Dog walkers I find a lack of fallow through on the purpose of such limited templates.
Customer service was very fast and overall I'm very please with outcome of the situation that was at hand. They were very professional and got my issue taken care of faster then expected. Thank you Jabber Team!
Made a wonderful video by editing more then 10 dances together, but had to pay a lot to download them. More than the annual payment.
A notice that downloading costs, should be better presented in the site!
I had to remove the adobe plugin required to run JibJab videos. It made my internet connecting unusable. Therefor I can't even use the membership because we only have Macs. I am looking to get a refund.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
