Funny! Great doing business!

Making JibJab videos was fun, it makes you laugh a lot, especially seeing friends and siblings faces on the dancing bodies, from people you know won't get on the dance floor.
I wasn't aware of the automatic renewal, I received a bill from PayPal, but I was refunded. You are given the option to click on the refund button.and cancel subscription. Great way to do business, instead of the company responding with a "well you should have read the fine print"

Satisfied JibJabber

These JibJabs bring so much joy to friends and family. I send them to co-workers, friends or family. Whether its a special occasion or just for fun, JibJabs really make someone's day a lot better. The best part are the JibJab videos with your friend or family member's face in them. Way to go JibJab! Thanks for some incredible laughter and making a lot of faces smile in this world. I think we could all use as many smiles as possible these days.

JibJab seemed to me the only eCard site offering cards with genuine personality & some light-hearted irony; other sites' cards felt terribly unoriginal. I sent my first card to a co-worker who'd been having a bad day (she'd been the target of office politics), and she loved it. It turned her day around, diffused some in-house tension, and now I'm happy to have a JibJab subscription - other occasions will arise, and I've now have a selection of fun, instant cards at the ready.

Service

The site wouldn't take my money and it took 2 days to get a reply from customer service. By then the holiday had come and gone so it was too late. I cancelled my payment. Customer service via email is terrible. Takes too long and you need to be able to talk to them because I told her the same thing 3 times and she still didn't address the right issue. That took another 2 days. Company won't grow that way.

Fun

I love JibJab! The only thing reason that I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because sometimes I have a hard time finding a variety of appropriate videos to share with family members. If JibJab could offer a better variety of choices that were clean and booze-free, I'd be able to share a lot more with my relatives.

Site would not allow me to complete card

I've made JibJab cards before. This time I was signed in, had the photo uploaded and shaped, and each time I clicked "done" for the photo placement step, the site sent me back to the Christmas card selection. And then found that the site offers NO immediate help for problems encountered. Getting an email answer two days later doesn't help when you're trying to send a birthday card on time. Very dissatisfied!

RIP OFF

I thought I was signing up for a monthly subscription where I would be billed monthly until I decided to cancel. I was shocked when I looked at my bank account and saw I was charged $18 for a full year. I have no need to use these stupid ecards for an entire year. Of course they put the $1.50 a month in large red font so you think you're getting a fair deal but in reality they are just ripping you off because they don't allow refunds. I basically just threw $18 down the drain which I can barely afford this holiday season. Very sad and disappointed.

Somewhat satisfied

I like Jib Jab a lot.
There are 3 things I DO NOT LIKE!
*There are not enough NEW choices added on a regular basis. Same cards get old.
*There are not enough just FUN cards to send to young people... 5-12 yr. Olds.
*I would like to be able to enter a name and see which cards I have sent that person in the past. That way I don't duplicate by mistake.

Have been unable to post my video to facebook

Tried numerous times to get my video to post on facebook. Had a long online chat with a representative from jibjab and they couldn't even figure it out. Am asking for my money back, but have not heard back from them yet. Also beware, you have to put your credit card info before you chose which plan you want to buy. I wanted to do a one time video and post it and yet I got charged the full amount for a year. VERY UPSET

I really do like Jibjab, and it continues to entertain me everytime I sign on, whether I send one that day or the next. Though, there is a downside. You do not get an email telling you that your card has been viewed. Instead, you have to go back to jibjab.com, sign in, and go to your account in order to find out if you card has been read. However, jibjab sends you a message saying your card has been sent. I figure if they can do that part, they should be able to program something to alert receipt. That lost one star. The other star lost is for the maximum number of characters you may use for each card's personal message. It takes too long to write a note and then review over and over to keep editing down. I think that jibjab should double the allowed number of characters; as your personal message gets longer, the font would get smaller.

I used to love JibJab. When I saw the $1.50 for a month offer, I thought I'd try it again. I'm REALLY disappointed- videos cannot be viewed full screen and cards sent have been designed as ADS! I also have realized I've been charged for a full year. Really a bait/switch. You no longer get the great products JibJab offered but you are hooked into paying for a year once you've signed up. Phooey!

Crashed constantly and not received by friends

1) it was really NOT clear that after paying the annual fee in advance, then I had to pay also for every card I had to save and send... I thought we had unlimited free usage of the cards after paying the yearly fee?

2) while making the card the system constantly crashed and did not save my work. After two hours and endless times, I had to opt for 4 people instead of 5 and finally it saved it, but had to send the card with one member of the family missing or no card...

3) the animated card was sent to many friends worldwide but only the US friends got it, the others never did, probably ends up in spam?

4) the card is a funny one, the sled ride, but it is a couple of years old, we can use some new funny ones.

Not worth the money

It was better when offered free a few years ago. More creative, cuter movies, better songs, more variety. I'm very disappointed. Did not get wow feed back! I would like to decline and get my money back.

Cancellation After Lack of Use

I simply have not used my account in over a year, because I particularly wanted it for one time, when I first purchased it. I noticed today that an automatic payment was charged to my credit card one month ago, and I called today to cancel, and ask to be reimbursed. I was surprised by the quick service. I was immediately in contact with a customer service rep, without having to wait, and he was done processing my request in less that a minute, with no qualms. I will definitely renew my membership with JibJab in the future, when I have further use for it.

Second guess

Probably shouldn't have renewed. I liked JibJab better when I could clean up my heads more accurately. Now parts of the pictures used for cards retain too much of the originals to fit cleanly into the images.

Jib Jab cards

I love the Jib Jab cards. They are great! I wish there were more to choose from. I have used all the dance video's and love it when a new one comes out. The one issue is that some are not appropriate for all age groups. It's hard to find a good kids card. And yesterday I was looking for my cousin a nun. Not much to choose from. All in all love them!

Crazy Name Cool Site

I don't remember how I learned about JIBJAB it's been a few years now but I can tell you how fun it is. If your like me and forget or are late in sending cards this is for you. I you want a unique e-card experience this is for you AND if you want a great deal on e-cards this is for you. $20 gives you a years worth of all the cards you can send to anyone with an email address. And best of all, make it personal by adding your face to many zany, funny and heart felt cards. And did I say it's super easy to use. Give it a try... this is my third or fourth year using this service. It's great

I joined with a fully paid subscription late in 2015. On many occasions I have attempted to sign in to utilise my subscription. But most often had major issues... I have sent emails to have this sort. I receive answers to advise my subscription is fine... still having issues sadly after these replies from your office.
As I enjoy using this facility for a friends handicapped daughter to get some daily pleasure I have had to pay another subscription yet again just recently to be able to send my friends daughter her puppy in a video... it frustrates me that I have had to yet again pay! Just to get past the ridiculous message that I need to subscribe even though I had already paid! It is not the money so much as the frustration that about every second time I log on and do a video it tell me to subscribe...
