Requested a refund on my Jib Jab account only because I didn't use it anymore. Contacted their customer service and within hours my account was closed. Great service!
This is the worse site in regard support and contact support. I received a welcome from Jib Jab (after sending in my credit info, etc) inviting me to begin using the site. Could not find my account, could not send anything, it is a total waste of time and money. I cancelled it within 3 hours.
Thank you for providing such a fun template for our Christmas greeting card! My only problem was the email address list seemed to pull up old addresses that are not valid anymore and I didn't know how to find the ones that wouldn't work so that I could delete them. Also the limitation of 50 addresses was a problem for me. The card has generated some great laughs! THANKS
What a fun way to send a greeting to someone special. We have been having a blast creating fun and silly messages to our family and friends. I wish you could move around the faces once they've been applied though. You need to start over and although not that big a deal was a little frustrating.
Sometimes it's the small things in life that give us the most pleasure. The amount of laughter generated that the cards I've created and sent out to people is beyond the monetary value. Really have enjoyed my membership even though it's only a week old.
Only negative to comment on - would be great if the year's subscription included the downloads. It seems a bit of a let down to find out you have to keep on paying if you want to save the cards. IF however, the cards stay on the system until I choose to delete them, then I suppose downloading is not important.
Recipients just love the cards. Additional themes appreciated such as sports (golfers, swimmers, joggers, etc.) or musicians (piano, guitar, violin players, etc.) or occupations (typists, office workers, etc.)
Jibjab brings family and friend together. To create these videos was hilarious and our family truly enjoyed them. It's a great way to makes someone's day, birthday card, holiday card or just for plain fun. The cost to make the videos is priceless for the affect it has on your friends and family. Thank you JibJab!
I set up a JibJab thinking it would be fun, but my video would not open, could not send it, I've tried to get a refund on my $18 I was charged for opening up an account, and I have not received one response from anyone yet at JibJab.
Highly disappointed, would never do this again, do not recommend to anyone. Too many bugs, hasn't been worked out yet...
It was a matter of regret that my wife did not receive her Valentine's Card on the 14th until I resent it the following day. By this time the moment had kind of passed and I can only reconcile my self to the fact that the Atlantic Ocean separates us at this time, she could quite launch the rolling pin at my head from that distance. For the sake of balance you are normally first class!
I only wanted one video, ended up with the subscription online for $18 per year. And to download the video it caused another one dollar 99, and the video quality is very blurry, horrible!
Website is not easy to use. I had difficulty downloading the video. And given the price, I would've thought there are more video options
And the app at require you to take picture of yourself. Mandatory.
Not a new stuff for someone who has used for many years. Not enough new stuff and i already have used all the old stuff that would be useable for me. Almost didn't renew. Have already turned off my Paypal auto renew and won't renew next year if there is no fresh material to justify renewal.
Tried to set it up once, got some kind of message which prevented it. I spent a lot of time setting up the pix just right. I do not have that time to waste at this point in my life thought it would be fun, simple, and operational. No. Want to cancel
I am throughly disappointed with JibJab. I bought 2 seperate Santa messages. Filled out the information forms so the children would get a personalised message from Santa. I received an email saying my order was being processed and both messages would arrive on 20th November. The first message was wrong, the child's name was incorrect, and if that was not bad enough they sent the same message twice and I have yet to receive the second one that was paid for. Both lots were credited from my MasterCard one incorrect and one a no show.
I am throughly annoyed at the continued emails I am getting and after sending back the information asked for by another JibJab staff member, nothing is done to resolve this. Oh and get this, a refund is out of the question. So take my money, stuff up one message and don't send the other one. Do not deal with this company. Diana Browne Brisbane
At this time we all need a good laugh. My grandgirls totally enjoyed the dancing... They didn't remember doing it, but liked it just the same. They are only 4. I signed up but then had to rethink the financial part. They graciously refunded my money. Thanks. See you again another time.
I had joined over a year ago specifically to create a Xmas video and enjoyed it immensely. Never used it again (work too busy) and hadn't realized that my subscription would automatically renew/be re-charged annually so when I wrote the organization they responded promptly and positively so for that I am grateful.
My device was not compatible, so I could not use the app. Signed up using web version and could not send a free card as advertised to see if the service was any good. I created a card and the site kept asking me to sign up and send money before sending a card. False advertising at least, bait and switch at best. Either way a shady way to do business. I would not trust them with any of my personal information because of this.
Recently I had to reach out to JibJab customer service to investigate a subscription charge I thought I had cancelled a year prior. This meant it had been two years since I originally signed up and had a hard time remembering what details I put on my subscription. Danielle did a fantastic job of asking me the right questions to find my account. She was very friendly and prompt. JibJab refunded my money and I was grateful for their patience and understanding. Thank you JibJab! I love your product and your service!
I contacted JibJab regarding my desire to cancel the service for financial reasons. Both Joe and Heather were fabulous! They were courteous, helpful and prompt with their response. I received emails from them within half a day and the situation was resolved graciously. Thank you, Jib Jab! (Alos, the one card that I sent was fabulous and the recipient LOVED it!)
I had waited too long to send a card, so I remembered JibJab. I sent a few different animated cards. The recipient was thrilled and wrote to me.

Absolutely the most horrifying sales experience. The very moment I bought a membership on my credit card the site glitched hard and just kept loading and reloading the page. I checked other online reviews? TONS of people said the very same thing!
Stay away unless you're taking advantage of the free stuff. Once you pay, you can't play.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
