This is a Microsoft favorite, so like MS, and now Apple, since they know this is true, and 99.9% of Americans are stupid until proved otherwise. If its not on Jewbergs FB 98.8% would not even know the sun came up.
I mainly purchased this for Facebook fun, but they really aren't great because they take too long to load. If they could load faster and then maybe run for even a shorter amount of time (at least a few of them) - that would be ideal! Some way to get people to WANT to open it.
I asked to cancel after five years with JibJab only because I found that I was very infrequently using the service. I consider them a top-notch company, but I didn't want t pay for something that I hadn't used for a couple of years. Turns out I had two accounts, one free, and one paid. Rebecca was able to track down the issue and resolve the cancellation and refund with patience and kindness. They are a great company and perhaps I will renew in the future if my business needs change.
I didn't realize when I signed up for Jib Jab last December that the fee was recurring. I immediately got a hold of Customer Support and within 48 hours the fee was back in my account. Customer Service isn't dead after all!
JibJab is a blast. It is so very easy to create fun, silly videos for any occasion at all. I recognized JibJab immediately when the principals and staff put one together to broadcast all day long the day before the Christmas break at the middle school where I substitute; too funny! The kids and teachers loved it! :P
Not too difficult to join but as the charge was in USD it was not known until after the charge reach my credit card what I was actually paying. Instructions to create email greetings were not obvious until you actually do a few so be prepared to spend some time getting used to the process when you start.
Have been preparing JibJab videos for several years. Mainly using the heads of grandchildren. As I then download them all, it keeps them amused for hours and whenever they come over, the first thing they ask for is to see the JibJab films! Any queries I have had have been answered quickly and efficiently. Can't fault the experience!
I contacted JibJab regarding what I thought was double billing, but turned out that I two different accounts. JibJab Support was able to identify my problem and after checking with me for confirmation they cancelled one of my accounts and made a full refund on that membership. They were extremely easy to work with and were most efficient.
I noticed my jib jab membership had renewed and, as i have retired and money is tight, i wanted to cancel it. I called jeremiah and he took care of it in seconds. I had imagined all kinds of horror stories and fighting - none of which happened! As soon as things settle down, i'm sure i'll be back!
I made my girlfriends day with my card from JibJab. She lives 100 miles away so we decided not to try to get together for Valentines Day dinner since it was on Tuesday.
My Jib Jab card made both of us smile!
I think the videos are fun, but will cancel my subscription because of the "auto renewal" I discovered on my PayPal that I was not aware of. Maybe it isn't as obvious in the sign up and I could not see where I could keep just one year and not auto renew. Seems shades and dishonest to me.
When I signed up for JibJab via my PayPal account, I did *not* realize that my actions were establishing an automatically renewed account for $18.00 per year with no end date.
I feel that an annual subscription of $18.00 is fair. However, I believe that you need to better inform new subscribers that use PayPal that this amount will be set up for an auto pay type transaction with no end date.
To whom it may concern about a year ago we somehow were signed up for recurring payments through JibJab media and later decided that it was not something for us.
We contacted customer service and they quickly end cheerfully refunded our payment.
Somehow on the year anniversary I our Pay Pal was billed for this same service again so back to customer service we went and they cheerfully refunded our money once again.
JibJab media may not be something for us however anyone interested in such a service couldn't go wrong with JibJab media... that's a promise we base on their extremely professional courteous and prompt customer service!

After a second try to even get this thing onto Facebook, it came in looking like I had just shared a site... not anything like a personal presentation for an individual. Even my husband glossed over it and it was for him. Would prefer it to come in without that look. I get that you need to advertise your site, but do it elsewhere, not on something I paid for.
When a card is sent by email, the first page is clear, and has a link to your website which is all that is needed. When the recipient clicks to view, the only thing they should see on the second page is their card. Instead there are multiple boxes to view, which, whatever name you give it, is advertising. It's confusing, and also, not what I paid for.
With the virus and lockdowns, I have bored grandchildren who signed up for JibJab. There were LOTS of laughs. However, I didn't read the ad and we misunderstood the price. I wrote to them this morning and without any questions or hassle, they instantly refunded my account! AWESOME service. When we're all back to work, I think we'll get a subscription! Thank you, JibJab!

I love seeing these at the holidays because they make everyone smile. Was not happy about the $18.99 yearly fee for my one time use. They lured me in for $1.99 then had to sign up for the whole year. Some of my friends didn't do it because of the fee. I foresee many others not participating because of that. If they stick to the $1.99 fee, we would see many more...
I had seen these videos before and wanted to share some with my family and friends. My younger brother is already using this service and we both had a great time sharing the laughs! It is easy to load photo's of the faces you want to use. I even used some of our pets in one of the videos too. You guys do a great job with this service... keep it up!
I love JibJab! I haven't laughed that hard or long in awhile. I wish I didn't have to re-add the faces each time when I use the app and I wish I could sort by number of faces possible (or at least see that before clicking into each video) but overall, it's a great app and perfect for stress/comic relief!
I'm happy to join for a year, but did not want my membership to be renewed automatically. The site says that you can manage your membership renewal on your account page, but there is nowhere to click "Please do not renew automatically." I have just marked my calendar to cancel the week it is to be renewed, but I wish there was a more obvious way to do this on the site.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
