JibJab

It would be better if there was a way to "go back" one screen when there is a mistake or correction that requires a re-do.

Also, sometimes, in my eagerness to send a card, I'll go to jibjab.com and start looking for a card before I login. Then, when I get blocked, I do log in but then I need to start over with finding that special card again.

No big deal, and as I use the web site, I do better, but I know you want to continue to improve your web site.

I look forward to more possibilities for cards that include photos of friends.

I had received several "cards" from family and friends in the past and finally joined myself. I had been out shopping three times trying to find the "perfect" card for a long time friend and gave up the search. That is when I turned to JibJab. Well just learning the ways to get my photos and searching all the possibilities for the photos on the JibJab site took a long time and I probably could have gone out shopping again but I stuck with it and finally figured out the system. I think I like it now. The years JibJab subscription is a lot less expensive than the cost of a few greeting cards and the gas to drive to a store. So I hope I am satisfied for the next year.

Ecards went into junk mail. Sent multiple times and never received or opened. No time of day feature to send cards at a future date and specific time of day. Defaults to the time of day you create it this was not clearly explained. Overall very disappointed. Too bad since it seemed like a fun video that the birthday boy unfortunately never got to see. Counted on this e card video to recognize his special day but nothing. Should send a receipt when cards are opened or when they are not.

I belonged to JibJab once before but cancelled because I felt maybe all my friends and relatives were getting a little tired of receiving them. Plus, I was disappointed that there were not more options in the categories I liked. I figured now a year later, there would be new ones I could send. I particularly like the dance related ones but I see now that so many are songs that I am not familiar with (I'm in my 60's) and they didn't appeal to me, nor would they to my friends and relatives. So, sadly, I'm not sure I will stay with JibJab.

This is a very deceiving offer. It says you could try it out for $1.99, but when you pay with Paypal, you get a shock that says you have to pay $18.00 per year! Shortly afterwards, I received an email from Paypal saying that I signed up for reoccurring payments forever! Paypal gave me directions on how to cancel this merchant and so I went in and clicked cancel. What was the $1.99 all about? This is a scam, so be careful and don't give your bank credit card, or you will be sorry. Paypal is the way to go, so you can control your reoccurring payments.

My children love to "elf ourselves" around the Christmas holiday, but that is the only time of year we do it. It was fun for the one night, but definitely not worth the cost. It would be nice if there was a one time fee you could pay instead of a yearly membership.

So ironic to receive this quiz right after posting on facebook that I would love to send a little one a JibJab video as they love them so much. However, you are really missing that market for young children. You have to realize that adults can show them these from their devices so it shouldn't be a concern whether or not kids would have accounts. A super easy fix and feature for you. I would love to see this. I bet your crew would even have a blast creating these graphics,

Amazing, Entertaining, Very Funny.
An easy site to use. We had a great afternoons fun putting together some emails for friends and family. Just find some photo's upload them crop the heads and create some very unique and funny emails. Small subscription fee is good value. Would not hesitate to recommend JibJab. Interesting history behind them, all the best for the future. Great Job Guys.

This is my second year. I think new videos need to be added more often. I found that after the first 6 months or so it was getting hard to find something suitable that I hadn't already used. Not being much of a tech head I did find it easy to use. Excellent value when you compare it to the cost of posting a Card.
