I bought an airline ticket thru justfly and due to Corona virus cancelled my ticket. The airline charged me a penalty for cancellation which I understand. On top off that justfly also charged $200 for cancellation and I was not informed of this charge before or when I cancelled the ticket. It just showed up on my credit card. They refuse to refund that fee and say that is the company policy.
Don't use justfly for your travel bookings. They are not very transparent and are out to get your money.

We had booked a flight in December but it had to be rescheduled due to flight cancellations. We got new flights for the summer with "credit" from that earlier flight that was cancelled by the airlines. We are at the airport now, with an itinerary but the airline staff can't find a record of our reservation. Mind you we spent close to 3 days, on the phone for literally upwards of 3 hours to get them to reschedule since their online scheduler wasn't working. These people are the scum of the earth and will steal your money. Do not under any circumstances do any business with them. You're better off buying a more expensive fare knowing that you have a legit customer care to talk to. Again, they are literal trash. Never again in my life. I wish I could give a negative star count.

Destination dates has been changed

The advantage of Jusfly are good prices of air tickets. But while when something happens the service is unacceptable! My departure was changed 2 days earlier. Many conversations with Justfly representatives/ there were international calls at my expense/ nothing changed. All of them politely promised to do something and answer in 48 hrs - but never did! Complete customer ignorance! I I wasted my time, money and health!

Awful experience

Please no matter what do not book your flight through them, no one to talk to incase you have a problem, you need to go through live chat and it takes forever to call you or solve your issue. Please stay away from them at any cost

Customer Service put me on hold several times
June 29, 2017

When he finally finished with cancelling my flight. He sent me to sales to re-book & upgrade my basic economy ticket to a standard economy ticket only to find out the airline - United wasn't offering upgrades. The sales dept gentleman was knowledgeable but spoke too fast and was hard to understand with his accent. Bottom line-cheap flights are not cheap they just look to be a bargain. Caveat emptor-- Buyer Beware. Will never fly United again! Very deceptive advertising on airlines part!

Poor flight site
June 27, 2017

First you book your flight thinking that you have the lowest airfare. When you find out it is Basic Economy (which it doesn't say anywhere) you call them up with in the 24 hour booking period to upgrade to Economy and they tell you they have to cancel the other flight which will cost you $75 to do then book you a new flight. It is hard to understand what anyone at their company is saying and I was transferred numerous times to different people. No one cared about the issues they caused all they wanted was your $75. I think that is how they make their money. Customer service in non existent. First and last time I will ever use them and I will surely tell others to not use them.

I searched for a round trip flight out of the Dulles airport. A few weeks later we noticed an error in the booking. The departing airport was booked from the Baltimore, MD airport and our returning ticket was to Dulles, WA. Despite the error being on their end, they would not help us in anyway. How am I supposed to use a round trip ticket from airports 1 hour apart? This was a costly and inexcusable error by justfly.com

2 times bad experience with them and that is last time booking with this agency. Their agents barely know English and are not really helpful. I had ticket going from Chicago to Skopje, and they asked me to pay additional $279.00 just because flying company change the flight time.
I called earlier that day and some agent, barely educated and without basic knowledge for the job he is doing told me that everything is fine with the ticket, but wasn't.
They are promoting cheaper flights. Hmmm. Nope. Tickets are same price like you book from the airline. Be aware. They will took additional money anyway and additional stress before your flight.
Useless.

I bought tickets from website, when I tried to call to change the date, i was put on hold each time for 3_ 4 hours! And then u either get disconnected or i was answered by someone who doesn't speak / understand English very well and they have no clue what to do. Worst customer service ever!

Great Price, Easy Process

Everything was smooth. One thing confused me: I paid one amount on JustFly but my bank account reflected two lesser individual charges. So I added them together and they equaled the total singular amount I paid on JustFly. For some reason it processes as two. Not an issue, just a heads up would have been appreciated (unless I missed that note somewhere in the fine print).

Bad experience forever

It is such a bad experience. I booked a ticket but could not take the flight on December last year due to no access to transit in Canada. Justfly told me i could use the same value of credits which are available for a year and they charge me 150$ for changing flight which makes no sense. Even worse, now, just half year, i connect them for my credit. They told me i cannot use it anymore.

Made a typo error in entering my name. While the site offers a name correction option by calling the site's customer service, the "switch and bait" is to tell you it can't be done, they cancel and re-enter the same reservation with the correction and hit you with cancellation fees and, to add insult to injury, tell you the fair had just gone up. All happened within minutes of making the original reservation. Stay away!

THere is no way to get a hold of justfly. Never again. Complete scam. They should be shut down. I need to call the better business bureau. Like i have all the time in the world to search for a phone number. Plus, two weeks ago, i clicked on call me when my itinerary changed. Do you think anyone called back? No. Wow, it doesnt allow you to submit this until you complain for a good 20 minutes.

Cool new travel open secret

I used this site earlier this year and found it to be one of the most competitively priced site. Not only that, it is easy to navigate and customer service people actually exist. I called to make changes to my flight and it was done in reasonable time. My only issue was that they didn't confirm my seating and charged me a fee to do so online but after contacting customer service, they quickly removed the charge.

DON'T DO IT

They offer a price/flight times. Then suddenly an email comes in stating there is some kine of problem (usually payment.) So you call the bank and discover there is no problem. Go back to Justly, whether their website or by phone and suddenly your flight is a couple of hundreds dollars more and the flight times have changed. Agents lie, or just apologize, but nobody offers a solution. Stick to Kayak, Opodo, Momondo. There are plenty of options out there that do not obviously and intentionally try to screw customers. It is time for online companies to be held accountable for their crookedness and scams

Repeatedly called to get flight changed, which they said they could do at the beginning, they always had an excuse and told me to call back in 24 hours. Finally, they said they had a flight, just hold on they were working on it. After holding two hours I did, I gave up! Just what they wanted. You have been war, don't use Just Fly!

You taking my money

This people trying to find my aeroplane tickets they tell me they have my reservation ask for my credit card number I given to them charged me $1,839.88 and they take 3 times$1,839.88 and I don't know what to do is my vacation money and no one responds please someone help me I want to go see my mom and brothers but I can't if this people don't put my money in my bank

This has been the most excuriating travel agency experience of my life. First of all, you can't reach them by phone. MY flight schedule changed and i was going to mss the connection so needed to cancel and I couldn't get anyone on chat for 5.5 hours! And they refused to call me. Now they're holding my money for 6 weeks despite the airline having released the funds. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. I wish I could warn the whole world.

On this site, Be very careful that your arrival day is not one or two days after your departure.
When we realized it, We couldn't reach them.
When they called back HOURS later, they quoted $1000 per person to change our flights. When I objected, the rep put us on eternal hold and would not come back to the phone. I finally called American Airlines to explain. They made the needed changes for less than half the cost including fare changes and handling fee.
Never, ever use JustFlies.
