I purchased a flight through justfly while i was in Jamaica and after they took my money I realized that the departure city was incorrect. I contacted justfly and also emailed them about the error same. A representative contacted me but after she got the information about what happened the phone went dead, not sure if she hang up deliberately but she didn't call back. I called them again and the price that they want to give me was three times more than what I paid and they also refused to change the departure city. I realized after that it must be a set up where the computer change it so you can purchased another flight. Scammer and frontier airline. Very bad experience and I didn't get my money back.
In my profession I have to travel quite often. The first stop I make is justfly.com to see what I should be paying for those arrangements. Easy to use and navigate site that gives me all the options and information I need to ensure I am not being cheated by the airline carriers!
Don't be fooled. It worked for one of my flights, then the last 2 were just illegal. They make name errors and flight mistakes, then blame you and charge you the cancellation fee or extended cancellation fee when it is their fault. That's a lot of money they are collecting for doing nothing.
Paid for cancellation insurance. I am a type 1 diabetic going on dialysis still am waiting for my 672.00 refund. Your insurance is a scam and you know you will resell our tickets. Your a bunch of thieves should be ashamed of yourselves! Will never book anything through your company in the future!
I don't know how these people have not been shut down yet. We called to upgrade our seats shortly before our flight. Instead they cancelled our tickets, insisted that we asked them to do it and would not drop the $300 cancellation charge when we noticed what happened. We are still trying to get the price of the tickets refunded. We've contacted the BBB, which if you google it has issued a warning about these guys and had to go through our credit card company's dispute process to get our money back.
I just happened to buy a ticket from SFO to IAH and needed to cancel. Their website said $75 fee even cancelled within 24 hrs of reserving the ticket. I called them to see if they could waive the fee. Repeated the same fee and I asked why should I pay >50% of ticket money for cancellation fee? Then took some time and still charged $50. Did take another ticket on orbitz.com and cancelled from online account with no fee. So, people you can get deal from others too but them being an agent will always charge cancellation fee. Be aware of it, don't loose your money.
I needed to arrange travel to the other side of the country and sought a low fare. Thanks to "JustFly" I was able to find an excellent price that met my flying needs with ease. All good to to go now on a great airline which I have loaded into my mobile app.
Stay away from them! Had to rebook a flight and after 40+ hours on the phone over several months I was lied to and given different stories by multiple people. To get to a supervisor takes over 40 mins. And then they have to go to the "Help Desk" level. Corrupt and rude. Did NOT return phone calls in agreed upon time and would NOT provide compensation for their errors and lies. NEVER again... lost $1700... tragic mess and considering legal action
Me and my boyfriend frequently visit each other from Baltimore to Texas once a month and this is the only site we use and recommend they constantly update us on flights and always gives us the best rates and wave checked and nothing beats you guys. We love Justfly.com and that's a understatement.
Hotel needs better maintenance. One bed had two legs propped up with blocks of wood the other legs had mid-matched wheels that were different sizes. The view from the third floor window showed garbage scattered behind the building for two days.
So ive done many thing in my life but alot not so tech wise so this was my first time buying my own plane ticket well ever. And justfly.com made it where i could pick the best times and price available. Then set me up with sites for rent a cars and hotels. It is making travel less hassling. I love the site plus made it easy for someone who has not done this before and also very clear how to and whats what keep up the good work.
Ur customer service when I called for advice was very professional, courteous also treated me with respect and was very very knowledgeable taking the time to welcome me to ask any question I may have about transportation after landing in Budapest also looked over my return flight and offered advice. After speaking to agent I am now comfortable.
Easy to navigate. Found great deal. First time user, and pleased. Will continue to use. Had been searching for a good deal and was about to give up, then came across JustFLy, and voila, I am going to see my family!
Just fly is holding the refund money from airlines and not issuing them to customers. My flight was canceled by TAP Portugal due to the pandemic and destination closure. I requested refund on August 28th, 2020 Today is February 11,2021 and I'm still waiting for the refund. Just fly has configured their phones and website in such a way that customers cannot talk to a live person to follow up. All they show is that refund is in process. I had to cancel several flights, hotels and cruises due to the pandemic and refunds were issued within 3 months. I think they are running a scam by holding the refund, making interest and hopefully at some point in a distant future send to customers. I will never use them again.
Be careful with this do called agency there is no human to talk to and they will charge you for insurance even u don't ask then finally when u talk to someone from India or Philippines they hang up on you
They double charged me and refuse to refund money back blaming the airline and asking me to send them original bank statement because the statement I sent them with double charges is a made up paper. Lied that would call me with in 24 hour to resolve this issue and called several hour after telling me that they called but no one picked up. I told them that I was by my phone and have no record of missed calls They promptly charged the story to that they sent me email. Knowing my credit card number and my name refused to provide me with information it they see the double charge "for investigation purposes ". Refused to provide me with the time line when my money will be put back into my account if I decided to send them the original bank statement and hung up on me stating that I was hostile. My trip turning into nightmare
The ticket purchase process flow as simple and efficient. I was hoping to find a service that could give me flexibility to change my travel dates (extend) just in case there is a need for some fee but I was not given the opportunity - cancellation policy is not what I was looking for. If I had the change policy I would have definitely signed up while purchasing the ticket.
Like the look of the App and that part worked well, but the service after you purchase is not good. I waited for an hour and then was asked to hold and I finally hung up after waiting another ten minutes.
Booked trip and within one hour needed to cancel. They wanted to charge me 75$ Crooks. It is against the law to charge a fee within 24 hours of cancelling a flight. If I could give them NO Stars I would.
I just go to the internet and compare prices... JustFly had the best.
I really do not have anything else to say... It is important to me to be able to choose my seat well in advance... This was possible also.
