I been buying tickets from justfly in the last 10 years and now due to covid19 i could not fly - so they are making different excuses to refund me.
There is no e-mail address and phone number to get in touch with the actual company manager or someone in charge - it's a horrible experience and thing.

I had the worst experience dealing with them. I went to board my flight in Canada travelling to Thailland with a layover in Japan that was 12 hrs. Because my lay over went into the next day they would not allow me to board my flight. I then had to book another ticket leaving Japan to Thailland that was within the same day which cost me a lot of money. When I arrived in Thailland- after a few days I checked to see if they cancelled my return ticket back to Canada because I didn't take the flight from Japan to Thailland. Sure enough they did! Had to pay for another return ticket back which is brutal!. Trying to deal with the customer service was horrible. They were very rude and did not try to do anything to help. Do not use them! I warn you now!
We purchased tickets to fly to Berlin Germany for Dec 6 2022. We also purchased the flight protection and cancellation in case we had issues and couldn't make our flight for an additional 200.00. We did have a business relocation and our boss said we could not go on vacation, so according to just Flys agreement if we had problems in business relocation all we had to do is get a letter from my boss send it in online at justfly.com and that they would approve us and we should get our money back with no problem. We did the cancellation on Nov 14th and we had the refund application email back to us saying it's gone through. I called back on the 24th only to have a foreign speaking person tell me we have to pay 400.00 to get our money back, which was not in the agreement. Then they pretended like I never sent the cancellation of the trip, when I had the documents right in front of me. Then they stated your flight is still valid and told me that we have to go on the flight or we will lose the money. I tried to call again only to get the same person. I finally found another number for them and this guy tells me he cannot not find my cancellation even when I gave them thr flight number. Nothing has been done after 3 weeks and all the rules that they spoke about I argued because it was not in the contract. All it said was that if I had to do was submit proof of my job relating, and the letter was sent by my.boss on 11/14/22. They stated I should get a refund except the 200.00 I paid a total of 1975.61 and I am supposed to get 1775.61 back. I don't know what to do! I need to find am attorney and sue this company, they are a big rip off. I see 2 different addresses and I think they are a fraud.
Make sure you do not order from the Canadian FlightHub Group's subsidiaries such as Justfly or even Momentum Ventures, Smart Corporation LTD, etc. I will take them to the BBB should I find any complaints of ethical absence when charging the public.
Be aware. Booked 2 international tickets thru this company. Do not make seat selection on their website. Go on the airlines website and make your selection there. Airlines would normally charge 25 to 60 $ for a seat selection. Just fly will charge you $150 if you book it thru their website. When you select seats thru them they dont make it clear that the charges are $150 per seat, till you receive your credit card statement. I was charged a total of $600 for a round trip. And on top of that they charged $87 as a service fee. Haven't seen anybody so greedy and ripping people off. Will never ever book thru justfly again. Don't waste your time calling customer service. They are useless. Wish I had read the reviews before booking my tickets with them.
I ask people to don't use just fly go to your airlines, weather it's to travel to see your family and you don't need a rental car or hotel, DON'T use just fly. I used it to book my flight and make reservations before the holidays, and I also payed canceling fees, but you can't cancel so you just pay that $30.00 for nothing, you have to show and send in papers from a medical provider for them to cancel, I'm like some came up with my health and all I wanted to do is to move my date. I bought a ticket through justfly.com on may 28/2022 to fly Ethiopia and then by some emergency I couldn't make it and fly that day, so I call customer service and they pick up the phone and then hung up no one answer my question till now I didn't get my refund or credit to fly other day I called a minute ago the representative talked to me before answering my question she hung up on me I never seen this kind the worst service they just helping you till you book after that it's to hard to get the answer now I need someone the care about customer answer my question and give me my refund or a credit to use it other time. Justify has the worst customer service you have to learn from other agent there are alot out there. Hello everyone, folks don't trust this company, let me tell you what happen with, I booked flight 217-919-412 on 11/12/2022 and for my back pain and my daughters deteriorate health issue I was enforced to cancel my reservation, I chose while booking process a cancelation offer with refund.me ( which appears later their rate is 2.3 and despite that justfly put them as an offer while booking) I called those guys sending them medical MRI report and they started to dodge and whatever you say they will find a nice way to tell you that you are not qualified for a refund, after like ten emails I went to jusfly site to find a solution, and I discovered that I can cancel my trip and they should refund me $721 from total $1200 and something I said OK and started this process, to find out later that there is more $200 fees on my credit, I called them and they said its cancellation fees LOL, I was already paid to them more than $500 and now there are saying cancellation fees, and I was able to cancel through them why they offered me cancellation with Refun.me (bad rate 2.3), it seems that they have like an agreement about such cases, they let you pay from both sides more than 65%of the ticket value and they call it a refund.
Watch up guys don't deal with Jusfly and refund.me, both are bad and I warned you, and you have the choice now to find out another esteemed company for your reservation.

They will be happy to sell you a ticket. But they won't support you. If you cancel you will lose 100% or more of the ticket price. They asked me to pay them $250 over the $5000 that I paid them. They will make you wait for hours just to get connected to someone and then they tell you to wait for another hour to check on your refund amount, and then they tell you that you need to pay them more money to cancel the trip. Google won't allow you to write a review on them, because they pay a lot of money to google for adds, shame on them. I learned from my mistake i hope you think twice before you waste your money on them. Go to the original airline to buy tickets, better customer service.
I buy a $1221. 97 rt ticket to the Philippines "taxes and fees included" I've bought from them before. My invoice is for $1633. 97 I try to call no answer. I wake up this morning and am charged another $415 I call asap and finally get through only to get the run around for 30 minutes. They kept saying that the money was returned then taken out again. I booked two very expensive flights with their company believing I had a credit coming. Turns out the credit had to be used with a specific flight and not with the one I was booking. Within 10 hours I went to their website. After over 2 hours of endlessly trying to cancel the flights I finally reached a human being. She endlessly asked me to repeat the details of my flights (she must have had a screen before her with this information} and after the endless duplicate questions she said she was going to put me on hold for 6 minutes. In about a minute there was no connection. I wasn't golng through that process again to reach her so the next day I called my credit card company and they said there was a charge pending but had not been put through. Later two small charges, one for $15 and the other for $18 was charged. I blocked them because there is no charge for a 24 hour cancellation. A couple of weeks later Justfly inquired as to whether I wanted to book a hotel with my flight. I checked their site and THE FLIGHTS HAD NOT BEEN CANCELED. I am not going through hell with my credit card company and a polite email from Justfly apologizing for making a goof please explain what happened. That was a week ago and in the meantime I have been charged $2800 each for two tickets to NZ round trip from SIN. I feel Justfly deliberately makes it difficult to cancel flights because there would be no other reason to make the process so cumbersome. They usually have the best flight prices but if there is a problem you have a big problem

We paid over 6000 in March that is close to$1400 a person whereas the same trip cost over 5000 in July. You wondered why the flimsiest excuses were used to cancel our trip.
I purchased two tickets and after two days I got the confirmation and money was taken out 5 days after I checked my bank account and the money was returned so I called just fly and they said it's been canceled so after back and forth for 1/2 hr they said they can't do anything and the tickets has been canceled so I went and bought another tickets on Monday I realized they took the money out of my account again so I called again and they said oh no your tickets was not canceled now I have 4 tickets so I told just fly to refund my money but again who did you speak with and all does stupid questions and they said that I never called
So I called my cc company and claimed my money. So never ever deal with just fly they are corrupt company never ever dealing with them
