Phoned due to itinerary change. Spent over 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with anyone. Woman was rude, abrupt and refused to help look for alternative flights even though I asked what other options were available. I had to phone back the next day and my flight had been mysteriously cancelled but they couldn't tell me by whom. They want 18 weeks to refund my money for a flight I didn't cancel. Horrible service! Avoid at all costs.
Justfly is one of two sites I always consult when looking for a flight. They have innovative ways to get good deals, and often have a flight or price I can't as easily find elsewhere. The filters are very useful. The design is unobtrusive and very usable and light and quick, even on a mobile phone.
Bought a ticket directly with the agent and ended up being more costly than doing it online. They advertise better rates if calling their sales reps apparently and its a lie. Then found out the ticket was $200 cheaper on skyscanner! Dissapointed never again!
Horrible customer service. The airlines changed our flight times and we purchased through JustFly, so we had to deal with them. The airlines does not charge them extra to reschedule our trip one day before or after because the the time change of the flights. JustFly wants to charge us to change, even though the airline allows them to change it for free. I have had other problems with them with this trip. Rented a car and they refused to cancel for me, told me to contact the company. Very terrible customer service. Will never use them again! Pay more money and get good service! Well worth it.
Justfly has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!(Yes, worse than phone providers.) I tried multiple times over multiple days to deal with a cancellation due to covid-19. Every time they either told me they could not do anything and immediately hung up, or my call was dropped immediately after entering my reservation code. I finally directly called the airlines, and they immediately resolved the issue. I will NEVER use this Justfly(or Flighthub) again-both are owned by the same company.
JustFly is the worst! Be careful when booking on their website. A lot of things are not explained well and they will happily take your money with no chance of a refund. When I called to get an expination of why there were 3 different charges on my card it was impossible to even understand the lady speaking.
Their site screwed up my son's name on the booking so now we are desperately trying to get it changed less than 48 hours before we leave. Also, Canada Air changed our itinerary 10 days ago and we were never informed. Now have a seven hour layover and another two hours for bus from Calgary airport to Banff. We won't get to our hotel until well after midnight, whereas the itinerary as originally planned (and paid for) got us there at 7:00 pm. As I state, just awful.
Addendum: Because it is now less than 48 hours before my flight, Air Canada has taken over the record and solved both of my problems within a few minutes. They got us a different flight and changed my son's name. Air Canada is THE BEST. JustFly still just awful.
Dont try to book on this agency, their flight schedule is always change and for refund they are ver very slow in responding. Tickets are expensive, Dont waste your time and money on this agency unless you want nightmare.
My favorite hobby is vacationing, but my financial situation holds me back. I've been invited to a surprise party & I'm thrilled I was able to find an affordable flight... looking forward to many more! Happy New Years
I accidentally entered June 26 ad departure date when it should've been July 16.
I bought travel protection insurance thinking it could "protect" me for on foreseen things such as that but they couldn't help me. The airlines didn't help me. Nor did just fly.
In fact, to cancel reservation it cost more than the non refundable non transferral ticket.
So I had to buy another ticket.
My husband passed away in the States and that where we had his funeral and interment. But he's from Calgary and his family lives there. So they are having a memorial/celebration of his life there - hence the purpose for my trip.
I'll never book with Just Fly or Westjet again.

I'm not going to get started with this. If you book with these chumps but end up in a situation where you need to cancel or modify your flights, well you're screwed-- it is impossible to get flights adjusted through JustFly. Avoid this online agent at all costs. Cheap prices come with a hidden price. Haven't gotten my money back. They need to be removed from the internet. Bottom line, they steal money, include unwanted fees, and WORST OF ALL: I was not notified I would be charged $300 ($150 per person) for cancellation. No 'are you sure you would like to cancel' or warning; my card is currently off due to my concern of them taking money like that from me again.

Most airline tickets are non refundable and even though you may request a refund, this is completely out of our control. We as an agency, do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. As per checking, we do see you have processed the cancellation online using our self serve portal. To confirm all cancellations, you must agree to the fee by clicking "I understand that I am about to cancel my flight and receive travel credit" Once that is selected, you will then be given the option to click on "Confirm Cancellation" The system even offers to change the credit card to a new one to process the cancellation fee.

I booked a ticked to CDG from St Louis in September 2021. My flight was partially canceled and I didn't receive the requested refund. The company is based in Canada you can't have access to address your complaints.The customer service is horrible. Please, don't try this website. Honestly. BM
I just booked two airline tickets through justfly. In my haste I didn't realize that the airline changed the flight date to offer a better fare until I hit enter and looked at the confirmation with the wrong day. I immediately cancelled the fare to rebook with the correct date when they slapped a 150 dollar fee to my credit card. Assuming this had to be an error since I literally cancelled within a minute, I called them. After waiting an excessive amount of time I finally reached a rude representative that would not only refuse to remove the 150 dollars but Mr Costello also refused to let me speak with his supervisor rafter numerous requests. I would never book anything with justfly again, and would caution others. Their customer service was deplorable and their prices were no better than any other website. Buyer beware!
I went to Quebec last April and it was the first time I booked with JustFly.
It was for the entire week and I really thought that our perfect holiday the moment we step in the airport when we go back to California. Well, I guess I was just too paranoid since nothing bad happened. Everything worked the way they should. Simply amazing.
I've used JustFly several times over the years and I have always been satisfied. Issues I have had in the past has been resolved in a patient and timely manner.

Changed tickets without warning to an EARLIER flight. When we showed up at the airport iwht tickets and boarding passes in hand, we were told that we could not get on the plane. No compensation because the agency made the change. Paid over $2,000 for hotel rooms and "change fees" to get home. Nothing from justfly.com, just long hold times and "I am sorry sir, I do apologize."

You prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Unbeatable prices. Promp alert system. The only inconvenience is affirm as payment was unable to use it and had a notification that my credit is lock on which is not.
Bought tickets to bring friend from Ghana. After purchase, 3 days before she was to leave, we was informed Ghana would not honor internet purchased tickets. When I called just fly, they knew this issue but sold the tickets anyway. Then refused a refund on tickets and charged another $150 to cancel tickets. Beware don't use them. BBB has several complaints also, I should have read before purchasing.

Singapore airlines cancelled my flights that I bought from justfyl.com. Well these jerks won't even give me a refund. I am going to start a class action lawsuit. I'll get my revenge on this company. You're better off buying direct with the airlines!
This is definitely the worst that I have ever been treated as a paying customer. I bought tickets from them, paid for extended trip insurance and then have had to cancel because of a car accident I was in. I have called to cancel and they say I did not purchase trip insurance even though my bank statment proves otherwise. I have been on the phone with them for over an hour multiple times, which only grants me rudeness and dismissal from their support staff. There is no excuse for such behavior, I would pay the extra few dollars you might pay for another service and go somewhere else, stay miles away from this SHAM website and their horrible customer service. What a joke, they actually offered me a cancellation fee that was higher than the cost of my ticket, I was floored.

All tickets were purchased on October 27th. Out of the 4 bookings, 3 of them are still active since one was cancelled the same day of purchase. From the 4, only one of those bookings have insurance attached to it and it is for the booking that has been cancelled. When the ticket was cancelled on October 27th, the insurance was refunded with your ticket.
Since 3 of the bookings are active and you must cancel them, we do apologize but we must follow the standard airline fare rules to process and changes or cancellations. As an online travel agency, we do have separate fees from the airline which is why fees may be higher than the actual ticket amount.
