Great website. I used JustFly to cross check on certain prices I was curious about and their were consistently the cheapest. Its always going to be a mystery but Im not complaining, LOL. One of the best otas for cheap travel.
My booking, payment and flight modifications had been done all under 5 minutes. Of course, your mileage may vary depending on your connection but the website's functionalities are presented in a way that allows for a really speedy transaction.
Would love to have a repeat performance of our 1st time using JustFly, we just hope they're consisted as so far, their effectivity is incredibly excellent. Unlike other popular search engines liks Skyscanner, or the last one we checked, Kayak. I hope I'm not the only one,.
Don't ever use justfly for flights, they are a huge huge huge scam! Had to change my vacation plans due to my transfer to Jackson and first I had tons of issues with Virgin cruises but had to change my whole vacation overall, then justfly would only give me a credit to the same destination I was going which is now a different one all together because of virgin cruises. So now I'm out $900 because of this scam company.
Fare changed after payment was submitted 80 dollar increase! Not fair! Feel scammed that I had to pay the extra money. Also received a confirmation email and then it disappeared on a previous booking.
Bought tickets, got charged extra amounts, then got message 2 days later saying flight itinery was changed, just fixing it is going to cost more money. Definitely not ever using this scam service again!

Earlier this year, I had to book over 300+ plane tickets for the company I was working for before Coronavirus. Using their state of the art search, I was able to score 300 great deals, helping me come in under budget on one of the most stressful assignments of my career. I just booked my ticket from NYC to Chicago (headed home to wait out the virus) and they did it again. Only $200 round trip! Plus, their amazing user interface makes tailoring your reservation so simple. I'd give 50 stars if I could!
I just love travelling but what I don't love is being scammed and ripped off by travel agencies. Not everyone's in on their practices so stumbling upon something like Justfly was a big deal. Now, I find that all my trips are definitely pushing through IF I'm doing them with Justfly. I hope others would see that this site is legit.

You won't save money in the long run, they charge you additional fees without justification. Save money and time by going elsewhere!

Customer service is useless - they processed my flight to Bangkok - issued an itinerary with seat reservations - which were supposed to be at a premium - but when contacted - no seat reservation exists - when asked to refund - they insist on a cancellation fee - even though this all occurs over a 3 day period and i paid extra for extended cancellation. Total ripoff. Never use them again.
It's crazy the same flight is priced up to hundreds of dollars differently on different websites. After checking several sites (hopper, skyscanner, googleflights, kayak, orbitz, Iceland air, etc.) I found just fly to be the cheapest and I got some cash back on ebates. It's annoying they charge you $15 to pick your seat, though.
This is my first time using JustFly.com. The site was easy to maneuver through, fares quotes much lower than going to airline website, able to quickly purchase and get a confirmation in record time! I will definitely come back for future trips. Aloha and Mahalo!
They cheat you where ever they can. I did not buy extended cancellation policy but was charged for it. I discover this after we flew so therefore they state they cannot refund me. On top of it, they charged for the seating assignment, $35 per seat. The seats were just regular seats, no extras. No refunds.

As if flight tickets weren't expensive enough, airlines seem to add all these unnecessary fees for baggage and inflight entertainment (that I, personally, find dull). Luckily, companies such as Justfly makes things cheaper by removing the things that you won't really be using, baring it all down to the basics. If you're not very fussy about flight extras, you'd love this website's deals.
I would have given 0/negative stars if that was an option. Booked an international flight and got communication from them later that airline has made changes. The airline made changes such that new layover times were either too long or too short. It was not amenable to me. I have been chasing these guys for several weeks now and spent many hours on the phone to no avail. They all talk nice but there is no action and no visibility. They promise to call back and send emails but none whatsoever. I am already so close to my travel date. Even if they offer a refund at the last minute, it is worthless since I have have to pay exorbitant rates then. Stay Away for life! I think the positive reviews are fake.

I purchased a business class non-stop fare from the US to India via JustFly. It turns out that my return flight has a "hidden" refueling stop for two hours, notwithstanding the fact that my itinerary clearly states non-stop. If you look at any definition of what constitutes a non-stop flight - it is as the name suggests - a flight without intermediate stops. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to show the light to one of their supervisors, but it fell on deaf ears. I intend to take this up with the better business bureau and other associations on fair trade practices - because companies like this one mislead you to purchase tickets off their site by offering lower prices, and using inaccurate terminology to make it seem to be something it actually is not. Hopefully this review will serve as a caution to anyone reading it

Insurance is for 24 hour cancelling not for the trip emergency. They dont tell you when you buying ticket. I booking was 4 to 5month in advance. I called customer due to first name incorrect with in 10 min of conformation. He did not change any thing. Now 3 month later they are saying airline rules. Cant make change and wont admit to representative why change was made. Over see call center. Do not use this company. You might get good deal. But make sure get every thing right there is no room for correction.
I appreciated how you gave prices for me on different dates that may be cheaper. That was really a big help to me because I don't fly much and sometimes it tickets can be very expensive. Honestly you guys had the best price. Thank you very much and I do plan to use your service again.
They charged me a seat request fee. Weeks passed by and they never contacted me about reserving seats or not, I tried to call to get an update and their hold time is forever. No one answers. Held for about 2 hours. I ended up disputing the bank, funny how they respond quickly to disputes but can't answer their phones. Now I'm stuck fighting these poeple. Don't book with them!
This people does a nasty business, on their website they offered flightswith delta only but they send me spirit confirmation, they chance it, be very careful with your transaction the will charge you for cancelation almost 50% charge fee
