This will be the first customer review I have ever written about a company. 3 months ago I have contacted by JustFly letting me know that my flights to Portugal had been modified and that I would no longer be able to make my connection in JFK. I worked with the "customer service" representative to find an alternate flight that would work for my group of 5 but was unable to find a viable option. At that point, the representative told me that my booking would be canceled and that I would receive a refund within 6-8 weeks. I went ahead and booked flights with another airline and waited for my refund. I then booked 5 more tickets on another airline. Fast forward several weeks and to make a long story short, Justfly never canceled my booking and I have spent 12+ hours and 12+ calls on the phone now trying to get it resolved. Each time they tell me that my case will be escalated and that I will receive a call back within 72 hours. THIS IS A LIE! Nobody calls. One time they even sent me an email saying they had tried to call me several times but had been unable to reach me. So of course, I have to spend another hour on hold waiting for a rep only to find out that they want me to call the airline and ask for a refund from them. I DID NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AIR PORTUGAL! I did business with JustFly. At one point, one of the reps even told me that he had listened to the original call where I was told I would get a refund and not to worry, they would take care of me. This gave me hope but that was 7 calls and 7 hours of my time ago. We are back to square one. My hope at this point is that there is one honest person at this company that will read my review and care enough to contact me. I have $4,100 that has now been tied up for 6 months. JustFly, please do the right thing. Case number *******
Called JustFly to cancel flight ticket. Each Associate told different stories and none of them match
The most ridicules company i ever come across, dont use this company if you travel, it cost me 500$ just for booking and cancelation.
I love JustFly. Easy bookings. Competitive airfares/, travel accomodations all in one place. From my cell, a way to travel on the "Fly".
Justifly should betaken of the market. They av taken more money of my card. Than we negotiate. And still to-date am never refunded.
I have purchased many tickets from Justfly.com and also referred the company to many of my friends and family members. However I have recently decided not to purchase any tickets from this online travel agency and stopped all referrals. I have found this company insensitive to customers. Greedy and also they conduct deceptive trade practice (fine line agreement). I purchased 2 round trip tickets from DFW to Dhaka, Bangladesh (Turkish airlines) through Justfly.com. After few weeks the Corona virus situation got worse in both DFW and Dhaka. We realized going overseas and leaving our family behind during this worst pandemic situation will be risky. I contacted the airlines for their refund policy in Covid situation and they informed me that I could cancel the tickets for a full refund since pandemic was dangerously spreading both in the USA and Bangladesh. I cancelled the reservation through Justfly.com portal and also notified the credit card company for a refund. I also responded to their email about the reason for cancellation. The credit card reversed the transactions and gave me credit. However after about 3 months Justfly informed me that my transaction has been considered as "No Show" and therefore they charged their commission $800 to my credit card on file. When most of the airlines and reputed travel agencies refunded the price for cancellation due to Covid pandemic, Justfly.com was not one of them. I realized Justfly.com does not have moral or humanitarian objectives regardless of customer's situation during the pandemic. The company took advantage of this pandemic and made money for their dishonest sales people and owners regardless of the customers situations. They just lost my trust and loyalty. I am in the process of sending hundreds of emails explaining my experience to all my friends and family members and ask them not to trust this company. I also plan to post my experience at various travel sites and blogs and advise them to be careful buying tickets at Justfly.com during pandemic or any time.
Why would you charge for the seating? It desapointing in this day and age to be charged for sich thing when other don't
Totally unacceptable: Among the other search engines, JustFly seemed to have the lowest price online at that time, so I booked and paid. Within 3 minutes upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the dates were wrong, a day off for both the departure and the return. I immediately called the 800 number for them to correct the error, but they declined unless I paid $75 because I wanted to make a change! I insisted that I didn't want to make any changes on my reservations, their system needed to correct the dates. I was back and forth for 8 hours between JustFly's non-accommodating customer service and supervisors, my credit card, and the airlines! I read the 24 full refund or cancellation policy but JustFly just didn't do anything to correct the error, nor give me back a FULL refund! The website is very misleading too. If you just want to read on more information (such as insurance), it ends up "purchased" on your receipt -- again, if you don't notice it, it would show up on your credit card!
I ended up cancelling my flight myself directly with the airlines with NO penalty since it was within the 24 hour window - but the amount of the flight credit was only 64% of what I had paid because it's the amount they can see on their end! I called JustFly, they said it was the airlines' taxes and penalty! BOGUS!
This was the worst experience, I will NEVER recommend them to any of my colleagues, business partners nor family. I feel for other customers, especially the elderly who wouldn't even notice such errors, and their credit cards get charged without notice, or even miss their flights because of the errors.
Booking this time was a disaster. I booked flights from EWR to STI traveling on December 29th and returning on January 10th when I checked my schedule I had flights from STI to EWR on December 28th and returning from EWR same day arriving back to STI on 29th, when email saying your trip to Dominican Republic because I'm in NY
Trying contact Justfly to reschedule impossible, I was lucky contacting Spirit and reschedule for additional $150
Be careful dilling with this company when costumer service is not reliable.
At first I was somewhat happy, then the pandemic hit. I figured I was ok I purchased the insurance, NOPE I was wrong... It's not covered, the insurance which is on the website for Justfly is scammy and after speaking to rep there I was told to cancel the flight to Costa Rica and would probably get a refund, since we would not even be able to fly there from LAX, I then notice a 150.00 charge on my account, then thinking what did I pay 58.00 for insurance.
I tried for weeks to speak to someone, fired off emails, and finally did get a response. I have been using for full refund. We can't fly to Costa Rica and have no idea what the future holds for us, was told we could use the voucher. I have now been on hold with the insurance company, Justfly and try to speak with the airline for over 7 hours. Even with the voucher they still have taken away 150.00 dollars. Again, I was told to cancel by the insurance company.
This all stared in Feb and after trying to get a refund since March, I still don't have one, I called again today May 21.2020 and asked if I could use the "travel voucher " which is my damn money to maybe take a trip to vegas and use some for flights and some of the voucher for hotels- If I was given back my money, that's what I would do, NOPE, I can not use it like that and again I am asking for a full refund. Justfly.com makes life incredible hard and after reading so many Horrific reviews via BBB and Sitejabber.com and the City Attorney General in San Fransisco sued them, I get it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND not some voucher that is deemed worthless. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Our flight was delayed because of weather. We were able to book a flight two hours later so all was well.
It's good to use justfly service was excellent and I will continue to use for any future travel with my family.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
