I was able to find my flight with ease. Read the fine print of the travel insurance and understand everything. I'd use JustFly to book again.

I BOOKED MY FLIGHT from JFK to Islamabad on Virgin Atlantic through just fly. The air line changed my itinary, my connecting flight from JFK to LHR UK vanished with no information about the status of my flight. I tried to contact justfly to check the status of my flight but there is no one to talk to me. They are hiding behind the /covid and have put recording on the phone. They are asking to contact the airline directly to resolve the issue.
I'll never book again through Just Fly.

I was checking other websites at the same time. You had equal or better prices, but your purchase and checkout process was easier and more friendly.

I bought a round trip from Lax to Paris. They cancelled my departing flights twice saying that the all the flights are suspended to Paris until June 22nd. So, they gave me the option to rebook my flight. I rebooked for July 1st. They called me back after 6 hours waiting on the phone. They said that my second flight got canceled. So, I requested my money back, they said that the tickets is non-refundable and changeable. But they called me one hour before saying that would request my refundable. When I said ok, I want the amount I paid for it. They changed the confirmation and started saying that the airline was able to pay half the amount I paid for the ticket. After that, I requested rebook my returning ticket and they said that it hasn't been canceled yet by the airline so they can't change or give me a credit to rebook it. What a nightmare! Now I am contacting the courthouse to give me a advice to resolve this dispute. I will never use this travel agency again. The customer service is very rude, they don't care about your problem. They were badly trained. They don't communicate well with the departments. You repeat ten times the same thing and they leave you on the phone until they hang up your call. You call them more than 10 times. And they don't help you at all. Please never use JUST FLY, they will rip you off. They are involved in many law suits. Actually, many websites call them SCAMS. Protect your pocket, do not use this travel agency.
I booked a flight and went to try and change my reservation dates for my first flight...
1. Charged 275 to change the flight plus the fare difference... spent over 1400. 00 for one flight through this company
2. MOST OF ALL when I tried to pay for the change there is no option to change my billing information even though it was a separate transaction!
3. HELP OVER THE PHONE WAS SO TERRIBLE... they cut you off, do not understand what you are trying to tell them and I was on hold for over 45 min and ended up making the changes on my own, which is why they said there is no option to change billing information bc I did it on my own online... Its 2017 almost all companies do transactions online instead of over the phone. When I asked why they couldnt change it over the phone they just said sorry we cant with no explanation. I asked the billing personnel on the phone what exactly they do if they cannot help with my billing question and he just kept repeating the same exact answer like you would read on a FAQs page. I asked to speak with a manage and was FLAT OUT TOLD NO!
I will make sure when anyone I know is trying to book a flight to NOT use the company. I was aware of charges to change a flight but to not even ask for updated billing information on a separate transaction online then. When the only reason I had to use the online portal was because they could not help me over the phone! So what exactly do they get paid to do. VERY UPSET with this transaction with this company and I am sure even leaving my email I will not hear anything back from them

I can't say very much about their service. I've spent over 3 hours on hold for many times past 2 month waiting to talk to someone, but it seems nobody is answering. I'm getting real sick of this repeating on hold music and the all our agents are still busy announcement ever few minutes. In addition I have spent another 3 to 4 hours on hold over the past 4 days waiting and waiting on hold, to no avail. I even try to change my flight on line my self and the browser is keep lodging and not going any where for number of times. When you want to call sales department, answer you in minutes and they won't help you if you need help and pass you to costumer service and good luck to answer you.
They charge you extra at end called fees and taxes $100.00 per ticket
They offer you insurance and if don't want it at end ask you $11.99 per person do want to added make you exited to purchase and at end you won't believe your eyes $898.09 was charged.
PLEASE DONOT GET IN THIS SCAMM

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
